Today I came to pride plaza atrocity at imperial hall in banquet I asked a coffee from the service team they denied to give me but the one who helped to get a cup of coffee I would like give a thanks to Akshay,shilender, Nirdosh from banquets and all the banquets team are helpful and give the nice treat after that overall it was a nice experience to have there .....

A very nice hotel for a business stay, great variety in breakfast, room service is also brilliant. Staff is very helpful. HK staff is very courteous and has a timely cleaning protocols. Calm and peaceful room. Good place to stay nearby airport.

Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. It is very nice to experience such hospitality. Roseatte ***agement should be very proud of these assets in their organization. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. Our Gratitude.

The breakfast was amazing. We used the hotel driver and car - he was excellent and extremely calm in chaotic traffic conditions The bedroom was beautiful and very comfortable, location is just close from airport it`s hardly 10 minute drive approx 3 km from Delhi airport so one of the good option near airport,

Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again lalit hotel for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

One night was the most I could ***age. The main reception area was very busy with hardly any seating and a lot of tours coming through. All fine but this is no 5 star hotel, which is what it calls itself online. The rooms were so dated and unkept (maybe the pandemic slump hit them hard). The wooden furniture (bed, side tables and desk) were faded and peeling. The ceiling had open holes to what we could see a lot of wiring from the AC unit. It had a weird smell. The bath tub and shower had a serious drainage problem, didn't feel clean at all. The one thing that was good, was the bedding and towels seemed clean, so I did stay one night as Delhi had a city wide event and was hard to move hotel. Location is great so spent most of my time out for work and in cafes and restaurants nearby. ++The hotel felt safe and the staff were extremely helpful - especially the house keeping team. Breakfast was average

Had a night of very comfortable stay in this hotel . Well ***aged and safe and secure with good utility facilities in the room and in the premise . Good value for money . Location is very near to Paharganj side of New Delhi station and close to best commercial locations of Delhi . Staff are good .

Beautiful hotel real luxury in the centre of New Dehli rooms are nice and big , bed is Devine . The lobby is gorgeous fresh flowers everyday and the food is probably the best in Dehli . Staff are all helpful and very friendly

Location is very useful.... I liked the efficiency of check in ..Cleanliness and hospitality.It was a good experience on the whole.Breakfast and dinner was really good

Location is near to metro station but there is no any shops and restaurant nearby. Breakfast is fine but dinner & lunch buffet provide indequate food variety. Price in Chinese restaurant is very expensive. Service is good and flexible to customer's request. In short, it is not perfect but good hotel. I will recommend it to friend.

This was my first time in India/New Delhi, and I am glad I selected this hotel (I booked via expedia, but had studied reviews on tripadvisor as well). Stayed five nights in a club room, which includes evening buffet dinner from 7pm. This place delivers value for money! I has five stars in Indian category, which is maybe 4 stars in Western categories, but the price is also only 4 stars! The food is the highlight of the hotel, a variety of mostly Indian (but also Western/Chinese) dishes cooked to the highest quality! And they rotate dishes every day. Admittedly, adding a beer to your evening dinner is quite expensive (for India), but you don't have to do this, right? I used the Gym every morning, which is rather small but sufficient, since not ***y guests seem to go there. I also went to the pool almost every afternoon to do a little swim. The pool was mostly quite deserted when I was there - it is larger than it appeared on the photos I had reviewed. I walked to the Blue Line Metro station almost every day, which is only about 10min from the hotel up the Bangla Sahib Rd. The hotel made my stay in Delhi very enjoyable and I can only recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We picked this hotel because of location and proximity to airport. Our stay was comfortable. Room was good size, with comfortable bed. Bathroom was good size but functionally awkward, without a good separation between shower and rest of the bathroom. We did not use room service so cannot speak about it. Front desk was helpful. Getting around from this hotel was easy. We always found Uber rides within few minutes from here. The Pavilion 75 restaurant was very good. We ate breakfast, and they had a very good spread of food. Over all it was a very good experience staying at this property.

It’s a very nice and open lively experience The members of the staff practically are enthusiastically trained to serve you and make you feel relaxed The considerations that arise automatically without asking by understanding the structure of the guests staying, to me makes it 5 star or say Luxurious hospitality , this is something that most old type hotels lack and are still living in request and more request prudent structure This place breaks the barrier here if one understands the meaning of essential luxury, would understand my complex comment This place gets 5/5 on that Delhi as a place you are central and today’s date more well stationed if you stay at aerocity and Andaz is a good good choice The pool area is like a mini resort type relaxful side much required for city stay The service at the poolside is well done Breakfast is excellent and well served and very well ***aged , the only thing I would suggest is they should make the arrangement less dispersed Housekeeping and staff is worth accolades , this natural service attitude definitely says a lot about the ***agement ideology I get into things that are minute may be to others , but to me more than marbles and statues , asks and wants it’s the natural service attitude that makes a place worthy of hospitality stars This is another missing thing of city hotels where this hotel unexpectedly wins accolades Please maintain this positivity and vibe is my feedback Though it was out of the box one night stay , the environment wants you to come back This is a new age active hotel , bringing good to Hyatt name

The over all hotel is great. Close to shopping mall. Alot of nice bar and restaurant near by. Toy in the room bar good for after party. Just down stair of the hotel. Breakfast - is ok mostly vegetarian food. The service is great. House keeping Awhile Maurya &Vaibhaw did a great job, clean and fast while I am in the room. Reception- took sometimes for check in and check out. The room is quite big and good that there are no bath tub

I would like to Share Something it’s apart from all above We have Stayed there for two Nights service cleaning other things all good but I forgot my laptop charger and power bank in room I called them about as they confirmed with me yes They received lost and Found from room now I sent My Friend to collect but problem is Here reception staff saying they Didn’t receive anything I could possible Why hotel doesn’t have any Lost and Found policy

Great place if you are looking to spend some quality time. Great room and good services

First, I had not been to this hotel previously. ”Hotel” staff were helpful. The room was overpriced: a mere cubbyhole. They did provide someone to assist in getting to the next ticket counter. Little description of how to actually get to the hotel, in the middle of the terminal. I purchased the ”$25 dinner”; and what a joke. Wait staff was slow, the fish and chips took nearly 45 minutes in a restaurant with only a few patrons, fish had a ”funny” taste to it, small menu, based on the per meal pricing, there was no reason to buy a $25.00 meal. WiFi was questionable.

Great hotel for stay in Dwarka Delhi. Good hotel restaurant, tasty food, clean rooms, very helpful and friendly people on the reception, they helped me also to find doctor for my health problems. Thank u very much. Will come back next time 👍🏻
