The stay was good mainly because of the location. The room was very spacious it could easily fit around 5–6 people even with just one bed, which was really nice. They also have an elevator, which made everything more convenient. However, the downside was that the bed had a slight smell, and the towels didn’t feel very fresh and were a bit rough. Good thing they were able to provide me with a new towel when I asked. Overall, it was still a nice stay, but the bed and towels could definitely be improved.

We truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention.

The place was neat and nice. The location was even nicer. I might go back next time.

We like the room it is so clean, water is good. The service is okay but at the pool area it says it will close at 9pm so we went there fast so that we can swim for a little bit of time but when we went there it was already close and the attendant was not so nice. The other staff told us it was still open but in our dismay it was not they should at least have the same information so that we will expect that we could swim so that we could really enjoy our stay. We just went to the gym and the attendant also did not inform that he is going to run of the light 😔. But overall it still okay. Thanks to the other staff attended our needs.

Kitchen utensils were also available and I was able to stay without inconvenience. The water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but you can take a shower without any problems. It was very good.

There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

We would like to share our experience during our recent stay. Unfortunately, it was not fully satisfactory. We checked in at 7:00 PM, but there was no consideration or flexibility regarding the check-out time, which was disappointing. The room also had a damaged faucet that should have been repaired prior to guest use. Although the room was advertised for five persons, we were only provided with one bed and one small foam on the floor, which was not comfortable for our group of three adults and two children. Additionally, the table in the room was small and only suitable for two persons, with only two chairs provided, which was not enough for our group. Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations. We would rate our experience at 75%. We hope management can address these concerns to improve future guest experiences.

If you’re looking for a clean and cozy Airbnb near the airport with pool and gym access, this is a solid choice. The location is very convenient, especially for early flights or short trips. The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice! Not far from Mactan Airport, super convenient for getting to the airport the next day. Plus, the area is very convenient with restaurants, bars, and massage places all within walking distance. It's a shame I arrived at the hotel a bit late and didn't get to go to the beach. I'd love to go next time!

I had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Crown Regency Residences Cebu. The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a convenient stay. I also really appreciated how accommodating, friendly, and helpful the staff were throughout our visit. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, and the location is convenient for getting around Cebu City. The swimming pool and other facilities were also a nice addition, especially when you just want to relax after a long day. Overall, I think Crown Regency Residences offers good value for money, especially for travelers looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider staying here again when we visit Cebu. Highly recommended!
