Hotel had an absolutely amazing view of the bell tower from our room. The twin room had the best view so we opted for that instead of our usual Kingbed. We were celebrating wife's birthday so staff had kindly put baloons and petals on the bed. Laundry area is available for self service. Complimentary cold water bottles available in reception as soon as you walk in which is great during the summer heatwave. We are muslim so had a small selection of food options for breakfast but was enough to start our day. The only let down was that our bedsheets were not changed during our 3 night stay. Housekeeping tidied up and emptied the bins, replaced towels etc but would have been great if the sheets were also changed out (nights can get hot in China fresh bedsheets are always appreciated!)

My stay at Yongningmen Yazhi Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, with both the public areas and guest rooms decorated in a warm and comfortable style. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, treating guests kindly, and you could feel their dedication in every interaction. The biggest surprise was upon checkout, when the customer service manager thoughtfully presented us with a special Xi'an refrigerator magnet and a small shadow puppet souvenir. They were small, exquisite, and full of local charm. These heartwarming little details were incredibly touching and added a wonderful memory to my trip. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting Xi'an!!!

Hotel Experience Sharing The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in the city center with an abundance of restaurants and shopping options nearby. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by an elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick and professional. The guest room was spacious and bright, with a comfortable bed and clean, neat bedding. The room was well-equipped with amenities including free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and an LCD TV. The bathroom was clean, the shower had good water pressure, and the toiletries were of high quality. Although the room's soundproofing was generally good, the traffic noise from outside the window was still a bit disturbing at night. The hotel's dining service was equally satisfying. The breakfast offered a rich variety, from freshly baked pastries to authentic local delicacies, catering to all tastes. Furthermore, the gym and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing additional convenience for guests. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travelers.

Service was above and beyond. They walked us through the hotel explaining the areas, served us welcome (non-alcoholic) drinks, were very helpful when we needed them. The included hanfu-style photoshoot was even better than we expected, with the photographer being very professional, and knowing how to position us and everything. Overall I would definitely pick this hotel again next time we visit China and we go to Xi'an.

I brought my mom along for this trip, and we booked this guesthouse online without much prior research, as we usually stay in hotels. I must say, it turned out to be excellent value for money! The owner mentioned it wasn't too busy, so they kindly upgraded our room for free. The room was very clean, had a beautiful view, and all the facilities were great. Showering was a breeze with plenty of hot water, and the internet speed was fast. Even though the weather wasn't great and our vacation time was limited, we still managed to go hiking. The owner even waited for us at the bus station when we arrived, which was incredibly thoughtful. He drove us to the guesthouse. In the mornings, we tried not to disturb anyone and left early. The guesthouse is also very close to the scenic spots.

This was my first time staying at this hotel for four nights, and I'd like to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell and Drum Towers, with a subway station right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a street dedicated to local delicacies right next door, perfect for trying authentic flavors. All the hotel facilities were in perfect condition (large TV, smart toilet, mini-fridge, coffee machine, etc.). What really stood out was the thoughtful touch during the hot summer days: each floor had a common area with a table piled high with dozens of complimentary bottled water 24/7 for guests – something you don't often see in other hotels. Every afternoon, there was a lovely tea service in the lobby lounge, offering coffee, tea, fruits, and exquisite pastries. Finally, let's talk about the service. As soon as we arrived, a staff member was there to help us with our luggage and escort us to the lobby on the second floor. The front desk lady (WeChat name: 'If one day') was incredibly enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of all the hotel's services. From now on, Novotel will definitely be one of my top choices for future travels.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right next to the Dachaishi subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. You can easily reach popular attractions like the Bell and Drum Tower and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda without any hassle, saving a lot of travel time. The surrounding area has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and a strong local vibe. Stepping into the hotel, the lobby's minimalist yet artistic design immediately catches your eye. The rooms are spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. Paired with natural essential oil toiletries, I had a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; not only did they handle check-in quickly, but they also thoughtfully recommended sightseeing routes and local delicacies. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. Whether for business or leisure, this is my top choice for accommodation in Xi'an, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit!

The stay experience was superb, the sanitation was in place, the facilities were complete, free parking, charging, and sound insulation was good. The front desk service is intimate and patient, the check-in is fast, the overall warm and comfortable, the price is affordable, I strongly recommend everyone to stay! A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again

Very convenient location with bell tower and famous streets like Hui Min Jie all within walking distance. It is also near to metro lines. The room is also comfortable and modern. Amenities wise, just note that not all rooms come with a refrigerator. Value for money and had a wonderful stay at the hotel.
