This hotel is situated on a small hill and is quite large with many rooms. It offers a tranquil environment and is conveniently close to attractions like the Grand Lisboa and Lisboa Hotel, Senado Square, and the Ruins of St. Paul's. The rooms are spacious (around 27㎡), well-equipped, and very new. They are also spotlessly clean with bright lighting. A great feature is that you can directly charge your phone at the bedside without needing an adapter. Overall, it provided a very comfortable stay and offers excellent value for money in Macau. The staff were exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, even providing extra bottles of mineral water, toiletries, and disposable slippers, which was a thoughtful touch. This will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Macau.
The hotel facilities are comprehensive and easy to use, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The room environment is nice and quiet, and transportation to and from the surrounding areas is very convenient. The staff service is excellent. I will choose to stay here again next time.
This hotel is located on Beijing Road, with a bus stop right downstairs. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, with Xinmiao and Laolai supermarkets nearby, and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was neat and clean, and the mattress and bedding were comfortable. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!
Arrived from Senado Square in the early evening after a 20-minute walk through several alleys, finding a quiet spot. You can see the Macau Tower right from the hotel entrance on the roadside. The hotel is located halfway up the hill and is clean. My room, which faced the mountain, seemed newly renovated, was very comfortable and spacious. There were shuttle bus reminders in the lobby. That evening, following Baidu Maps, I walked less than 800 meters down to the street for dinner and discovered the stunning night view of the peninsula, with drone shows and the International Light Festival ongoing, creating a strong Christmas atmosphere. Walking back on a different path, I realized how convenient the location truly is. The next morning, I walked to A-Ma Temple Station; the walk up the hill was refreshing, and the surrounding area was full of villas. I'm really pleased I chose this place; it offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose it again next time.
The location is not really very convenient and it’s not directly connected to most casino so you’ll have to expect to pay for public transportation mostly. For other hotels, u can usually travel between Macau and Taipa with their shuttle buses for free. For this hotel, the shuttle bus system isn’t very good, the frequency of departure is low and the operating time is limited. The walking route that shows on google maps isn’t quite accurate so be prepared.
Arrived in Macau after 9 PM. The 701X bus from Hengqin Port took us directly to the hotel lobby entrance, which was super convenient. Every staff member was polite and helpful when answering questions. We arrived too late to ride the Ferris wheel, though. They told us the room had free snacks and drinks and also pointed out places for kids to play. There's food, drinks, and a Don Quijote on the first floor, great for a browse. The night view was beautiful, with the Eiffel Tower and MGM visible across the way.
Booked a three-day, two-night luxurious Royal Suite through Ctrip. Upon arriving at the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a young and lovely Ms. Wen. She warmly and thoughtfully inquired about our check-in preferences and then specifically arranged a room for us on a non-smoking floor. To allow us more time for activities, she even permitted us to go directly to our room to rest and drop off our luggage before noon. Her efficient and excellent service added a lot of pleasant surprises and joy to our trip. We are truly grateful for that!
Our stay at Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 was absolutely delightful and exceeded our expectations in every way.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic district, just steps away from Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul’s, and many cultural landmarks. It offers the perfect balance between luxury comfort and easy access to Macau’s heritage attractions.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bed was plush, the bathroom was spotless with premium amenities, and the view of the Inner Harbour added a special touch to our mornings.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the station, making travel very convenient. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms here are spacious and very authentic, with a simple yet vintage Portuguese style, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub for soaking, and the water in the tub was a beautiful, very light blue, creating a lovely and romantic atmosphere. The windows are sealed, but through the glass, you can see the sea, as well as the Grand Lisboa and MGM across the way... Nice.
The hotel's location is convenient; I'd highly recommend it if you're staying on the peninsula. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Although the room style is a bit dated, the overall cleanliness is good. The front desk staff are very helpful and you can store your luggage there. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus to the border, which is a great stress-reliever if you're not in a hurry.

MM416121****The hotel lobby also has Line Friends photo ops, which is a nice touch.
The front desk offers daily Wynn Palace skip-the-line tickets, which are very useful!
If you book an L'Occitane themed room, you'll get L'Occitane samples.
For public transport 🚌, the MT4 bus stop right outside the hotel covers most tourist routes, making it convenient to get to the Old Town, Ruins of St. Paul's, and The Venetian, The Londoner, and The Parisian. If you want a taxi, there's a taxi stand right outside the hotel.
There's a shuttle bus 🚗 to Wynn Palace that runs every 10 minutes or so, taking about 10 minutes. It's quite convenient.
Connected to the hotel 🏨 is a small entertainment complex with a milk tea shop, Japanese set meals, and Sang Kee Cafe (which partners with the hotel for a buffet breakfast). P6 shows the à la carte beef noodles, and there's a generous amount of beef – it would easily cost 80 RMB in Shanghai 😂. For breakfast, there are three restaurants: Sang Kee Cafe, and then Anqi'er Cafe (P4&5), which has delicious oatmeal and yogurt.
HHudieFrom December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service – that's the first point.
Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. 💁🖐🌹🌹
AAnonymous UserAn excellent value-for-money hotel. After clearing customs at Hengqin Port, we took a short car ride to the Galaxy area. From there, it was just a few hundred meters' walk across the road to reach the hotel. The Light Rail station is conveniently located right at Galaxy's entrance, making it super easy to get around. The hotel itself is simple but impeccably clean. They even thoughtfully provide power outlets compatible with mainland China plugs, so you won't need to worry if you forget your adapter.
HHulideyichuhexunlianWe requested a smoking room, but there was hardly any lingering smell, which was great. We stayed on the 17th floor, and the breakfast included a fantastic lobster buffet – truly all-you-can-eat! Downstairs, you can go shopping, and it's quite close to Wynn Palace. To get to Senado Square, there's no shuttle, so you'll need to take a taxi or other transportation. We paid 80 MOP for a taxi there. On the way back, we took a shuttle to another hotel and then walked the rest of the way. Overall, the breakfast offers much better value for money than the local cha chaan tengs, so it's definitely worth trying.
MM878071****Facilities: Fully equipped and very convenient.
Hygiene: Very clean, and the bed was huge.
Environment: For a city like Macau, the Victoria Hotel offers great value for money considering its price, environment, and service. Highly recommended.
Service: The front desk service was attentive; they reminded me about luggage storage, which was very convenient as I could explore all day and pick up my luggage later to cross the border.
Mmei_huangCleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The room was spacious enough and directly overlooked the garden, starting the day off right! 💚💚💚
Spent two leisurely days in Macau, enjoying the Grand Lisboa Palace~~ The French garden here is absolutely stunning! This dreamlike sky garden feels like a secret garden from a European palace. The Baroque architecture beautifully contrasts with the lush green lawns and exquisite gardens surrounding it. It transports you back in time to old movie scenes of aristocratic weddings. Every corner is a fantastic backdrop for photos, and it's definitely become a popular spot for influencers. #GrandLisboaPalace
MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau.
The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights.
The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room.
Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

XXifanChecking in felt a bit slow, not because of the staff, but due to their cumbersome system. They upgraded me to a twin room with an Eiffel Tower view, which was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was also quite generous, and all the staff members were very friendly and helpful. For a three-night stay, a 3000 deposit was required. I initially wanted to pay in cash (RMB wasn't accepted), but the front desk staff recommended using Alipay, saying the refund would be processed in about a week. The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get to the Three Graces and Galaxy Arena. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
