The room is beautifully decorated; you can tell a lot of thought and effort went into its design. The overall style is very cohesive, and it's well-equipped with excellent soundproofing. Its location right on the Strait of Malacca is fantastic. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during my two-day stay, so I couldn't enjoy the panoramic views, which was a shame. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, host very friendly, and the facilities were excellent and well-equipped. It is a perfect place for families, with everything needed for both adults and children. I stayed at The Apple Premier Suites Melaka for 3 days and 2 nights with my family in the Royal Three Bedroom Suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The suite was spotless (10/10 for cleanliness), very spacious, and perfect for a family stay. It came with useful amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, Smart TV, and fast WiFi, making us feel at home throughout the trip. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, and children’s playground, which kept everyone entertained. The city view from the suite was beautiful, especially at night. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the location made it easy to travel to Melaka’s popular attractions by car or Grab. The only minor downside was that there wasn’t a convenience store within the building, so buying simple items like bread or snacks wasn’t as convenient, although the vending machines were helpful. Overall, this property offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Melaka.

We didnt bring any car, no comment about parking. The unit is enough for 6 adult. Aircon work good at living room, but not at the 3 bed room. They need to fix it. We have decent stay at the unit, towel and drinking water provided. One thing minus from the building is the Elevator, only 2 slow Elevator to provide all the unit with 26th floor. There is one time we need to go emergency exit just to go down to the ground floor. 😅

Actually, I was extremely satisfied from the start, thinking I wouldn't need to look for another hotel next time. There was no unpleasant smell when I opened the door, and everything was very clean except for a few gecko droppings. The bed was so new it was still in its packaging! Most importantly, it was very convenient as it was close to all the places I needed to go. However, when I got back in the early morning and needed to wash up, there was no hot water and no hairdryer. I took a cold shower, and my hair was still wet, so I couldn't sleep. My whole mood was ruined. I didn't receive a reply to the owner's message, perhaps because it was too late. I hope this can be improved; otherwise, even with a better environment, I won't come back.

I tried to reach out the night before check-in regarding the check-in details but received no reply. On the day of check-in, my calls went unanswered. I had to contact Ctrip for help, and it took about half an hour to finally get the check-in instructions. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were all very clean and modern. However, the bath towels were very old and had an unpleasant odor; as you can see in the picture, the 'white' towels were actually a yellowish-brown. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and leisure facilities nearby. Be warned, though: as the apartment is right by a main road, there was a lot of noise from late-night street racers. This is a heads-up for light sleepers.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and I could see the sea as soon as I drew back the curtains. It was very convenient for getting around; just a few steps from the hotel, there were Sichuan restaurants, wonton noodle shops, Chaoshan hot pot, and coffee shops. It took about 7-8 minutes to get to Jonker Street by taxi, and the value for money was excellent. The breakfast was decent and generally met our needs.

It was great pleasure for my family. I've stayed in the AC-28-05 unit. The unit is very clean and neat. So comfortable. No complaints abt this unit. All the amenities were perfect. Near Jonker Street. Definitely will definitely stay again with the Mapletree unit..thx so much the hospitality.
