4-Star Hotels in West Java, Indonesia

The hotel has many rooms and a great location, very close to the pedestrian street. It's quite crowded and feels a bit noisy, and the facilities are a bit old. I was woken up promptly at 4 AM by prayer calls over the loudspeaker. Vehicle noise wasn't too bad, but being close to the railway, you can hear the train sounds. The service attitude was decent. Breakfast was okay, with a good variety, but nothing I particularly loved.

Rooms are big but they were dirty, dust at corners of rooms and doors. Stained carpet and bath tub, leaking shower and aircon was not cold until we reported then maintenance came to add freon. Must wait hours for breakfast because not enough seats were available. And when its our time, food were not refilled. Pool are shared with Public. Not very convenience. Staffs were friendly and helpful, location was good despite of the traffic around the area.

Cozy for those who want to relax after routines, especially residents outside Bogor. Worth it, the location, the room, the atmosphere. It happened to choose a room with a quiet atmosphere.. Mezzanine Suite type ... Really full rest ... Next yes, come back here again. Ma'aaic Azana Essence Sanggarbuana, which has already been one of the best comfortable hotels. Recommended 😍🥰

Very Recommended Hotel to vacation or good stay with family. Nice location. Many variation restaurant and cafe near from hotel. Good ambience and facilities. Easy checkin and checkout. Good parking area. Nice taste and variant food dor breakfast. Good playground area and pool for kids. Good spacious room.

The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.

The hotel is part of the Rancamaya Resort Fecilities, including golf court as well as villa residence. Although the hotel is not very large, it is well-decorated. Kids can have fun in the R Garden by feeding animals and playing cable taxiing. From the window, you can have an amazing view of the GUNUNG SALAK.

Shout out to the front desk staffs Firda and Jenti and everyone else for their excellent service. The location is convenient, especially with shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, a reliable 4-star hotel suitable for both business and leisure stays.

Nothing special about the place — service was just so-so and the amenities were weak. The onsen water was not hot enough, and the steam room was out of service. Swimming pool was like kids playground Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was not tasty.

This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.
