Nice gym on top level. big bed and spacious room. Opposite hotel there is indomart but need to cross a busy road. Beside the hotel there is a mini indomart which does not require to cross the main road. Breast spread consider big compare to other batam 4 star hotel.

Distance from the harbour bay ferry terminal was about 10 mins by car. For those taking private hire, there's a grab/gojek pick-up point outside the mall. Just turn left when you exit arrivals, walk past starbucks and marriott. There's an open air shelter with a gojek sign. We stayed in a smoking room on the 18th floor. Check-in and check out were smooth. Staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. The room was decently sized and reasonably clean with a small balcony. Yes, it was a bit worn down, but for the low price point, it's quite acceptable. No smart tv, but i think over 40 cable channels on the flat screen. AC was cool, and the king-size bed was comfortable with 4 pillows. Small fridge was in good working condition, kept our drinks nice and cold. We were provided only one pair of bedroom slippers instead of two but not an issue. Housekeeping comes by early and daily, which is good. Appreciate the separate shower cubicle and bathtub. Bottled water, tea/coffee, and toiletries provided. Water pressure was good and water temp can go to hot. Strangely, the tap at the bathroom sink could not stay cold. After running for a minute, water would turn hot no matter which way we turned the tap. Caution though, the floor in the bathroom was very slippery when wet. The balcony had a double glass door, probably to cut down on the noise. There's a mosque on the side that we stayed, which had quite constant recitations, so for those sensitive to noise, you might need to request a quieter side. Breakfast was alright, not very varied, but had all the expected stations like egg, cereal, etc. and tasted good. I like that the staff were quite quick to collect your empty plates. No shops around the area but there are fast food and nasi padang if you don't mind walking 10 to 15 mins. Or just get a grab to any mall. All in all, we would return to this hotel.

My 3rd time visiting Turi beach. Enjoyed my stay, resort is maintained well. It has a new Italian restaurant which I didn't get to dine in as I wanted to visit on Monday but it was closed. Apparently it has quite good reviews. I really like the jetty and it's finally opened this year. But I must say it is filled with sea snakes and very scary to see the head popping out of the wooden planks. I wish they could do something other than doing checks, it's way over populated and it is venomous though not aggressive.

Stayed 2 nights at the one @komplek baloi. Good location, near 2 shopping mall (BCS mall and Grand Batam mall). Outside the hotel there are many eateries, some are outdoor tents and there's also outdoor food court. Massage places are many around this hotel also. Convenience store also available across the street. The hotel is quite new, but the bedsheet a bit yellowish and saw stain at the corner. When i requested to change the bedsheet next day (by putting the card), they didn't do it because saw the same stain at the same spot. Came 2pm for check-in but the room still not ready yet, so waited at the lobby. There were no hand towel provided, called the housekeeping and they only gave face towel. Breakfast spread quite good, but taste average. They allowed for late checkout at 1pm.

The concierge was professional and polite. Breakfast was not that great as variety limited. Aircon in room not cooling even though adjusted to lowest temperature. Lights not working, was told no spare parts to replace 🙁 Bathroom doors old and difficult to close entirely. However, the rooms were clean and spacious 👍🏻

I don’t give 1/5 reviews. I am only triggered when the cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. This hotel gave me a room that I had to walk through a smoke reeked corridor. When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵‍💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻

Booked an all-inclusive package for the hotel and the service was just top notch. 1) Called in advance and had the transfer from ferry to hotel arranged 2) All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, always checking in if we have any requests or needs. 3) Although the hotel is still under construction, all the amenities are working and super new 4) The beach was very clean, beautiful waters 5) we initially were offered only 1 menu for our all inclusive package, after the guest relation officer asked for our feedback and I informed them of the issue, the next meal I was immediately offered and menu with more options. 6) Food was very good! 7) Overall, great 3D2N stay and keep up the good work, hope to see more improvements (more activities)

We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

The staff at the Oriental resto for b'fast and the x'mas dinner were pretty attentive and we also had a pleasant experience with their security and hk staff. Grab can drop-off at the lobby but you have to 'grab' one from outside the main road at the vehicle exit point of the hotel driveway. B'fast items, although in variety are not of quality standards as compared to hotels in Thailand, which is inclusive in the room pricing. Same for their X'mas Dinner! Good location, and to Grand Batam Mall is only about S$2.50 where you can cross the road to A2 foodcourt and BCS mall. Taxi from Batam Center to hotel is standard at 70K IDR if you don't want to lug your bags to the roundabout outside which is a distance away. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Batam View Beach Resort was recently refurbished, so hallways and rooms have an updated look with dark wood hues giving it a bit of modernness. The building has also been given a fresh cost of white paint, giving it a fresh feeling. The gaudy light signboard no longer adorns the main entrance. Despite the updates, the property occasionally exudes tiredness: the signage at the entrance is really dated and when we first saw it, we had some apprehension on how the experience would be (think wildness school camping). But our fears were unfounded as the entered the property: it was clean and modern enough for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink. It was a refreshing welcoming from the warm weather outside. The chairs in the restaurant were tired and the chairs were sunken a little uncomfortable to sit. It would have been if they could be updated for a more comfortable experience. Now on to the food, we had lunch, breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Lunch was pretty standard but nothing to shout about. There was rice, soup, noodle and other sides, fruits and desserts that while palatable, again were nothing to rave about. During lunch, the only weird encounter I had was with the chocolate jelly; chocolate does not do well in a jelly. Breakfast was buffet style. The staff at the entrance will ask for your room number before being let in for breakfast. It was a fuss free experience. The buffet breakfast had typical fare such as rice, noodles, porridge, bread, cereal and an egg station with the usual fare you see at breakfast. There’s a kelong within the property which serves up pretty decent seafood if you want something nearby and do not want to travel out. For dinner, as it was a team event, they set the area near the pool to be an open space buffet for dinner with a stage for the activities. While the experience was good and fun (food again was average), I cannot imagine the noise pollution for the other guests staying on the property. The party went on to the night at about 10pm, and I spotted a couple of guests coming out of their rooms to see what was happening. So, if you are staying here for leisure, something to take note of. They have a little pet / animal corner which I wanted to check out but had not time to do so We had a room on the second floor. The hallway was brightly lit and due to the recent refurbishment, it was a pleasant environment. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a clean room with 2 beds. There was ample of space to hang clothes and a luggage space for 2 medium luggage. The closet was open, basically just a pole above the luggage space with about 6 hangers provided. Housekeeping was good, but not excellent as there a strand of long hair in one of the pillow cases, and there was a little bit of dust on the shelves. Rifai and septian is so awesome, they acknowledge every single small things i need.. they are friendly they took care of us.. we really appreciate them so much. They even buy me medicine for my tummy ache.. they really have a good leadership,hopefull every staff will follow their example. They are a role model. They deserve a promotion

