Certainly! Here's a 300-word review for your stay at the Meiyuan Luxury Hotel in Hohhot: --- **A Memorable Stay at Meiyuan Luxury Hotel, Hohhot** My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Meiyuan Luxury Hotel in Hohhot, and we couldn’t have been more delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegance and warmth of the hotel. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and impeccable service, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room we stayed in was nothing short of luxurious. Spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, it provided a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-quality linens made for a restful night’s sleep. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the room’s amenities, which included everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked minibar to a well-appointed bathroom with premium toiletries. The hotel’s dining options were equally impressive. We dined at the hotel’s main restaurant, which offered a delectable selection of both local and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were attentive and eager to accommodate our dietary preferences, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Beyond the excellent facilities, what really stood out to us was the level of service provided by the hotel staff. They were always ready to assist with any request, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. In conclusion, the Meiyuan Luxury Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We left with fond memories of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hohhot. It truly offers a five-star experience in every sense.

This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.

The hotel decoration is very beautiful, the facilities and decoration in the room are also very stylish, the details are great, the bed is soft, the projector is also very good, sterilized plastic slippers are also provided, the service is also very good, the only dissatisfaction It is a matter of hygiene. The yukata in the room is dirty in more than one place (pictures are attached). Although I know that hotels generally can only clean the surface, these stolen items are not even clean on the surface. I hope to give them to the guests. Anything that comes into contact with the skin can be disinfected and cleaned more rigorously.

Advantages: The room is large. Although the hotel exterior and public areas look old, the room is very new and looks like it has been renovated. The room layout is up to the five-star standard. The price-performance ratio is very high and the hygiene is OK. Disadvantages: The front desk service is too bad. It was 11 o'clock in the evening when we checked in. The two girls at the front desk were very unprofessional. When we were doing the formalities, they muttered a lot like they were not proficient. I: ? ? ? . It took a long time to give the room card. The front desk only told us the room number and we went upstairs. However, how could the first-time guests know that the hotel is divided into ABCDE areas and the elevators in each area are not together? How could the first-timers know? The front desk may be used to working here every day and did not tell us that the area we checked in had to go around several corners from the front desk and walk a few hundred meters before taking the elevator. After we went upstairs with the room card, we couldn't find the room and called the front desk. The front desk said that we had to go downstairs and take another elevator. . . It was too tiring at night. . . And you can feel the subtle attitude and subtle atmosphere of the front desk. There is a sense of deliberateness. At night, dragging a lot of luggage and a tired body downstairs and going around several times to take another elevator. Regardless of whether the front desk did it on purpose, none of the hotels I stayed in before with main and secondary buildings or sub-districts did not inform guests when checking in, and most of them would ask guests to go to the corresponding elevator. And the front desk did not take the initiative to inform the location and time of breakfast. This is also rare in domestic hotels. Guests need to take the initiative to ask about the location and time of breakfast before the front desk will answer you impatiently. And the lights in the corridor were all dark when I checked in at more than 11 o'clock. I walked a few hundred meters to change the elevator without being informed by the front desk. However, the corridor was pitch black when I got out of the elevator. Figure 6 was taken in the automatic night mode of the mobile phone. It was actually very dark and scary. Suddenly a cleaning staff came out. The service staff is too bad for the hotel. I was very satisfied with spending more than 900 yuan to stay in two rooms like this in Inner Mongolia. I really like the room. If we didn't encounter two front desks at night, our family would be in a good mood during the stay. If there were no two front desks at night, we would have given the hotel a high praise. The front desk at night was too bad, like a temporary worker who didn't receive training during the summer vacation, working with emotions, too unprofessional. The front desk who checked out the next morning was obviously professional. With this comparison, I really don’t understand how the two receptionists got the jobs at night.

The room is great! Good soundproofing! Clean and hygienic! Shower facilities are very new! It is worth staying! Very cost-effective! The homestay is right next to Dazhao Square, which is very convenient for eating and playing. Don't stay in Hailiang Square! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Baoerhan Pagoda, Guanyin Temple, and Wuta Temple. It is worth a visit. Dazhao Temple is right next to Dazhao Square, 400 meters away. Saiwai Old Street is right next to the homestay. Gerile Lao Ma Mongolian food, Zechengbing boiled lamb, and Lao Suiyuan Shaomai are must-eats, must-eats!

The boss is very hospitable, the room is OK, the air conditioner remote control is not enough 😂 to borrow from other rooms. There are many restaurants on the south street of the hotel, and there is even a night market in the north. That guy has everything to eat, drink and play. It is the next room next morning, the children's song was awakened, and the children were let go when they came out to play!

We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

Well! Here we go again. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights, I can mention that the positive things at the hotel was the front desk staff Ms. July who was very empathic and pro active before and during the check in. Free pick up service, free tour to grassland! Highly appreciate it guys. Nice shift front desk or operator team are not helpful at all. . . Cons The breakfast was not good as used to be before. Wifi not strong enough but can be used. Is not normal that at breakfast time to be served 2 lamb siao mae! I love it but the chefs only gave 2 then if i want more must come back for another 2!!!! Weird . . The tour agency located at the lobby is little bit rude and not professional. We got 1 free tour to rhe grassland and one paied but in both ocasions driver never dropped us back to the hotel. . . I should rate less but is ok 4/5
