It's been a long time since I visited, but it was a shame that I couldn't use the swimming pool, etc., but the service was generally satisfactory.

My stay at I'm Hotel was great, checkin was fast and easy, fully transparent. The hotel accommodated all my requests, and a great room was provided fully equipped and pristine. I like their water dispenser where one can fill their water bottles up for free. The staff are absolutely delightful, helpful and cheerful which adds to the air of positiveness and professionalism. The location is superb. Best of all was the breakfast and spa. The rooftop bar had great views, vibes and food. Room city view was spectacular. Thank you and looking forward to staying there soon. We arrived a little earlier than the booking time for us to have time for parking and we were able to check in early. The staff was accommodating but not so much, maybe I was expecting a warmer welcome since the hotel is considered a 5 star. It would be better if they had more staff to assist guests as they came through the door. As for our whole stay, everything was good. We were able to enjoy the spacious room and the nice bed, the swimming pool, and the playground. The breakfast buffet also had plenty of choices but the flavor of some of the food could be improved. We look forward to staying here again.

Such a great Hotel for staycation! Excellent service tho we have multiple request and order but this lady named ‘Ly’ of In room dining serves us with quicky and excellent service. Tradition to go here in manila for staycation whenever there are breaks and this is our first time here in okura. Everthing was nice. Me and my sisters would surely choose okura again next time. Great service plus friendly staff. Also thanks to the perfect ambiance.

Had a great time.! Booked a 3 double room with pool View..and their rooms were all clean, quiet and relaxing.. and it comes with buffet breakfast for two, and i can say its all good.. too many varieties, dishes to choose from..❤️

We booked to stay here for Christmas. We chose it for its close proximity to Greenbelt malls. I booked 3 rooms and asked for the rooms to be adjoining but the best they managed to do was that we were all on the same floor. It was a busy period so this is understandable. There are many other places to stay in the area which are cheaper and if we ever stay in a hotel for Christmas again, we will seek cheaper accommodation because we were hardly in our room. The breakfast had fantastic selection. Staff were lovely and we appreciated that they also employed staff who are hard of hearing–– they opened the door for us and were prepared with a list of places guests might want to go to so that they can direct. Was given a room without bidet and hair dryer, AC and fridge not cold and visible moulds in the ceiling. The room is quite old and does not befit of 5 star status. I was relocated to a better room after giving this feedback but just wondering why they still give this kind of room to their guest? The hotel has seen its better times and quite jaded. I have to say that the hotel staff service is good, friendly and accommodating typical of Filipino renowned hospitality.

Spa was mediocre. They need to improve on customer experience. Massage room too cold and no way to adjust temperature. No heated bed. Had to ask for more towels to keep me warm. Didn’t smell like a spa. Little musty. Therapist was good though. The rooms are well appointed and very spacious. Complete with kitchen in a 2BR Suite. Bathtub too high for short people and may cause accidents. There’s a washer dryer combo that technically only washed clothes and kept clothes damp. The dryer was not efficient and we checked out with still damp clothes. 3 associates came to the room and tried to solve the problem. Their suggestion was to wash the clothes again so it will trigger the dry cycle. Never worked. Waste of time and energy. Dryer should dry clothes. Period. Breakfast selection was good. Saw a little cockroach walk around the sushi area. 😲 The area can get so much traffic. Kalayaan Ave can get crazy busy. Give enough time and clear directions for your Grab diver if you want to make your appointments on time. OVERALL GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!

It was our 2nd time to book to this hotel. The room was spacious and clean but the view from our hotel room was a roof, though we could still see the harbour view from afar. I requested for a room with a view when I booked it but when we got there the room we got was not granted, According to the staff the hotel was fully booked. It was a great place.The ambience of the hotel lobby is warm, welcoming and festive.They served sumptuous breakfast buffet. The staff were very nice, very friendly and very accommodating. 😊

Complimentary bottled waters and coffee, teas and sugars with creamer are all set. Working appliances including thermos and hair blower. My first trip to MNL loved the central location with greenery around, the staff all went out of their way to please us. Minor issues with tv remote control were quickly resolved. My only side comment is that the property could do more for the environment by: putting some solar panels on the roof, filtering the chimney smoke coming out, on roof. Also in this day and age plastic pet bottles could easily be replace by local glass bottles and a small sign in the room asking guests to place towels in bathtub in case they shoul be laundered is something we all appreciate - our towels were changed daily- I forgot to make a sign for housekeeping team! But overall wonderful experience your lobby is fabulous and what a vibe anytime congratulations ! We will be back certainly! Robert & Busaba from Phuket.

The room was a little cold but they adjusted and it felt much better. Excellent service they are fast to respond when I left my charger in the room. Location is amazing. Food is excellent. Do note breakfast area has dress code does not allow singlets

Booked Deluxe Suite and Horizon Club rooms, both rooms with access to Horizon club lounge. It was my mom 78th birthday, Mini cake and some freebies were in the room when we got in. Ms Rose from reservation/front desk was very accommodating and very patient to our requests and last minute changes. The horizon club lounge food and services offer to privilege guests were overflowing and mouthwatering. Ms Jean, the Manager and Ms Sandra were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The staff, namely JD, Argel, Jazz were polite and friendly. Chef Russel from Circles Cafe served us tasty omelet, spiral sausage and slice ham. Several food options breakfast hall. It’s was a great stay at Makati Shangrila.

