This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.

Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

Delicious and excellent breakfast choices. Location: Right next to the lake with a pedestrian zone. Great evening atmosphere with street singers. Staff: Highly professional, kind, and helpful. Great English speakers, used a translator when needed. Negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke despite the ”No Smoking” sign on the table. Overall a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. The location is also convenient for getting around, close to the subway station, and a shopping mall directly opposite. However, the breakfast is relatively average; the variety isn't extensive, and the quality is a bit lackluster. The local specialty beef soup wasn't very good, and the fruit wasn't fresh enough. What was particularly odd was that the yogurt came with a straw already inserted. I suggest improving the quality of the restaurant's offerings.

As always, Hilton provides a reliable and reassuring stay. The room quality and service level here are arguably top-tier in the local area. Every time I visit Zhengzhou, my biggest fear is that the hotel won't live up to expectations, especially the smoke smell, which has almost become a norm. As someone with severe nasal allergies, this experience is truly tormenting. Before checking in this time, I specifically requested a non-smoking room with absolutely no trace of smoke. Belle, the lobby manager, was incredibly attentive. She personally inspected the room and confirmed there was no residual smoke smell before arranging for my check-in. The moment I entered the room, I let out a sigh of relief. The room was fresh and comfortable, allowing me a rare moment of relaxation. Many thanks to Belle and all the service staff for their professionalism and attention to detail. This level of service makes me unhesitatingly decide: next time I'm in Zhengzhou, this will still be my first choice.

I chose this hotel when I traveled to Yuntaishan, and I was quite satisfied! It is a garden-style hotel, without the pressure of high-rise buildings. Entering the hotel is like entering a park shaded by greenery. The ground parking lot is large and convenient for parking. The hotel is more like a maze, and it is magnificent! The room is spacious and comfortable, and outside the window is a lakeside path shaded by green trees, with beautiful scenery! The hotel service is very thoughtful, and all the service staff are smiling and gentle, which makes people feel very warm! The breakfast is rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and the quality is good 👍 A hotel with super cost-effectiveness, highly recommended!

We got a room upgrade, and it was quite spacious with a soaking tub. Unfortunately, we couldn't use a disposable bathtub liner, but the staff offered to disinfect it again, which made the kids happy. Guo Yan'e, a staff member, was incredibly thoughtful; she folded all our clothes and placed them neatly on the sofa. Knowing we had children, she also provided extra water and kids' amenities. The room also featured a small terrace where egrets visited daily. The breakfast was decent with a good variety, though I only noticed green vegetables on our last day. For visiting Qingyuan, the hotel's buggy took us to the hotel entrance, and from there, it was a short walk to Duanmen.

This was my first time visiting Zhengzhou, specifically for a Shan Yichun concert. I chose to stay at the InterContinental Hotel, which had the highest ratings, and my positive impression of Zhengzhou truly began there. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm, friendly, kind, and enthusiastic. They were especially thoughtful given we were traveling with a baby, providing numerous conveniences. Throughout our three days in Zhengzhou, every single person we met was genuinely lovely, friendly, and welcoming. We're so grateful and thankful. We'd love to return to this warm city if we get the chance. 🥰

The room, though small, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We stayed with two four-year-olds, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and attentive. The wake-up call for our early flight was perfectly timed, and they even thoughtfully arranged an emergency breakfast for us.

I had an early flight the next morning, so I just booked a hotel randomly, and it turned out to be a real gem! We arrived at the airport around 8 PM. I called the hotel, and within five minutes, the driver called back saying he'd be there shortly. As we were on an international flight with a ton of luggage, a double crib, and two kids, Master Xiao went above and beyond, helping us with all the bags, keeping an eye on the children, and then driving us back to the hotel and even helping us take our luggage upstairs. The next morning, we had to rush for our 6:30 AM flight, and Master Xiao was there again, helping us get all the luggage downstairs. He repeated the whole process, and you could really feel his incredible work ethic and strength 👍. The hotel also offered warm white fungus soup, helped us combine beds, and installed bed rails. I honestly think their service is on par with Haidilao! My only regret is that we arrived and left in the dark, so I didn't even get to see what the hotel looked like. 😂
