The overall stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, offering excellent value for money. The front desk service was also great – they were very responsive to all our requests. The facilities were comprehensive, and there's even an internal walkway directly to the airport, which is incredibly convenient. I highly, highly recommend it!

The scent in the common areas is so calming, I felt completely relaxed the moment I stepped in. As someone who appreciates the little things, I absolutely loved it! The room had USB charging ports, and even the toiletries had a light, refreshing scent that left my skin feeling great. The cleaning staff thoughtfully replenished the bottled water every day – it was such a nice touch!

The toilet and sink in the bathroom were free of limescale and stains, and the shower had ample and stable hot water. The overall air felt fresh, with no dampness, making for a truly reassuring stay. The service was impeccably thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and quick. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and local attractions and even proactively offered convenient items like emergency charging cables and umbrellas. Any requests during my stay were met with a quick response. Housekeeping avoided my resting times, gently knocking before entering to confirm, demonstrating their professionalism in every detail. From the lobby to the guest room, every staff member greeted me with a genuine smile, making me feel truly at home. From the strict control over environmental hygiene to the meticulous attention to service, the Regent Coast Hotel truly excels. On the first day (December 5th), the staff were quite helpful when we arrived at the hotel, warmly answering all our questions. However, on the second day, it was a different story. When we asked questions, they either didn't know the answer or just told me to look it up on my phone. I booked this hotel after seeing online reviews that praised their warm and attentive service, and it also mentioned free breakfast, but we didn't receive any of that. I wonder if the level of helpfulness or perks depends on the staff's mood?

The hotel's location, facilities, and parking are all quite good. However, with so many new hotels nowadays, some of the smart amenities feel a bit outdated. The breakfast, though, is absolutely fantastic – a huge variety of high-quality items. And the price on Ctrip during the off-season was amazing, making it excellent value for money. Definitely recommend!

Our trip to Daming Lake was in December and a low season for travellers to this part of China. The hotel was located within the lake scenic zone and thus you need to arrange for the hotel for a transfer. After that from the hotel it is just a few minutes walk to another parking lot where you can easily get a didi ride. Note these are two different carpark. Free parking is available. From the our room terrace we could see the occasional boat moving past on its way around the daming lake region, note it is not noisy at all. The from the hotel you can easily access the lake’s sight and just a couple of minutes away from the pagoda where in the evening you could see lots of people in hanfu taking pictures as the lights get lit up level by level. From the hotel there is a short walkway whereby you can reach the main road where you can find all kinds of eateries , supermarket, spa , shopping etc. it sure beat staying in downtown Jinan. Strongly recommend this place if you are a tourist planning visits to the major attractions in Jinan.

Facilities: Booked a twin-bed suite, facilities are complete and very new. Hygiene: Very clean, promptly tidied up. Environment: The location is super convenient, right at Exit A of Zhongshan Road Metro Station, making it a top choice for vacation travel. The courtyard architecture and environment are also excellent, with an open courtyard that's very tranquil. Service: The front desk service is great, any requests are quickly resolved. I'll definitely come again!

The pre-booked airport and subway station transfers were incredibly convenient; the driver was punctual and very friendly, which made my trips over the past two days thoroughly enjoyable. My room even had a mini-fridge, which was perfect for storing leftover local dishes since I was traveling solo. To top it off, the hotel restaurant kindly reheated my food for lunch! This was a truly fantastic experience!
