The hotel was quiet and uncrowded, giving off a perfect vacation vibe. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was very responsive to all our needs. The breakfast also had an à la carte menu, which was exquisite and delicious. I accidentally left a piece of clothing when I checked out, and the hotel proactively contacted me and even helped mail it to my home. I'm very grateful for that!

My first time staying in a rainforest was a truly unique experience. The air was incredibly fresh and it was so peaceful. Having a hot spring right in the room was amazing! Despite being in the forest, there wasn't a single mosquito or bug inside, and there was a lovely, subtle essential oil scent. Breakfast was also a special experience; you cross a small bridge to a restaurant surrounded by the rainforest. I even had black chicken soup, which was incredibly delicious!

Let me just say upfront, I'm not a shill, but out of all the hotels I've stayed at, Mission Hills Haikou's service definitely ranks among the top. Every single staff member has an exceptionally great attitude; almost everyone proactively greets you. The lobby staff were particularly excellent – they arranged breakfast and kids' club access for my child and even upgraded our room. Both the hotel's soft and hard amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and definitely deserves praise. I'll definitely stay at Mission Hills Haikou again next time I'm in Haikou.

I enjoyed the villa at the resort with its own pool and jacuzzi. The tropical climate, nature and churping of birds was a good getaway from the city. I would have loved to spend more time outdoors but I guess from January to April would have been better for that when peharps it is cooler outside. Resturants and the beach are in the area and are walking distance from the hotel. Peharps the hotel can provide pricing options to include both breakfast and dinner for those who would like to have all their meals at the hotel. The customer service was excellent. Peharps it would be better if they could speak some English better communication but they did their best to deliver the best customer service. Our room was literally cleaned everyday with our linens changed daily and the pool cleaned daily. Special shoutout to Luka Sun that checked us out early in the morning when we were leaving the hotel. Overall for the affordable price and the service it was a great expericence and I would stay at the hotel again when I'm in Sanya.

Twenty years ago, for my honeymoon, I chose a hotel in Yalong Bay. I thought The St. Regis was too old-fashioned then, so I picked the one next door. Now that I'm older, I've grown to appreciate this style more and more. This 'old money' aesthetic truly stands the test of time. Built during an economic boom, the hotel's lobby and public areas are incredibly grand, and the rooms are very spacious. The furniture and facilities are impeccably maintained; you'd never guess how many years have passed. What's more, the St. Regis has air-conditioned indoor walkways from the lobby to the rooms, which is incredibly comfortable, especially during the scorching summer. I've stayed at many St. Regis properties across the country, but the service in Sanya is by far the best. The butler contacted me early to understand my needs, and even added an exclusive butler, Seven, a day before my arrival. The service was truly exceptional; they responded to all my inquiries instantly and fulfilled every request. This level of attentive service deserves a huge thumbs-up! With such a dedicated butler team, who wouldn't be impressed by The St. Regis's enduring charm?

We stayed at the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay with two adults and two children in a Luxury Pool Twin Room. The overall ambiance was fantastic, with a strong Southeast Asian tropical vibe. The 48㎡ room with two queen-sized beds was spacious and comfortable. After communicating in advance, the hotel thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and slippers, perfectly meeting the needs of our family of four. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows opened directly to the public pool, so we could step out and swim immediately. The pool had lifeguards, making it safe and convenient for kids to play in the water. The resort grounds were lush with greenery, featuring an indoor kids' club and a shallow wading pool. There were daily family activities like bubble parties, and the children absolutely loved it. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options catering to both young and old tastes. The hotel's buggy service provided convenient transfers to and from the beach. Housekeeping was prompt, and the staff offered attentive service. The strong sense of privacy, coupled with all the amenities for kids, made it a one-stop, worry-free vacation. It's a highly recommended family-friendly resort with great value for money in Yalong Bay.

We stayed on Wuzhizhou Island for three nights. The first two nights in the wooden cabins were unique, but the family-friendly courtyard on the third night was a bit disappointing. However, I'm still giving a full 5 stars for the service. The photos for this Coral Family Courtyard room, especially the cover and the first few images, all showed an airplane theme with a slide. Naturally, most people would assume this is the room type they booked, and my child was very excited about it. But when we swiped our room card, we entered an ocean-themed blue room with no slide, which made my child cry. I called the front desk, and the sales supervisor explained that the rooms with slides are 'themed rooms,' not standard courtyard rooms, and that the pictures were misleading and they would ask the marketing department to correct them. Indeed, when you click through the 40 photos, there are many themes: airplane with slide, ocean, forest, and giraffe. If the slide room was fully booked and they could only assign another, I would have to accept it. But even then, I would feel it was a sales tactic and there would be nothing I could do. However, this sales supervisor said that the slide room topic could only be booked at a different, higher price? So, if you're looking for an airplane slide room, I recommend calling the hotel to confirm or clarifying it during check-in. Another point of complaint is that the hotel is undergoing renovations during the off-season. Our room was near the winter pier, and there was a hoarding in front of the corridor, which made it feel a bit like a 'Syrian style' warzone. The main issue was being woken up before 8 AM by the noise of excavators and jackhammers. At that moment, I really regretted not staying in the wooden cabins the whole time. These are just suggestions; there's only one Coral Hotel on the island, and I still want to emphasize that the service truly was excellent.

The villa is beautiful and the pool water is very clean. The hotel is right next to the beach, so you can walk over and dip your toes in the water. The rooms are large and plentiful, and I got a bit disoriented when I first checked in. Unlike other standalone villa hotels I've stayed at, this one doesn't have a butler service; you need to call the front desk for any requests. It also felt like the hotel was understaffed. We checked in during peak hours, and the front desk staff looked very tired and overwhelmed. They didn't even guide guests queuing up in an orderly fashion. The experience in this regard was quite poor compared to the Hilton we stayed at two days ago. If you're staying in a villa, you'll need to bring your own mosquito repellent. Because the rooms are so large and there's a lot of greenery, even electric mosquito coils were largely ineffective. I didn't see any mosquito traps or similar facilities outside either. We were almost carried away by Sanya's mosquitoes!

The hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit dated, but overall I'm quite satisfied. The room is spacious, and each room comes with its own private pool. You can ask the hotel to turn on the circulation system. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally good. There are mosquito coils and repellent in the room, as there tend to be more mosquitoes. Environment: The overall environment is very private and has a resort-like feel. There are many trees, and it's quite tranquil. The overall decor is very exquisite. Service: The overall service level is decent. The first day's service was the best, but in the subsequent two days, the wait time for the buggy was quite long.