The kitchen contains various utensils, there is a coffee maker and a toaster, and there is a sink and dryer. The hotel is old, like the kitchen and sink wood, but the furniture has been renovated, and there is a dining table for four people. The price is high, the bathroom needs cleaning, there are stains, the TV is small and there is no YouTube, smoking is not allowed in most rooms The hotel has a place on the sixth floor that is open and there are no chairs. Some workers lack experience and need more training. They annoy you by hinting at giving them money, but some of them, on the contrary, are very excellent in dealing, and in particular the respected employee Alan in the hotel restaurant treats him professionally.

This hotel gave a tip top services from the staffs with clean n big room. They are very polite and helpful. Verities of breakfast n free flow of non alcohol drinks served at the lounge. Location is very good with many mall surrounding the area. Makati is very safe area to walk around. I'm so happy through out my stay & definitely will choose this hotel again.

Great service as always, hotel accommodated our early check in; we had an accident on the eve of new year and they were very responsive and checked on us regularly; brought us all the items we needed despite full occupancy, it did take some time so you can improve on adjusting manpower during busy times; something to improve on is the pet policy - while you do allow pets, I would not necessarily call the facility pet friendly as our furry friend really is just allowed inside the room and cannot walk around freely. We had to transfer rooms wothin the stay as we booked a different room within the stay and it toom sometime for the room to be ready during the transfer and they allowed us a late checkout because of this. 2. Room feedback - hair dryer units are difficult to use, I hope you revert back to automatic (my mom who is a senior cannot keep pressing the handle for continuous blow drying and we had to ask for a different hair dryer); the hot water was not very hot. 3. My biggest dissappointment was the heated pool. I always choose to go to this hotel because of this amenity, I stayed 4 nights and the pool heater was under maintenance the entire time so no heated pool. Not to mention it was the busiest season of the year and you should have anticipated this and done your maintenance outside of this period. You should also post this in your website so guests are aware. 4. This is always my beef with Discovery Primea and has not been improved on, in fact, it has deteriorated. Breakfats buffet is not good, limited selection; salad greens were wilted; tapa was tough, no orange juice; we had to go to Manila Peninsula the last day lf our stay as we were tired of the breakfast fare on our 4th morning. 5. Gym - sauna facility: It is weird that they don’t keep your sauna on, you need to wait 30 mins so they canturn on the heat. Shower facility in the gym is also complicated, the fact that you need to post instructions on how to use a shower is not good. Shower ameneties (conditioner and shower gel) were empty in the containers, had to go out to ask for assistance and even then there was no immediate items on hand. Had to go to room to finish the shower.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The initial room had a disappointing partial sea view, leading me to recommend choosing a partial pool or sea view instead. Staff were accommodating in changing the room, which was a plus. Dining was a letdown, with a steak overcooked and a hair found in the rice on two separate occasions. On the bright side, the bar offered a great experience with its excellent selection of drinks. We also tried the spa, opting for a couple's massage in a special room, part of an 18K promotion. The spa experience was enjoyable, albeit pricey, but fitting for the hotel's standard. However, the hotel’s confusing layout and the mixed dining experiences make me hesitant to return.

Check-in process : fast even if there are several guests Room : clean, have separate areas for bathtub and shower, nice amenities In-room dining : food was sent up fast, food portion was big as well Buffet breakfast : buffet spread was great and they have a wide variety, featuring different cuisines (if you pay for this separately, it is pricey but definitely worth it) Location : very near the mall where you can shop and eat (take your pick from different restaurants)

I have been several times in the Sheraton, being opposite to Terminal 3 of the Manila airport. If you have only hand luggage you can walk there, if more, than you need a taxi, even some of the Manila taxi drivers are not so happy about the short distance. Thus, take a metered taxi and give them more tipp, so it normally works fine. This time I only had time for a stay during the day since my second flight left at midnight. I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite which I liked very much even I only had 8 hours in the hotel. But those were really worth it since I decided to book a massage in the spa on short notice and had luck to get the last free slot. Which was an absolute outstanding experience that I only can recommend to every visitor who has problems with shoulders or other parts of the body after a long flight. Wellness is not only a massage but all together: the environment, the cleanliness, the mood of the people working there, the smell, the music, the rooms. And all was absolutely top! Starting with a very warm and nice welcome by Camille, explaining the treatments. A great start with charme! My massage (one hour) then was given bei Lei; it was one of the best in the past years and I know when coming back to the Sheraton I will book her again. Nice, respecting your pain-points and having perfect moves to make your body parts movable again. Unfortunately, only one hour but helping me a lot to bear the next long flight for more than 9 hours. The only disadvantage on this evening was that a pool party took place which was very noisy. But since I have been young, too, even this was a long time ago in the last century, it is acceptable. The hotel had left a letter of excuse already in advance in the room. That's life.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

I would like to recommend the whole staff from Admiral Hotel for the best stay! Everyone’s the best — from the front desk, concierge, dining staff, and more! Please book your stay here and you definitely won’t regret it! The best part is that it’s a pet friendly hotel. They welcomed my baby without any hesitation and attended to our needs like his food. 😊
