The front desk arranged a room on the high floor of Zhuge Liang Square for me, so I could enjoy the beautiful scenery during a busy day. Combining work and rest is good for physical and mental health. There is a gym on the fifth floor, but it is outsourced. However, the equipment is quite complete. It has everything it should have. Wanda is next to it, and it is also convenient for eating.

Facilities: The facilities are very new. Cleanliness: Everything was kept spotless. Environment: The hotel is situated right next to a river and a forest, offering a truly natural setting. In the evenings, there are live singers, and the hotel's soundproofing is excellent. Service: The two young ladies at the front desk were very warm and enthusiastic. There was also a male staff member who played hide-and-seek with the children, which was a lovely touch. Overall, the service was excellent.

This time I stayed at Wentai Garden Hotel, and the experience was great! The room was warm and elegant, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The hotel staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was quick, and they also recommended surrounding attractions. The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western styles. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this place again!

I usually like to save the best for last when writing, but for reviews, I'll cut straight to the chase. We booked an Executive Suite primarily for the Executive Lounge access, but the lounge experience was so disappointing that we checked out after just one night. The room itself, however, was great. Executive Lounge Happy Hour: We arrived at six, and it was already packed. There was barely any food left. Since it was the Winter Solstice on Saturday, they had dumplings. No desserts, and the cold selection just had sandwiches and sushi. Some dishes were empty. We found a spot, and just as we were finishing up, another guest placed a dirty plate next to us. The whole lounge was so noisy; we left after less than half an hour. Compared to executive lounges at other hotels, this one was truly subpar. The last three pictures show some of the dishes from the executive lounge. Facilities: The Executive Suite on the 19th floor was very spacious at 98 square meters, with two bathrooms. The living room had a sofa and a round table, and the bedroom was also large. The bathroom was equipped with mouthwash, and the living room had a capsule coffee machine, all very good. The view outside was also excellent. Ambiance: The lobby was spacious and featured some old photos of Wuhan. Service: The service was very good. The front desk staff specifically put the explanation of the executive floor benefits into an envelope for us. Breakfast: The Executive Lounge doesn't offer breakfast, so we had to go to the restaurant on the second floor. However, the breakfast selection was quite extensive. The freshly made Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was delicious. There were plenty of choices for desserts, fruits, drinks, and main courses, and enough seating at the tables. However, the hotel was very slow to refund the deposit. We checked out on Saturday morning around 10 AM, but didn't receive the deposit until Sunday morning around 9 AM. Overall, it's still a pretty good hotel; I'm just quite disappointed with the Executive Lounge. If I book again, I'll just opt for a standard room.

I stay with Wanda Group every time I go on a business trip. This time I come to Huangshi for a business trip, I choose Huangshi Jiahua, it’s very good, the hotel’s luxurious lobby, and delicious buffet, I decided to choose this place every time I come on a business trip. The new arrival at the front desk is on duty The manager Xiaowen's service is very good and very enthusiastic. They took the time to get to know me, listened to my preferences, and made genuine efforts to accommodate my needs and always made sure to go the extra mile.  Their dedication and professionalism are definitely assets to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay.

I'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang. I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!
