Best Tianjin Boutique Hotels

This hotel is quite old. The rooms with private hot springs are in Liquan Bay, which is separate from the main building. The front desk staff couldn't even find a key card holder and didn't tell us the hot spring opening hours or breakfast times; we had to ask ourselves. The bathrobes and razors we ordered via QR code never arrived, even by the time we checked out. However, the hot spring pools are good, and the weekend activities were interesting. We couldn't find the swimming pool or children's slide area, so maybe we'll bring our kids next time. It's indeed very close to Happy Valley and Maya Beach, and parking is convenient, which makes it worth booking again. But the cleanliness is just average, not what you'd expect from a hotel of this star rating... This gecko really startled me, and the wooden floor might be dirty due to its age.

Special commendation goes to Ms. Zhao Hongxing at the front desk for her thoughtful and attentive service. As we had a relaxed itinerary, we requested a late check-out. Ms. Zhao Hongxing promptly helped us coordinate an extension, which resolved our concerns about our travel plans. The entire process was efficient and friendly, with great attention to detail. The overall service level is excellent, the environment is comfortable, and its proximity to Panshan Scenic Area makes it ideal for family trips or short getaways. We will definitely prioritize this hotel again on our next visit to Panshan. Highly recommended!
