When booking, I checked the distance to the city center on the map. The results given at that time were a bit far for me as a Hong Kong person. In fact, it's not far at all, and there are scenic spots nearby.

Very convinience place to stay in Gyeongju especially for Muslim. Have complete kitchen to cook. Easy access to grocery and have CU shope inside the hotel building. Floor have heater, so that you can sleep comfortablely on futon.

There are not many hotels to choose from in Gumi. This hotel is better because it is close to Cultural Street and also close to Gumi Railway Station. It was my first trip to Gyeongju, but the lodging was more spacious than I thought and the owners were kind, so I had a comfortable stay. Hwangridan-gil, Cheomseongdae, Daereungwon, and Seongdong Market are all nearby, so it was nice to walk around in the evening. 해수욕장이 가까운 리조트입니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고, 편의점과 가야밀면도 있습니다. 건물은 깔끔한데 약간 애매한 부분은, 3층 온돌방인데 3층 공용 테라스와 방의 창문들이 이어져있어서, 테라스에서 바다 구경하다가 저희 방을 볼 수 있다는 점. 동향이라 방이 5시부터 밝다는 점. 성수기 치고 가격대비 괜찮은 곳인 것 같습니다. 조용하고 깨끗한 바닷가 마을 산책도 할 수 있어서 여유로움을 느낄 수 있었습니다.
