Only thing I didn't like is that a bottled water provided for free was already opened when we arrived to the room (*_*)

GGuest User(Stayed Oct 2025) Acceptable apartment stay. Room was clean, had decent wifi connection, electricity running 24/7, & apartment was accessible by lift. Although the smell of the tap and shower water was unusual. Location of apartment is abit difficult to find from the street. But is within walking distance to Al-Hamra district & Raouche, and reasonable distance by Uber ride to the airport (costed no more than US$10).

Environment: The environment is good and the bedding is very comfortable.
Health: For a Middle Eastern country, health is pretty good. All very clean. There is no power outage and hot water is available 24 hours a day.

MMH1A big thank you for Nadia from in reception who tried to get us a free upgrade, even tho she couldn’t since there were no possibility due to limited availability but she still switched the room type to one of our liking. Our stay was very nice and we will definitely return.

BBENThe breakfast was very simple and the hotel did not have any facilities. The room is small, don't be deceived by its pictures, it is the Four Seasons Hotel Even the water is asking the front desk, it was fixed for two days, and then it was impossible to retreat for another day.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is very cost-effective and has a clean and tidy environment. Although there is no breakfast, there are many restaurants around and it is very convenient to eat. And there will be no long-term power outages in the hotel, which is very rare in Lebanon.
