"Excellent location, the room has absolutely everything including a tugging, a smooth board, a floor dryer. The room is very stylish and comfortable, the neighbors were not heard. Administrators helped with any question: car rental, restaurant advice for dinner, etc. Parking places are enough. They were cleaned daily even if they didn't hang the plate on the door. There was no comment in 5 days."

Завтраки голодными не будете, как в типичной столовой.
Номер прям очень средненький.
Вешалки есть.
Тапочек нет, зубных землекопа тоже нет.
Понравилось только расположение.
Вернулась бы еще раз сюда - ни за что.
Чтоб пройти к бассейну нужно выйти на улицу!
Але! Теплый ноябрь в Сочи, но не в этом году.

The location was perfect for us. The room is small but clean enough. The cleaning was done almost daily.
A small kitchen corner with modern equipment. It's quite comfortable.
On the 1st floor of a cafe, where you can eat at any time.
On the territory of an open pool, sauna.
Everything is clean enough.
Svetlana's very spiritual administrator. met and placed us at night.
Unfortunately, it was necessary to interrupt the residence earlier than planned.

This hotel was advised by friends. They were family. Room cleaning daily. Mini kitchen is in the room and the crossroads shop next to you. The location of the hotel is also successful next to the rope road. I recommend

Очень понравился этот апарт-отель, все новое, чисто, в номере есть все необходимое для комфорта, красивый вид на море из номера. Также есть небольшой уютный дворик. Быстро работает интернет.

The booking was written with a ”looking room”. In fact, they were given on the last floor with micro-windows in the roof, a room for Carlson. You could only change with a surcharge. What was extremely dislike was misleading initially.
To the nearest place to eat, only by taxi or transportation. But, in general, not far.
There are no dressing rooms in the pool. The shower is dirty. The windows are all divorced. The meaning of the beautiful view is lost.
Of the pluses: a beautiful view from the terrace, a friendly pleasant staff, a good breakfast, perfect white clean bed linen and towels.
For 3 stars on the territory of the Russian Federation it is normal.
