We have been there for one week for skiing. Nice location for Didveli skiing. The toilet brush was broken and we couldn't clean the toilet. Rooms are warm. They didn't clean our rooms at all. Information we got at the check-in was: ”Room cleaning is provided every third day of your stay. Should you need any additional cleaning or amenities, feel free to reach out.” But nobody come for cleanning all week. Not enough shampoon and body gel provided. Hair dryer doesn't work proper.

A beautiful, new, and clean family hotel. The reception is excellent. Thank you very much. The room has been upgraded. The place is quiet and beautiful, and the service is excellent. There is a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel is distinguished, and the effort is excellent. I recommend it to families looking for peace and quiet. There is no room service. You can only eat in the restaurant. The restaurant is excellent, and the view is wonderful. At night, the situation is a little scary, given that we are in the middle of the mountains. My thanks to the hotel management.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was new and clean. It's a great option if you're driving, and offers excellent value for money.

Great hotel located between Bakuriani Ski Resort and close by to 25 Ski which is a great beginner mountain. Pay a little extra for better equipment rentals. The lower cost is 10 gel per hour, or 40 gel all day premium gear. Hotel is great and has laundry service. Great for families and has a pretty good restaurant.

Просторный номер с балконом. Необычный вид на ”скалу” , которая упирается прямо на балкон и окна, из-за чего не хватает солнечного света и в номере прохладно, ходили в тёплых носках. В душе панораманое окно, непривычно, ну скала все закрывает. Завтраки - хороший шведский стол, удивили картофельное пюре и гречка).

Everything is great, a huge area drowns in green, swimming pools, a beautiful restaurant, a great breakfast. I can only notice that the room was clean, but the smell was not very, wouldn't prevent any flavoring. And the bed was very twisted.

The castle hotel has a lot of hype, but it's actually just a hotel with ordinary decor inside a reconstructed castle. It's a good transit point on the drive from Yerevan to Batumi (except in winter). It's not very convenient for travelers with large suitcases; the parking lot is about 150 meters from the hotel entrance, on a cobblestone road, making it inconvenient to drag luggage. The castle can be visited for a fee, but the free area is enough. The view from the castle early in the morning is quite nice.

Very pleasant and soulful place. The main pluses perfect cleanliness, all new and excellent silence. Separate plus for cosmetics: Turkish shampoo Rythm proved so qualitative and washing hair so cool that we even looked for where to buy it home. Breakfast was not taken. The only nuance hotel is on the hill, so although everything is next, the rise requires some effort. In general the place is wonderful!

Although the room isn't huge, this hotel is incredibly cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. The decor is beautiful, with thoughtful details everywhere. The best part is its location – super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Most importantly, the bedding and soundproofing are excellent, ensuring a truly restful night's sleep every night. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! 👍
