Location is strategic at Jalan Padjajaran Indah V which has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and lounges along the road. You will never have to travel far to get your coffee (Point Coffee, Starbucks and Tanmu), the famous Ibu Rahayu Soto, Japanese food (Sushi Matsu and Yujo) and evening drinks at the lounges nearby (Barcelona, Bulan Madu Brew, etc).
Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym.
Breakfast was good with all local and Western food. Will repeat my stay if I am in Bogor.
Bedroom was oke, i doubt if the twin bed is 120cm, i guess its just 100cm, not sure ๐ค didnt bring any ruler.
Breakfast was good, i like their croissant.
Swimming pool : their small pool (the round one, prv was jacuzzi i think) has warm water.
Staff was friendly,
Surprisingly they have โmini market kejujuranโ (honesty mini market) the price was so cheap considering inside 4star hotel,
and they have UMKM CANTEEN which was cheap too i dont know about the taste as i didnt try.
Walking distance to braga street,
I had attend mass in the morning, next to this hotel is Cathedral, the mass on Sunday is at 6am, 11am & 5pm.
I walked to Bandung Indah Plaza it was still walking distance for me ๐ (1km) and i can borrowed their umbrella incase its rain, they write my room number & return the umbrella after im done.
Parking lot for cars is in the basement, staff was really helpful.
Overall was a good stay.
This is a new hotel with modern facilities. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, and there's a pool for kids. I booked the lowest-priced room, but the amenities were excellent, and the view was absolutely stunning!
Our room was upgraded to grand deluxe and it was very spatious. The service was great, all the staffs are very friendly and polite. Aldiansyah was very attentive, so kudos to him. At first, there were some input error, so supposedly our cards to the room should work for 2 nights, but only registered as one, but staff worked very fast and delivered the new cards to our room immediately. Breakfast were great, especially the fritters and the tofu coated with some red sauce. Plenty of options also from indonesian and western food. No iron at room, but you can ask for it and they will deliver it to your room. No shaver, Some slight smell in the bathroom, but nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.
This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price.
The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon.
Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat.
There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool.
The staff always smiles and feels kind.
Set in Pondok Gede's Jatiwaringin, Svarnabumi Penthouse is positioned to meet the needs of those traveling for fun or business.
You'll find a restaurant at the property with a variety of dining options available. Enjoy a meal right from the comfort of your room with room service from the on-site restaurant. Want to grab something to drink? Head to the in-house bar or cafe.
Parking is available at the property.
I had an excellent stay at Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel. The level of service was truly outstanding, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.
The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay.
I booked a room with breakfast included, and it was definitely worth it. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. Everything was fresh and well-prepared.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. I would definitely stay here again!
shopping centre, which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was good and the coffee was surprisingly nice. Enjoyed my stay!

Great
NNarimasaThe reception staff's service was just okay.
However, their grooming was excellent.
As someone in the same service industry, I respect that.
The room was nice, but the lack of body soap was a demerit. The location was good, and best of all, it was quiet enough to make you forget the hustle and bustle of Jakarta.
The only drawbacks were that the food wasn't very good, and while the security staff were friendly, I didn't really notice the reception staff.
I would recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a place to stay near nothing else. The restaurants were also just average.
That's one of Jakarta's strengths.
SShofaOverall okay, tapi oh tapi gada sinyal + wifi lemah. Sad betttt. Kayanya better kalo kesini jangan pas holiday seasons yaa biar bisa hikmat healingnyaa wkwkw๐ซถ๐ป
NNuy26Honestly, this is the most crowded hotel I've ever stayed at. It was difficult to find parking, but luckily there was a staff member to help park the car. It was a bit of a hassle if you left something in the car because the parking lot was quite far, and they had to take me there on a motorbike ๐ .
For breakfast, there were many menu options, but because it was extremely crowded, many items ran out and took a long time to be refilled. Plates and glasses also ran out and weren't refilled quickly. There was a lot of food, but the taste was standard. They had everything from gudeg, nasi kuning, pasta, an Indomie station, and even Japanese food.
Kids' activities were also plentiful but pretty standard. Because it was so crowded, it felt cramped ๐๐ป. The free playground was small, and the ball pit cost an additional 75k. The mini zoo was okay; animal food cost 20k. Cooking classes cost another 125k, and even requesting a birthday cake was an extra charge.
Our superior twin room had very standard facilities, nothing special for the 1 million IDR-ish price. It was a bit musty, the bed size felt like 100cm, and the towels and pillowcases were less than fresh, looking rather dull.
Would I come back? No, once was enough ๐๐ป๐
AAnonymous UserAn outstanding hotel with excellent reception and attention to guests. Special thanks to Sam, the exceptional staff member on duty, and the other reception staff who work with great effort and enthusiasm. Also, a big thank you to the Hotel Manager for their dedication to excellent management.
Mmariam nani'The atmosphere, where its located, the scenery
The customer service officers and employees over
at the cafe was amazing. Blessed with a room
looking over the hills! Breathtaking.
My staying in 602 deluxe room is very cool, with high attention to design and cleanliness.
