This hotel is said to be close to the sea. I drove by paragliding and island hopping. I drove through the sea but did not see the beach. Really well equipped & spotlessly clean apartment. A short walk to the promenade & beach. Their Ju Beach cafe on the promenade is great & good value for lunch(10% off for hotel guests). Directly in front of Ju Beach are the sun loungers for guests use(there are only about 20 & they are a mixture of reclining chairs & sunbeds) .we were in apartment 105 which is right by reception & to be honest we didn’t really have any privacy on our terrace as everyone has to go past it to get to reception & late night we heard people coming back to the hotel so not a good room if you are a light sleeper. The manager is lovely & very helpful (even bought us a couple of fruit platters during our stay). Problems in the room such as lack of hairdryer & no clothes airer were sorted very quickly.

Stayed for 10 nights on April in a deluxe sea view room, and we loved it. rooms are very large well equipped and views are incredible across Gumbet bay. Very clean, Great beds and bathroom, Found the staff to be very helpful, We enjoyed the pool area which is lovely and never busy, so had it to ourselves the few days we relaxed there. Bear in mind you are at the top of a steep hill when staying here (both down to Gumbet and Bodrum) but it was not an issue (there are taxi stations at the bottom of both sides and a taxi up the hill is £2 if you are feeling lazy. This is an amazing location to explore lovely Bodrum and Gumbet so definitely recommend. Very reasonable too!

- Our room was a legend - Generally, the facility and the room were clean - Our room was 1+1 bedroom in the shape of the living room and really comfortable. - Our kitchen was very good. The bag knife sheet was with a mini-doll January. It was very good to enjoy the view on TV or balcony, especially when my wife cooked. - Although it was winter, we started air conditioning for about an hour and it was enough in two rooms. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, creating a pleasant ambiance for a short stay. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is quite far from beaches. We encountered a hiccup when I lost my jacket, and it wasn't initially picked up by the cleaners. Communication was a challenge; my attempts to reach them by email went unanswered, and the phone number on the website was outdated. Despite this, after two return trips to the hotel, the staff managed to locate my jacket, which was a relief. Recommendation: Despite the minor communication challenges and the distance from beaches, I would recommend Dolphin Apart Hotel Dalaman. Aside from the jacket incident, we were genuinely pleased with our stay.

We stayed for few nights. The price was lower than average hotel in Marmaris. Lets start with benefits: 1. Very good location - close to bat street and Marina, plus convenient way from Bazar. 2. Nice and polite staff 3. Apartment consists of 2 rooms and a balcony - large space 4. Bathroom was clean and comfy, with clean towels 5. Pool is present and nice, a bit messy but in general ok 6.There was basic filling in the kitchen - pot, pan, cups, plates, silver. 7. Fridge was present and, what is important, was working once we were out of room. I notices some of hotels completely shut down all the power outlets once you are out. 8. Classy, simple but nice turkish breakfast Now lets go to things that lowered our experience: 1. AC is present only in bedroom, the kitchen/living room is noticably hotter, plus the ac itself blows straight to bed, thats why the whole stay it was covered by blanket, plus there was no remote. 2. The teapot almost hit me with electricity, the cable of hot panel is also dangerous. After incident didn't use pot at all 3. The curtains are pretty thin so it may bother sensitive people in the morning, we meet the sun as windows were to the east. 4. Internet, the worst part and a reason to move out. Internet was absent in the room, if you dont have local sim card this is a punishment. Internet was working on the ground level in the breakfast area and by the pool, in the room the only spot i could barely get connection was, pardon me, toilet.

The staff were extremely lovely, helpful and made us feel very well especially the bar/pool staff. The alcohol and food was very nice too and ate most days around the pool!

The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! The is no sand shore and you have jump into the deep sea though. The service is great, great staff, very friendly and helpful by all means. The room cleaning service is perfect and you are provided with a super clean and fresh room every day. The pool and its surrunding is great, with an extra ordinary view. Of course this view is available from every single suite. Without overlooking eachothers though. And it's a great advantage, enjoying the sea view from the own balcony. Due to its nature (separate villas in a vast area) of course the internet is provided in limited areas. This is the only problem probably. The rest is perfect. It could be a dream trip!

arrived home this morning,sadly,from the most fantastic holiday to fethiye.So glad booked these apartments,were absolutely fantastic.The apartment itself was very up to date and modern, great facilities,washing machine,fridge and ceramic hob,,massive balcony,we loved for coffee and smoking,very quiet at night for sleeping,and the beds were so so comfortable,Turkish breakfast included,was great.The location was fab,once we sussed out the dolmus,only few minutes walk both ways from apartments.Apartments also fab location for eating out,100s of places nearby for food,very convienient too dolmus takes straight to a few beaches,fabulous and centrum.These apartments,also ow The Duck Pond restaurant,in Paspeteur,where we ate most nights,food was delicious,made to feel very welcome all the time,great cowd of hard working staff,and finally would like to say thank you to all the staff at Sunrise City Residence,are absolutely fantastic,especially Savas and Filiz,who were extremely helpful ,giving us advice re transport etc,and all at city sunrise,very friendly,a credit to the company,Will definately be booking again,cant wait to return from Arlene and Linda from Scotland

This is a great hotel for short stays or as a base from which to discover the Fethiye region. The hotel is a short walk from the Marina, the market and lots of restaurants, so we didn't mind that it wasn't beach-front. The best beaches in the area are outside the city anyway, so the location is a great compromise if you plan to do some exploring but also have easy access to amenities that are lacking further outside town. The rooms are brand new and very comfortable. We were welcomed by Gorkem who went out of his way to ensure our stay was pleasant. He was very kind and friendly, was very responsive to all our needs at all times, and even personally helped us arrange a rental car. If you choose to stay here, know you will be in good hands.

We all book Marriott's ancient architecture hotels in Istanbul because we want its history but there are international brands. But after coming out of Istanbul, there will be no big hotel chains anymore. We decided to rely on Ctrip. In case there is no room for booking, Ctrip may also help us find it. This hotel is an apartment. A few days before arriving, Ctrip will notify us by text message where to pick up the key. After arriving, you can pick up the key at the convenience store downstairs. First of all, the location is very good, you can walk to the center in 10 minutes and the walking path is very nice, always by the sea. It has an incredible view, the large balconies are very enjoyable. It might be the cleanest place I've ever seen. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom has been considered. The employees are very meticulous and always ask if you need anything. I would like to thank Vesile, Cansu and Doğan for their interest and concern. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Otelin konumu arabasız ulaşım için biraz zor olabilir. Araba varsa otele de denize de ulaşım sorun olmaz. Üst kattaki odaların manzarası güzel. Havuzu kullanmadık ama o kısım da güzel görünüyordu. Evin iç tasarımı güzel, hemen hemen her ihtiyaç düşünülmüş. Biz tek gecelik konaklama için tercih etmiştik ancak daha geniş bir zamanda da kalınabilir.
