Everything was excellent about the room. I love the view and the clean linens. I enjoyed the bed. I also benefited from the one reward of checking out late until 2:00 PM

The first time I came to his place, I was not disappointed. The price-performance ratio is very high. The hotel is in a good location, in the central area, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. It is very close to the scenic spot and can be reached on foot. Opposite is the snack street where Internet celebrities check in. The subway station is also very close. Convenient location near the railway station. In general, the conditions are very good, especially liked the European breakfast with a huge selection of dishes and excellent coffee. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool at the morning. It was especially pleasant that fruit was waiting for us in the room, and when we left, we were given a gift from the hotel - a nice figure of the shaolin monk. The only wish is to add an additional set of shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner to the bathroom, because when you take the bathroom, then you want to wash immediately, rather than run to the shower. The staff is polite and speaks English.

Hotel is close proximity to attractions and easily accessible to buses and metro. The hotel room was comfortable and cozy; and does provide standard amenities. The room was also properly maintained. Hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. And there was gifts when we checked out.

Absolutely nothing to complain about,.almost perfect place to stay in . Cleaniness is no.1 , location is at the door step where most tourist wanted to go especially at night . Newly renovated with high technology taps and shower so please asked how to operate the very new technology system otherwise will be thinking there is no hot water. Confirm you will have a good stay.

I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

hotel owner and service people are very nice. They got washer machine onsite if you stay for a few days. they deliver the food to your room too. The location is close to the old city: across the street, around 5 min walking. Very nice hotel with advanced new tech electric panel. Right now, China gov. has rule: any hotels can accept the foreigners. They will scan your passports and send over to the gov. authority for backup. That is all.

Fantastic location near night Market and temple. Night view room is worth it (overlooking drum tower). Room was clean and had great features. Ac and light controls were in english, helpful for me. Check in and check out we're a bit messy/hectic since there was no visible way to queue and people rushed the desk. Staff were helping multiple guests at same time taking IDs from anyone that offered. Also when we asked staff how far train station was they neglected to tell us there were two train stations. Fortunately, our didi driver clarified.

The hotel and room was quite clean. However, the clothes hanger had a but of dusts on it. The free orange that was provided was very dry and tasteless. Perhaps it could be a design flaw, however, the shower room was poorly constructed and a little of water could easily slipped through the glass door. what puzzled me was how the excess water was able to enter the toilet which was next door. Basically the room and the toilet was slightly flooded as a result. I had to call the hotel to request for them to help clean the excess water. Unfortunately, i did not took any photos of the incident.

The sanitary environment is well maintained, but the lake view is not much to see. There used to be a light show, but it is gone now. However, as a newly opened five-star hotel, it still does not have a smart toilet. I can't help but wonder why. The service attitude and staff image are very good, but it seems that there are not enough staff, so it takes several calls to the front desk and it takes a long time to send ice cubes. The location of the hotel is suitable for Longmen Grottoes, Laojun Mountain, Shaolin Temple and the high-speed rail station. It is a bit far to go to other old city areas. However, there is a large shopping mall at the door, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun, and it is also very popular.

Good location, plenty of places to eat , shopping etc all within walking distance (5-15 minutes ) the staff were friendly , the rooms clean , the gym was better than expected also. The lobby has a small coffee shop (just as god as Starbucks but cheaper ). I didn’t try the food at the hotel but plenty of good local restaurants nearby

The lobby at this hotel is underwhelming but don't let that fool you. The room was immaculate and there were many little details that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. The location required a didi to most tourist spots unless you're willing to hoof it. Nice neighborhood alley just to the west of the hotel with fresh baked bread and cold diahes after 4:30 pm.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service from the staff is top class and so good. They really look after their guests here and are very well trained, We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in our travels and couldn't recommend this one more, this is seriously another level. The supplies and condiments offered in the room is very comprehensive and complete. They offer order fruits and snacks at any time. They will even open the gym for you if you want to use it when it is closed. Too many examples of great customer service to write

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Guangdong Hotel in ZhengZhou during my visit tothis wonderful city. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's great location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and delightful dining options. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of ZhengZhou’s historic district, it offered easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping . Whether I wanted to explore the historical landmarks, immerse myself in the local culture, or simply take a leisurely stroll along the bustling streets, everything was within walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel deserve special praise for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who made me feel like a valued guest. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a delight.

I highly recommend the InterContinental Hotel in Zhengzhou. The rooms are very comfortable. The service is excellent and the buffet is delicious. Thank you for the warm service of Grace Xu. I will stay here again next time when I go to Zhengzhou.

I feel very satisfied with the location. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient. The spicy soup in breakfast tastes good. It is suitable for people on business trips! The front desk service is also very good. It can be regarded as a better hotel in Zhongyuan District!

The hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is convenient, and it is only a few minutes away from the subway station and high-speed rail station. The hotel is well equipped, the rooms are clean and tidy and the stay is very comfortable. The waiter Sherry was very proactive and welcoming. The breakfast is also good, with a lot of variety, and I personally think it is quite cost-effective.

The room decoration is great, very grand and luxurious, the breakfast variety and taste are also very good, especially the spicy soup 👍, it is convenient to travel, there are Metro Line 1 and Line 10, and there are Zhengzhou Science and Technology Museum and Zhengzhou South-to-North Water Diversion Museum nearby (the interior is closed for renovation until November 30).

The hotel location is within walking distance of the Zhengzhou East Railway Station. The staff was very attentive and understanding. They spoke English to the level that my questions and concern were answered. The hallways and room were very clean as well as the outside. The breakfast and dinner buffet-style food was excellent for both locals and foreigners. I definitely will consider staying at this hotel for the price, location, and excellent service.

Superb services. The receptionist are very friendly and answers to my questions very promptly. The rooms are clean and quite modern, central heating was just nice. The water heaters are great, they have dry and wet bathrooms as well. The housekeepers will ask you if you need any anything since we don’t really like housekeeping. The breakfasts were standard. Location is good, quite near walking distances to various attractions. We had an enjoyable stay there.

Location: Unique and unique. Located between Wansui Mountain Wuxia City and Qingming Riverside Park. The East Gate leads directly to the South Gate of Wansui Mountain, a 5-minute walk; the South Gate faces the Duanmen of Qingming Riverside Park, a 10-minute walk. The room also has a small courtyard where you can watch the sunset. Facilities: The teapot set and ice bucket design in the room are the most favorite and very delicate. The nightgown is close-fitting and comfortable. Service: The concierge provides shuttle buses, pick-up and drop-off stations, and chartered cars (4 or 8 hours). This is a great help, after all, it is very difficult to get a taxi during the National Day holiday, and parking is also not easy. Unfortunately, because there were too many people on the holiday, the concierge could not lead us to visit various places in the hotel, so we only saw the tip of the iceberg of the hotel landscape. Environment: The accommodation building and the front desk building are separated, and only connected by a small bridge on the first floor, which requires passing through two partition doors. The room 1127 we stayed in was close to the partition door. When we fell asleep at night, we could still hear the movement of the partition door opening and closing and the noisy voices in the corridor. The sound insulation of the room needs to be improved.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

Very good stay at this hotel, the staff was very thoughtful, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good also. The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted. Besides this, I would recommend the stay at this hotel.

My husband and I took our wheelchair-bound mother to Kaifeng for a trip and stayed in this hotel for six days. Before we set off, we received a call from the hotel, saying that they had reserved a room for us. What touched me most was that it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The proprietress and the front desk waiter had been waiting for us. When they saw us get off the car, the proprietress and the girls at the front desk enthusiastically arranged and helped with the luggage. At the same time, a cup of hot tea was handed to us. Drinking a cup of hot tea and listening to the wonderful Henan accent made us feel warm in our hearts! The front desk quickly checked in, and soon we said goodnight! The hotel's breakfast was a familiar home-cooked meal, with sweet potatoes, pumpkins, fried dough sticks, buns, flower rolls, jujube cakes, steamed dumplings, eggs, fried noodles, a few stir-fried vegetables, a few cold dishes, wontons, milk, soy milk, and coffee. It was very comfortable to eat. The hotel room is fully equipped with a single bed and a double bed, which is just right for the three of us to sleep. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are sunny, and we sit in front of the window to drink tea, watching the busy streets with people coming and going, and experiencing the fireworks of the ancient capital of Kaifeng. The hotel staff is very good. If you have any needs, they are solved immediately with just a phone call. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant or room cleaning, the service staff always greets you with a smile and provides warm service, making us feel at home and as touched as if we had met family.

Quiet in the middle of noisy, beautiful garden-style environment, beautiful scenery outside the window, clean and tidy rooms, duplex layout is very suitable for family travel

On the way back from the self-driving tour in the West, I came to Kaifeng, the last stop. I stayed at Bianjing Hotel for three nights. It can be said to be the most cost-effective hotel along the way. It was recently renovated. It is new and luxurious. The rooms are large and the facilities are great. Very good, dry and wet are separated, the parking lot is large, you can park your car at will, and the breakfast is very rich. It is located in the inner city, the city center, not far from the main attractions. Within 2-3 kilometers, there are many restaurants and supermarkets at Damenkou, and the services are also good. Very good. If you have the opportunity to travel to Kaifeng and visit Qingming Riverside Garden (so fun, there are many performances from noon to evening), I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.
