We had an amazing stay during my husband’s birthday celebration last week. We truly appreciated the staff’s thoughtful gesture of allowing us to check in early and check out late, even though we had not requested it. Their extra effort in setting up birthday decorations for my husband made the occasion even more special and memorable. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to enhance our experience. All the staff members were respectful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary voucher for a free photo session, which was a wonderful added touch. What impressed us even more was the staff’s honesty and attentiveness. I accidentally left my phone behind, and they returned it to me before I had even realized it was missing. Their prompt action and care were truly commendable. We are grateful for the exceptional hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Was given a smoking room while I had requested for a non smoking room in my booking. Had to request for a change of room. Room door was difficult to open despite using two access room cards. Again, had to ask the receptionist to get our room doors settled. So there was some delay before we could really take a rest after a long day. Basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo and body wash were provided. Room was of a pretty decent size. Breakfast was ok and has a Maggie station. It’s just a 5- 10 mins drive to the Batam ferry center.

Excellent hospitality from the very friendly staff. The welcome drink was a lovely touch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices. The room was exceptionally clean with a pleasant fragrance that made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful and enjoyable experience.

It was our second stay here due to the convenience of the location, as well as the cleanliness of place. We were grateful to have been greeted by the friendly staff who remembered us and prepared greeting cards and goodies to welcome us. Very heartwarming with a personal touch, a gesture hard seen in recent years. The availability of a connecting room makes it convenient for families with children as well.

Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!

I spent 2 nights at this hotel and the location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of everything, so major points there. But the bathroom… that’s where things fell apart. The showerhead holder was broken, which made every shower an awkward juggling act. And the “frosted” glass? It doesn’t actually blur anything out. If you’re showering, anyone on the bed has a front-row seat. Seriously, why even install a glass panel if it offers zero privacy? The towels didn’t help either — yellowed and oddly dark, they didn’t exactly scream “fresh and clean.” Aside from those misses, the room itself was decent enough, and the staff were a genuine highlight. Kind, helpful, always with a smile. Great location, lovely people… just maybe pack your own towel and shower with the lights off.

Great location right opposite Grand Batam Mall. Super convenient with food and massage places just a short walk away. The rooms are clean, staff are very friendly, and the rainshower is excellent. They were also nice enough to provide extra water when requested. Just note you can hear the nearby mosques (music) at times, but otherwise a perfect stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Batam's largest shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is comfortable. The room insulation is great, the bed is very comfortable, and the curtains provide good blackout. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and they even offered complimentary laundry service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. Good location at the heart of Nagoya Thamrin. Surrounded by many eateries, massage place and entertainment outlets. Rooms are clean and spacious with basic amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Stable high speed WiFi unlike some of the other accomodations I've been recently. Breakfast was satisfactory with reasonable variety of food.
