The apartment left a really good impression, located in a safe and clean neighborhood. Convenient self check-in. It was clean, had modern renovations, and everything needed for a comfortable stay and cooking. There's a good supermarket nearby. We took the tram to the city center, and the metro station was a bit further away. Definitely recommend it. We'll stay here again next time.

To get an access key, We have to go to another building around 3 blocks away in order to get a key. The inconvenience is, appointment had made to me in front of one Villa’s door. We found other guests waiting there to but there is no more instructions for access. We have to call property and finally find out that their office just like at the next two - three rooms. I don’t understand why they didn’t make appointments at their office at first time. We we were feeling frustrated while we had been asked from the villa’s owner why we stood there in front of their property. The room is quiet good actually.

First, the location: It looks close to the exhibition hall on the map, but the walk isn't very straightforward, a bit circuitous. Parking: There's a charge for parking, but you can find free spots on the street outside if you're lucky. Room: The room is quite spacious, with a very large bed and a small balcony, which is excellent! You can see snow-capped mountains, watch the sunset, and even hang clothes to dry. Unlike most hotels with dim lighting, this hotel's room has plenty of lights; it's the brightest hotel I've ever stayed in, which is fantastic. There's a bathtub for soaking, but both the tub and sink drains were broken. I'd suggest they improve their maintenance. Downside: No kettle.

Had a really pleasant stay at Residenza delle Città. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always happy to help with any questions or requests throughout our stay. The same level of care continued through to check-out, which made the overall experience feel very welcoming and well-managed. The room itself was excellent—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt like a great balance between a hotel and a serviced apartment, which added to the comfort. The only small downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t available during the non-peak season. While this wasn’t a major issue, it would have been nice to have the option, especially as the room could get a little warm at times. Overall, a very positive experience. The combination of great staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location makes this a place I would definitely consider staying at again when visiting Milan.

Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy. The fly in the ointment, the washing machine is poor in hygiene, and the inner tube has not been cleaned. Environment: Quiet and comfortable, there are convenience stores and pizza shops downstairs. Metro Line 4 is right at the street, very convenient.

The apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

The location is excellent — just a 1–2 minute walk from Cadorna Station, making it very convenient for getting anywhere in Milan. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette, refrigerator, and basic tableware, which makes it suitable for short stays. There’s also a supermarket nearby, so it’s handy for preparing simple meals — a good way to save on food costs in expensive Milan. That said, remember this is Italy — don’t expect luxury or unnecessary extras. Think of it as offering the essentials for a comfortable, modern stay. One thing to note: the check-in process can be a bit tricky. You’ll need to send photos of your passport online first, and only afterward will you receive access instructions for the apartment. It’s a bit of a hassle, but once you’re in, everything works smoothly.

Location was good property was clean Wifi is terrible since i arrived the property there is no wifi connection i ask the reception to fix the internet they never check it i ask to give me the router and guess what even you have router inside the room still no wifi! WIFI IS THE MOST IMPORTANT IN THIS WORLD U HAVE TO FIXED YOUR WIFI! The staff is lazy they just sit and chitchat! FYI THEY HAVE 5 staff but no one check what the cause of the ineternet problem THEY LAZY!!

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Lanza Station (only 4 stops away from Milano Centrale). Access to the hotel is very convenient with a passcode system. The surrounding area feels safe, not isolated, and there’s no need to worry about safety. The room is modern, new, and very clean, with all the amenities you need. The bedroom, bathroom, and shower area are well separated, offering great functionality and comfort. There is also plenty of living space, along with full kitchen facilities including a microwave, kettle, electric stove, and cooking equipment—you can easily prepare proper meals here. The staff are friendly and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. A great option for couples or groups of friends.
