The amenities could be enhanced, and there is significant potential for improving the service attitude. The staff's demeanor was impolite, and they did not offer adequate directions for tourists.

My brother travels for the first time to Taipei, I want to book a FORMAL hotel for him.
Someone may feel it old, but I do enjoy staying in a hotel which was decently built.
Price is not high for its location to Tube station, but not too bad, just ten minutes walk.
I recommand this hotel to everyone , especial for a leisure trip for several days.
The photo was taken from breakfast time. the scene is great.
So enjoyable for the latte coffee with fresh milk.
Overall, the service by the hotel staff was professional and they responded fast to our requests. For example, when I called and asked for a change of towel, under two minutes, the staff delivering the new towel pressed the door bell and she also apologised for the inconvenience. I was shocked by her speed, as if she was living in the room near me. The food was also one of the highlights. They have both international and local cuisine and the food and coffee was very delicious! The only inconvenience was the location as it is quite far from HSR stations and the free shuttle ended at 4.30pm. Hope CP Hotel can consider extending the free shuttle to 9pm.

Excellent hotel, large rooms above expectations, the room was clean and well-equipped, underwent basic cleaning, received water and clean towels every day. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful in everything ( recommendations for attractions). Located a few minutes walk from the mall . There is free parking in front of the hotel.

Great location to the fengjia nightmarket.
Room is good size for 4 adults and clean huge bathroom with 2 basins :)
The breakfast spread is awesome and with a good variety.
Fantastic hotel in a very strategic location. Easy access to Tainan's main attractions. Comfy beds and good air con. Overall outstanding value so I stayed here twice. Amazing views especially at night time from the upper floors. Sadly a pretty average brekky spread with cheap ingredients. Keeping the hot food hot would be a great start before they work on improving the dishes.

7 mins walk from Kaohsiung Traing / MRT Station. Situated at the junction of the main road it was very easy to locate. Check in was quick and efficient and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and with a big bath tub. Will definitely book again next time if travelling to KHH.

Highlights:
✨ This hotel is incredibly photogenic, especially the Crystal Chapel on the 5th floor. Its pristine glass structure, long white walkway, and the mirror-like pool perfectly reflecting the building's silhouette create a serene atmosphere. It's an absolute must-visit photo spot!
✨ The location is excellent. It's about a 5-minute walk to Big City shopping mall and a 15-minute walk to Chenghuang Temple Night Market. The parking lot is spacious with plenty of spots, making it easy to park.
🛋️ Accommodation Experience:
• Mysterious Odor: The most unpleasant part was the inexplicable odor that occasionally emanated from the room or hallway, which was a real drawback.
• Bed Comfort: The room's hardware was decent, but the bed and pillows were quite soft and lacked sufficient support.
🍳 Breakfast Performance:
• Overall, the breakfast selection was quite rich, featuring ice cream, drinks, and desserts. I particularly recommend the freshly fried sunny-side-up eggs and omelets – they were excellent! Other hot dishes were pretty standard.
The room design felt a bit dated, and the power outlets were in rather odd places. Details like chipped wood or tiles at the corners of door sills were noticeable, but this is also reflected in the room rate.

My six-night stay at Airline Inn Kaohsiung Station yielded a predominantly positive experience, characterized by operational efficiency and a high standard of maintenance. The hotel’s primary advantage is its superb geographical positioning. Situated merely minutes from the Kaohsiung Main Station, it serves as an ideal nexus for those utilizing the MRT, TRA, or high-speed rail links.
The environmental sanitation is excellent. The premises are consistently clean. The front-of-house team is warm and professional.
A major benefit for long-term residents is the complimentary laundry service offered. In such a densely populated area, having this essential convenience available without extra charges is a valuable asset.
The breakfast offering, while understated, provides a fruitful synthesis of local ********* cuisines.
The primary longitudinal challenge during my stay was the internal sound attenuation. The current insulation between rooms allows for notable auditory bleed, which may detract from the experience of light sleepers. Enhancing the acoustic barriers would elevate this establishment from a high-quality inn to a premier boutique experience.

