Hotels With Bar in Lao Cai Province, Vietnam

Very good hotel, I stayed with 2 teenagers and they had their own room and I had my own. It was Family suite. Amazing breakfast! Very clean and service was pleasant. Location near by the city. Everywhere walking distance. Only issue we faced there were a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise started at 8am. So just check in the construction update and you may have more pleasant mornings

Loved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.

I have a no complaint about the view, facilities and service at this hotel. The staffs are very kind and friendly. I booked a panorama room and it take 950.000 vnd for 1 night. The minuses are the signal of wifi too weak and the breakfast is not diverse, may be because the affect of corona disease. But any way i still rate 5* and will be back

What a lovely stay. The hotel is classy and rooms had the cultural touch. The buffet breakfast was good especially the bread. The service provided was good too. There were many places in the hotel for photos. Will go again if not that the journey there is just too far from Hanoi.

The room we booked was a premium room with a Mountain View and balcony, it was a bit more expensive but the views and overall quality of the room was definitely worth it. Clean rooms and good quality facilities in the room. Unfortunately we felt it was slightly let down by some of the staff and would have expected more from a 4 star, especially after paying a higher amount. It felt as though staff were generally disinterested and often hesitant to help with questions. We had a long wait after checking out and got told we couldn’t order any drinks when sitting in the lobby despite their being drinks menus out on the tables. Additionally we had an issue with our toilet which was unusable and, despite being told ‘one moment’ after contacting reception and then having the phone put down, were left waiting over an hour. We had to go downstairs and remind them of the room number and felt were generally met with a hesitance to help. We also asked twice about booking a taxi in advance to Lao Cai station to arrive for a scheduled train. They couldn’t give us a definitive price, like most would, and it also seemed like an inconvenience that we had asked to book one in advance. Eventually we were told one would be booked for us but, when we arrived to wait, the staff again seemed to not be aware of the booking. It was all a little awkward. One member of the staff was lovely and helpful, but unfortunately we feel was let down by her colleagues. Overall a perfect hotel for location, comfort and views but staff dampened the experience.

Rooms - Big, clean and spacious with gorgeous view. Feels like I am living among the clouds. Restaurant - The staffs are really attentive and friendly. - Breakfast has a good spread. Reception and Concierge - Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Spa - Had the hot stone and foot reflexology and love the techniques used by the Sapa masseur. - Staffs and masseurs are friendly. Room for improvement. - It is great that the hotel offers free transfer to Sapa Center/Station. Overall - Had a surprisingly fabulous stay and if I am back to Sapa, I will definitely stay again with Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel.

The hotel was fantastic, with excellent service from the friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Although the spa wasn't open during New Year's, there are other places nearby for massages. However, note that they don't offer currency exchange services but refer you to an external store which charges 10%. Instead of this convenience fee, it's better to walk a little further out and use an ATM. Overall experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing!

Really good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eco Palms House. The food is delicious, the cocktails too, the staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well cared for. We stayed in a bungalow with views to the rice fields. The bungalow inside was very well decorated and well maintained. This can be the perfect accommodation for a honeymoon. Unfortunately both my husband and me noticed a bit of a pain in the back due to the mattress resting on wooden logs on the floor. I have however decided to give it five stars because the accommodation is certainly outstanding and perhaps this is just that we are used to our foam mattress at home. I would also recommend reviewing the price of the massages as it’s considerably more expensive that anywhere else we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Great location to do activities and hotel has their own transport to take you to Sapa town centre. We would definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything

The service attitude of all the hotel staff was very good, which made our stay experience even more satisfying. We stayed for two nights. The room and location were very good in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was super delicious. We need laundry service, they also provide it, the price is not expensive, give it to us before checking out!

Hotel's location is ok, near the church - center of Sapa town. But the street is too noisy and there are cars go by all the time. Staffs were friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy (or security, idk), helped us a lot. Receptionist was also helpful, except the guy on night shift. He was kinda rude to us. We arrived at 6 AM, which I certainly understand that we can't check in right away. But as he said ”We have room available, but please come back at 2PM to check in”. His face was so serious so we didn't ask anything more. However, the staffs at the next shift was very friendly and lovely, so we had a nice stay. Room was ok and clean, with a nice mountain view. Breakfast was also good. Although we didn't have a good impression at first, Azure hotel is a good choice for you in Sapa :)

Simple and comfortable, with a panoramic view of the port and a full sense of technology

Located in the city of Laokai, it was in a place that was not lost. After arriving at the bus terminal in Laokai by bus from Hanoi, I understood that I would tell you the name of our hotel when I took a minibus. It was a clean hotel and there was no dissatisfaction with the water around the shower. I was a little worried about the sound of the walls and doors between the rooms, or the sound of the next room and the corridor.

i and my customers had been to stay day use here for 3 hours, the women of receptionist and a waitress at Cat Cat bar work at morning shift ( 25/01 ) were very friendly and pretty they’re warmly welcome us. + More specially Ms Thu was nice, helpful us and brought us to the car i not stay here for long time but i very appreciate about the staffs, just a little sad i don’t know the hotel don’t have bellman or they didn’t take care for our luggages, despite miss Thu she was try to help us but she is a women, the luggages big so i have bring by myself.

The hotel environment and location are very good, and the lady at the front desk is super helpful! Thank you to the people from Heiguo for their patience in answering questions and taking a taxi!

Good location in that it was near a lot of different food places. It was also along the waterfront. Great views of the waterfront from where I was at. Great views of the mountains and hills. I liked how it had a restaurant to eat at. The only thing that I didn't like was the minibar which was kind of tacky where they got you where they want you in making it convenient and tempting for you to eat but the food is more expensive than going to the stores to make some extra money off of you. I also didn't like how they were nitpicky in their variation of price charges on their laundry depending on which type of garment you are washing.

My family and I stayed at the Sen Trang hotel because it was highly recommended by a few of my friends. For a reasonably low price, we couldn't believe how clean and spacious our rooms were. What I likes the most was there variety of western food, which was hard to find in that city of Vietnam. The spaghetti was awesome. The coffee was very unique and specially designed by the hotel's owner. Definitely a great place to stay while you are in Lao Cai, if you want to experience friendly and family type service. I find this great of service rare these days.

The hotel is located opposite the train station/bus station. Go to SAPA or Hanoi. You can take a bus here. There are no shopping malls or parks nearby. The living facilities are not enough. I chose this hotel because I had to take a ride to Hanoi the next morning. Go to Honghe Port about 3 kilometers, the fruit near the port is cheap, a coconut tree 2.5 Wanyue Dun, other places in the old street sell for 3～3.5 Wanyue Dun, the main city park of the old street is beautiful, you can go shopping, the shops near the park are complete, bought a 6-inch pizza in the bakery, delicious.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly, helpful staff. I was there for a local conference, and the accomodations were superb. Very spacious and clean rooms, nice facilities, extensive breakfast buffet. I only wish I had been able to stay longer to relax and enjoy all that the hotel has to offer.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is just a stone's throw away from Vietnam Customs. You can pass the customs as soon as you step out. The room facilities are old and the staff service is old. It is generally necessary to pay attention to the deluxe room. Not every room is as big as the promotional picture. The hotel is quite nice. The location is right in the center of Lao Cai city. I requested highgfloor and it was arranged on the 8th floor with city view. Friendly staff (except the security guard in the lobby ****** T.T). There are many Chinese guests here. The hotel has a shuttle to the border, so if you have a plan to go to Ha Khau, you can consider this place.