I like the location of the BCC hotel very much. It is really convenient for me to go to A2 food court to eat and walk to two large shopping plazas and small shops. It is just a few steps away. In addition, I have a rich breakfast for four days. I have to surprise breakfast every day. Good to eat if you are not very demanding, other than that the swimming pool here is very large and clean because there are not many people swimming. The only downside of this hotel is that it is a bit dirty, the cleaning staff seems to be not trained, just clean 🧹 If you love cleanliness, it may not be suitable for you. If you choose this hotel, remember to bring your own towels, sheets, pillowcases, and hot water bottles, because although these things are in the hotel, they will make people shake their heads. In general, although it is cheap, I am a clean person. I will not stay in this hotel again next time. I really like the location of BCC Hotel, it's incredibly convenient for me to go to the A2 food court and walk to two large shopping malls and small shops nearby.Just a few steps away.In addition, I stayed for four days and had a rich breakfast every day, surprising me each time.It's good if you don't have very high expectations.Apart from that, the swimming pool here is large and clean as there aren't many people swimming.The only downside of this hotel is that it's a bit dirty, the cleaning staff seems untrained and does a casual job.If you're someone who values cleanliness, it might not be suitable for you.If you choose this hotel, make sure to bring your own towels, sheets, pillowcases, and kettle, as although these things are provided in the hotel, they might not meet your standards.Overall, it's affordable, but I'm a clean person and I won't stay at this hotel again next time.

Checked into this hotel at abt 8 or 9pm, cos we could not stand the hotel we checked in earlier. Was so glad that we got a beautiful deluxe room for ourselves at this timing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The reception even accommodated my last minute request for a birthday surprise for my hubby at midnight. They were so nice!! They prepared a choco lava cake with a birthday candle and a Happy Birthday wish on the plate. And 2 staff were there singing a Happy Birthday song as well. Hubby was very much caught by surprise. The room was great - spacious with sofa and armchairs with nice looking furniture, the whole room is very clean with a nice cosy setting, bathroom amenities was great, and the king bed and pillows were so comfortable I had the best sleep in many months! The best sleep was definitely the highlight of my holiday this time round 🤭 Location is awesome as its so near to Nagoya Hill Mall, all we had to do was just go by the back way. Breakfast is nice and filling. I'm not really a picky water so being full is good for me. We had a great view from our room as well. It was such a pleasure and a redemption from the bad service we unfortunately had to receive from our earlier booking at another hotel. The rooms are really as nice as the photos they uploaded. Really made our day here at Grand I Hotel. Thank you to all the staff who have served us during our stay 28 to 30 Jan 2023 at Room 627. We are really grateful for a wonderful holiday and birthday experience here. We will definitely be back here when we come to Batam again. Keep up the good work!

Stay for 2 night in July..(Sat-Mon) with Breakfast Hotel lobby not So big but its long shape..Love the elevator located where hide from FO counter but direct to main access n Lobby. Cons -Even the location is in Nagoya,but its not in central nagoya where u cant find food or city walk easily.(its stil acceptable where u can use transport) -The sink in toilet room Number 8007 is almost clogged,the water from sink bowl dissappear slowly. - Omellete station during Breakfast on 11/7 very slow,I order the omelette 1st before enter the dining area(coz the omelette station is beside lift).After i take my food,wait very long for my omelette to ready.I finish all my breakfast already then the omelette is arrived.very spoils my morning. -Not a walking distance to attractions. The room is convenient for us, girls of 4. Our two rooms is good and we got a chance to swimminh in the pool. Easy access as it is located next to the food market in Nagoya. We order massage in room at midnight and it is superb.

AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

Overall was a decent stay. Location was close to seafood places and right opposite there were decent massage / beauty palores. Breakfast buffet was a wide spread. Sadly the sauna was broken and not maintained. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

I was impressed with the majestic lobby that has enermous interior decoration 😁. ( I was not prepared that the lobby will be that majestic) The check-in process was quick and smooth and had spa treatment while wating the room to be ready. I booked the leading category one but i must say the room is exceed my expectation, it was very very spacious (really spaciouss) the bathroom also veryy verryy verryyy spacious and superr cleannn,its a good choice to have short staycation, the hotel is quite near to nagoya shopping area. But too bad i didn't take proper picture because i was enjoying my ”me time” at that moment. I would like to return for another short vacation again!

Good business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.