MMofaguguThe industrial-style decor seems to fit the vibe of Ximending's old buildings, and the vintage Western items are perfectly placed. However, I wasn't a fan of the sky lantern decorations. Breakfast was hot pot every day, and after three days, it was a bit much. I think some Western breakfast options would be good, as I noticed some Western guests seemed to find it a bit odd. This hotel is probably one of the best choices for shoppers and travelers using the MRT.
GGuest UserThis stay was in the Pine View room, located in the newer annex. The facilities were new and clean, and the hot spring water quality was excellent. The overall lighting and environment were good. Unfortunately, the shower head was broken. The double bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the mattresses felt quite old, with a noticeable bump where they joined but a dip in the middle, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. The breakfast offered a decent variety of Chinese and Western options. The staff were friendly and had a good attitude. I'd suggest they pay more attention to the quality control of the bamboo shoots served with the congee; they had a strong rancid smell, as if they'd been sitting for a long time.
AAnonymous UserThe location is pretty good, very close to Beiche/Ximen Station, and there are many convenience stores, fruit shops, and restaurants downstairs. The only drawback is that I specifically booked a room with a window, but when I opened the curtains, it was just a solid wall, LOL, I was speechless!
GGuest UserThe Plaza Hotel is actually an older, well-established brand in Taichung. Its location is quite good, and the entire hotel has been recently renovated, so it's still very spacious and clean. It's conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get to Fengjia Night Market, the Intercontinental Baseball Stadium, the new Hanshin Department Store, or Shinkong Mitsukoshi in the 7th Redevelopment Zone. There's parking available on-site. The hotel also offers breakfast, but you can choose a room-only option if you prefer not to have it. Definitely recommended!
GGuest UserHighly recommended even for solo travelers! Although having two breakfasts by myself was a bit of a dilemma, upgrading one to the teppanyaki business lunch was incredibly delicious and well worth it. The only downside is that eating breakfast and then lunch right after can be a bit too much... The complimentary tofu pudding in the evening was also amazing; I couldn't help but have several bowls 🤤. The fried snacks at the rooftop bar were also excellent. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again! Not only do you eat until you're full, but you also get to enjoy the hot springs to your heart's content ❤️. While it's a bit of a 10+ minute walk to the bustling areas, after eating so much, a walk isn't a bad idea at all!

Very Good
AAkaixWas hesitant before booking this hotel as Japanese hotel rooms are generally smaller than usual as compared to taiwan local hotels.
To my surprise, it was quite spacious! Able to open up my luggage fully on the floor without obstruction and a sofa area to chill.
TV was okay with alot of ********* channels but had some issues connecting my netflix despite following the on screen instructions.
Overall it was a positive experience! Will visit again!

RresplendentxHad a thoroughly enjoyable 4-night stay in Taipei. It was perfect for me as a solo traveller! The cleanliness was top notch throughout the hotel, and housekeeping did an excellent job daily. The location was also extremely convenient — just near the airport transfer at Taipei Main Station, which made travelling around very easy. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and fuss-free, and the staff provided great service throughout the stay. Amenities were great as well, with all the basic necessities (bottled water, room slippers and bath soap) thoughtfully provided. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei.
GGuest UserHotel location was great! Didn’t provide amenities like toothbrush/toothpaste comb but this info was stately online already so we brought our own, no issue.
Nearby have convenience store, v near train station (ximen exit 5). The room for us was perfect, only the bathtub mat was abit moldy - it’s removable so just don’t use it. Otherwise we were happy with everything else & believe we got a room update as there was window inkjet room.
Toilet bidet was very good, keeps the seat warm all the time. Bed was comfortable and we had good night rest.
GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly warm and responsible, providing thoughtful service. The room was odor-free and very clean. There was sparkling water and drinking water available in the public areas, and the mini-bar was a welcome sight after a late check-in. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, with slight changes to the self-service options daily, making for a pleasant dining experience. The hotel is close to the subway station, which makes getting to attractions very convenient. The subway station also has drugstores where you can buy many things, and there are 7-Eleven and other convenience stores nearby, making daily life very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.
GGuest UserThis hotel is directly opposite the South 3 exit of Taipei Main Station. If you have luggage, I recommend using the ground level exit as it's very easy to find. The Z8 exit provides direct access to the underground mall, which is super convenient for food, shopping, and transportation. The hotel automatically upgraded our room, and we had a view of Taipei Main Station and Taipei 101. The room was spacious and comfortable, with enough room for three to four large suitcases. The double sinks were also very convenient, and there was a big bathtub. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. On the 4th floor, the lobby has a snack area, kids' facilities, and offers snacks and drinks.
