This hotel was absolutely perfect! Me and my daughter booked this hotel to see Louis Tomlinson at the Utilita. It was perfect location. 10 minutes from the train station, 5-10 minutes from the arena. There is also a lot of night life so we managed to find a nice place just across the road to have some food and drinks. The room was lovely too! We had two double beds so we managed to sleep very well after the concert! Will definitely stay again if we have another trip to Birmingham!

K2_travel_aroundI checked in at 3pm and the process was quick and smooth, with no problem.
The room is on 4th floor, the view outside of the window is quite okay, I could see the rooftop of the bus station and part of the Coventry Transport Museum.
The WiFi was working quite well in the room and I am glad, the room provides hot water kettle, fan, clothes hangers and a TV set. But you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste and face towels for your morning routine.
The bathroom is functional and clean .
It is usually safe to walk around in the city centre, even during nighttime, but still it is better to travel in group and look after yourself.

The check-in process was very easy. Friendly check-in staff behind the counter. Clean room. Nice location however, room was very cold (no heating although there are central heating available in the rooms. Hot shower, clean towels and beddings. Only 1 pillow. TV in room. Only 1 lift in operation.

Guest UserThe location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away.
For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.

NSEJOKERAn amazing stay as always the staff here always go above and beyond for you needed slightly larger room due to my partner on crutches and they even put us in a room we was in before! Such clean facilities me and my partner felt really comfortable safe and happy here will stay again! Comfy pillows, bed, lovely bathroom shower and bath, toiletries on wall are very nice smelling, we will be back on Thursday to stay! :)

60+peipeijieFirst time staying at a B&B and it was a great experience! The train station is close by, as is the city center, and the surrounding area is really convenient. Especially handy for Moor Street Station, where you can catch the train to Shakespeare's birthplace – don't go to the wrong one! The large shopping mall has a fantastic design too! Guest UserThis hotal was lovely we had to do a late check in after 9 clock as we got hear late but the staff service was fantastic very helpful and very polite would definitely stay hear again breakfast was a buffet breakfast help your self the only thing they didt have was fried eggs but they had scrambled egg thy had tea coffee hot chocolate machine and also help your self to apple juice orange juice lots of staff around clear area were people had been ready for other people to sit as have breakfast area was nice clear room was clear and tidy nice shower and toilet room beds comfortable had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed .

Good location close to M42, free parking onsite, easy access to reception check in was straightforward lifts to all floors and the room was perfect clean and warm.
