I loved your service and comfort it really good. I stayed with my kids and pool playground it was great. The pool and sauna was so clean. The room cleaning was excellent and it gave us so much comfort. I want to say thanks for 2 women from room service that came in may 3rd. lt was really nice for staying in your hotel.

Anyway, I was very disappointed. I looked at the pictures and thought the layout was okay, but the layout I arranged was not like the pictures at all! I asked for a replacement and was told that only rooms with a balcony were available, but the girl at the front desk was nice and positive. However, the room was too small and the facilities were old. I really don’t recommend it! Not worth the price!

This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.

Whether you are shopping for food or shopping, it is very convenient. The hotel is very clean 👍 The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and provide meticulous service. What surprised me the most was that the room type we originally booked was upgraded to a three-person family suite. What a treat! The space is spacious and the layout is warm and practical. It is especially suitable for families like us who travel with children. The children can have a lot of fun in the room. Overall, this accommodation experience exceeded my expectations, and the price/performance ratio is very high. Next time I come here, I don’t need to think too much, just go back to this hotel! I won’t be proud of you if I give you full marks. I sincerely recommend it to everyone who is looking for comfortable accommodation🌹

A great hotel in a super convenient location by the temples and the old street. A much bigger area than i realised, so I spent a lot of time wandering there. The hotel was right next to the large parking area, so very convenient to park! 10 b for one night, very reasonable The hotel itself is so peaceful and calm inside. The rooms all have wooden furnishings and and very stylish. A lovely addition of treats upon arrival like an eye mask and snacks. I had a smoking room but there was no smell of smoke at all, and even had an intense stick to burn in the evening 😀 Breakfast was delicious and very big!

Let me start with the disadvantages: the room is very small. We booked a twin room for outdoor scenes, which helped us upgrade to an outdoor family room. However, we could hardly spread out our luggage for two adults and two children. I took a look at the twin room for indoor scenes, which was even smaller. For your reference. There are also many advantages: the service is very good, and the room also provides eye protection lamps for children to do homework. From 4pm to 10pm every day, there is a small train that can pick up from the room to the central escalator. The hotel is really big. In addition to the outdoor swimming pool, there is also an indoor swimming pool. You can also play in the indoor swimming pool when it rains. Umbrellas and raincoats are provided when you go in and out when it rains. The quality of the raincoats is quite good, not the kind that will break when torn. Hohhot R&F Wanda Vista Hotel changed my previous bad impression of Wanda Vista Hotel. It is obviously much better than the Wanda Vista Hotel here. Booked this room when I went to watch a concert at Hohhot Stadium. It's about 10 minutes' walk away, so it's quite convenient to enter and leave the venue. The corner room with city view has a view of the racecourse and stadium next to it! For takeout, you can order the famous mutton Shaomai nearby, which is also delivered by a robot~
