Sapa Centre Hotel

Sapa City Center
Really good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

Booked through Agoda. The room was ok from photo but in reality it was far less than what is presented. Room is small with poor lighting (natural and lit), also need some upgrade on furnitures and TV programs. I also had trouble with getting the hot water to work where I had to ask the reception twice for help. The first boy don’t understand water is not hot but warm then left me in the room. So I had to go up again a second time. The second boy came and let both the sink water and shower water run for 3-4 mins and then finally we got the hot water came. Such a wash on water! Could do better with upgrading the hot water system. I feel guttered that I have to make the water run to waste everytime I need a hot shower. Lucky it will only be 2 nights.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We had a great room with amazing mountain views. The service here was exceptional and it is worth paying for the delicious breakfast. We would definitely come back here. Steve, the general manager and his staff in particular Nora and Munn made our stay unforgettable.

This is very close to downtown Sapa, but in a quiet location, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is not familiar with Sapa geography for the first time. Although it is a small hotel run by locals, you can feel the careful consideration of the hotel to give you a clean and cozy feeling. Above all, the kindness of the hotel staff and the guide to the tour gave us a great help. I would like to recommend this hotel to travelers who are pursuing a jisoka-like sightseeing. ”This place is very close to downtown Sapa but located in a quiet area, making it highly recommended for those who are not familiar with the geography of Sapa. It is a small-scale hotel run by locals, but you can feel the hotel's meticulous care in providing a clean and cozy atmosphere. Above all, the kindness of the hotel staff and their helpful travel guidance were of great assistance to us. I would recommend this hotel to travelers seeking an authentic and enjoyable experience.”
Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa

Our recent stay at Aliana Sapa Hotel was nothing short from amazing. We arrived early at 6am from Hanoi but the hotel wasn't open. We waited till around 7am and the hotel front desk staff - Chau Thi Hong Lien got us checked in early. I think also because the hotel wasn't buzzing with guests. This little touch made our day as we have been travelling 12 hours straight. Lien not only welcomed us warmly but also gave us fantastic recommendations for our Fansipan trek and finding a local private guide to explore the Hmong village. The price we paid for the private tour was really reasonable too. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were all so polite and nice. Served ala carte I'll recommend to try the porridge, pumpkin soup, carrot soup, and scrambled eggs. Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa town, but that's a good thing. It's still within walking distance, and being close to the Mgallery Metropole Hotel and Sun Plaza is a bonus for exploring the area. Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. And that balcony view was downright breathtaking. To sum it up, Aliana Sapa Hotel - with its excellent service, friendly staff, incredible restaurant, and comfy rooms, it's a hidden gem in Sapa.
Lady Hill Sapa Resort

The view is amazing and the rooms are very pretty. The staff is very pleasant and very friendly. There is a free shuttle to the City Center, but you have to reserve it early in advance, because especially on the weekends it is booked out fast. The infinity pool is stunning, although a little dirty. The rooms are not very soundproof. On the second floor you can hear the music and volume from the restaurant and from the guests on the terrace all day long until late in the evening. Definitely a recommendation with room for improvement.
CHARM HILL SAPA HOTEL

The hotel is very clean, quiet space, open and beautiful view, the owner is very enthusiastic and thoughtful, the chef cooks very well, suitable for our family's taste, the only downside is that it is far from the market center. The commune is nearly 2km, so it's a bit inconvenient (this is not significant if you like to walk). I will come back next time.
Sapa Village Hotel

My wife and I stayed here. We enjoyed the following: Location: close enough to the town center but just far enough to be away from the noise. We typically walk about 7 minutes to get there or go in our rental scooter. Sapa is small neighborhood that you can get to the Cat Cat Village or any other village from any location you stay in town. We care about peace and quite at night so it was great. Room: was very clean and had a great view of the center down below. Service: staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast: we enjoyed the coffee and Pho every morning.

Very good hotel, I stayed with 2 teenagers and they had their own room and I had my own. It was Family suite. Amazing breakfast! Very clean and service was pleasant. Location near by the city. Everywhere walking distance. Only issue we faced there were a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise started at 8am. So just check in the construction update and you may have more pleasant mornings
Pistachio Hotel Sapa

Loved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.
