Excellent apartment! Very spacious, you feel at ease. The room has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay: a full set of dishes, a large, comfortable bed, and even a washing basin and a clothes dryer for small household items—very thoughtful. Everything is clean and tidy. A special thank you to the hosts for their kindness—we were able to check in early, which was very nice. Cons: a bit of noise from the neighbors in the evening. But if you have a busy schedule and don't plan to go to bed early, this won't spoil the experience. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Plus: 1. Perfect cleanliness. The apartments are really very clean and clean is the main plus. 2. There is everything necessary. There is the necessary kitchen equipment for cooking. 3. Good location. There are stores near the beach, near the house, everything is convenient. Minorities (which hold all rest): 1. Permanent noise from the road (24/7). Windows go to the track, sleep with an open fort is impossible. On the terrace too, do not sit because of the cars. 2. Hearing like under a microscope. It seems that neighbors are sitting in the same room with you. Especially ”lucky” when a hot pair settled in, they had a very turbulent **** all night, and the sound isolation did not save. 3. Renovation from 2nd floor. From morning to late night there are scratch, drilling and doing something. They are interfering not only at night but also at daytime. 4. Nowhere to eat. There is no full table. The journal table is very small and low behind it is uncomfortable to eat. You won't understand on the terrace as there is the same noise of cars. Summary: The apartments are very clean and comfortable if you look only at the picture, but because of the road, repairers and neighbors I have not slept completely. It will only suit those who have beers built into the head, or who plans to come only to stay under the sleep mask.

Проживали несколько дней, поселили в апартаменты не с самым лучшем видом (на стенку соседнего отеля), с маленькими окошками, было всегда темно. Просили переселить- нам говорили, что все занято. Потом мы перепутали даты выселения и уехали в город гулять, нам написал отель, что мы должны выселиться, приезжаем в срочном порядке обратно и видим такую картину: все наши вещи в мусорных мешках стоят в общественном коридоре. Нет матерных таких слов, чтобы описать то, как унизительно было забирать вещи. Да, мы виноваты, что перепутали время выселения, но мы приехали в 12 часов (выезд до 10) , заселения новых жителей в 15, точно ли это требовало таких мерзких поступков со стороны отеля? Я думаю нет. Расположение отеля хорошее, парковка стоит 1500руб ночь, что тоже странно, если у них своя парковка почему нельзя ее сделать бесплатной, как во многих отелях. Не берите обычные апартаменты, обязательно берите с балконом или выше классом иначе вы будете жить в темнице с видом на соседний отель.

We stayed here for three days. We loved it. It was clean and tidy. New dishes, everything you need to cook lunch or dinner, and even coffee, they even brought coffee every day. Excellent service 👍 The location is convenient, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants are nearby. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

When I booked, it was called Adriatic Urban Apartments (a screenshot of the booking is attached), and the geolocation was marked for a different building, and the phone number listed on the voucher didn't match. I wandered the street looking for the building by photo and barely found it, but mine was labeled ”Urban,” and the door said ”Stefan” and a different phone number. I spent half a day texting support and two phone numbers, the reception is electronic, and there's no staff at the hotel. Check-in is at 2:00 PM. I arrived early, and it's good they only sorted things out around lunchtime. If I'd arrived in the evening, I might have spent the night on the street. All I wanted to do was drop off my suitcase and go to the sea, but they told me to come back at 2:00 PM as expected (this is the first time this has happened). Over four nights (five days), the room wasn't cleaned once, no trash was brought, no towels or sheets were changed, and I asked for toilet paper in the chat. The room itself was nice, but the air conditioning was weak and unregulated, so I didn't worry about it anymore. The terrace was great, and that saved the day.
