Very strategic location. The hotel itself very majestic and unique. The most favourite part of this stay is their food is the best, we tried the in room dining and buffet breakfast, i would rate 100/10, try it and you will know☺️

This hotel boasts a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the Bandung Asia-Africa Conference Museum and the Grand Mosque. It also features a swimming pool and a small gym, making it a good choice for those who like to stay active. However, the restaurant service leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast gets chaotic with too many people, and while there are empty tables, they aren't cleared promptly, making it difficult to find a clean spot to eat. I hope the hotel considers adding more staff to improve the restaurant service.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

Quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room at Panda Suite Royal Safari Garden. Upon entering, the room floor looked dirty. After walking barefoot, the soles of my feet turned black, and my socks also became black. This indicates that the floor was not properly cleaned before the room was given to guests. Even more disappointing, the bathroom exhaust fan was very dirty and full of dust. When the bathroom door was opened, dust fell onto the floor and flew out into the room area. In my opinion, this is not just an aesthetic issue, but concerns the standard of room cleanliness. Especially since the Panda Suite is used by families and children. For a hotel with a name and price like Royal Safari Garden, I would expect housekeeping to perform a more thorough cleaning and quality check before the room is handed over to guests, including the floor and exhaust fan which were clearly visibly dirty. Hopefully, management will truly follow up on this and improve housekeeping supervision, so that the next guests receive a clean and proper room.

It was our first visit to Bandung, and choosing to stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was one of the best decisions we made. We were delighted to receive two connecting rooms on the 10th floor, offering stunning views of the golf course and the Bandung city skyline. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team, especially the two ladies (I believe their names were Isiah and Cia), who kindly arranged a takeaway bento breakfast for us at 3:00 a.m. before our Ciwidey trip. Their thoughtful gesture and excellent service made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

I think this isn't a new hotel, so don't expect a comfortable bed, great2 rooms and complete amenities (such as they dont provide hair dryer in the room, but you can ask to borrow from receptionist). The first room they gave me a 5th floor (twin bed) smelled musty and had a very noisy AC, so I asked to move. The next room was better but since it is immediate room changing it still dusty at the bed cupboard. You need to go through around 2km village road from the main road to reach the point. There’s a pool (though I didn't use it), breakfast was okay, and nice views—a great place for a breath of fresh air.t

Stayed here for 5 nights. This hotel is located opp botani square mall. Super convenient for tourist/hotel guest to shop. Smooth check-in, attentive & helpful staffs. Breakfast served as early as 6am located on the 1st floor. Extensive breakfast spread but still lack of pastry corner. Rooms were made up daily which is to my liking. However, luminor hotel do not provide in room foc mineral water as they've water dispenser placed at common area near the lift. All in all, it was a wonderful experienced and highly recomsended.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. The hotel is great, the location is also good with no traffic jams around, and the service is excellent. The breakfast has a wide variety and is very complete. The only downside is that the gym is not very well-equipped, with only a few types of machines. The swimming pool is also nice.
