Don’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet; Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.

Overall love they stay but the room had a musty weird smell and walls and sheets had some marks. The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. Breakfast buffet was great stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

It was a great experience. The doormen were very kind, helping with luggage and providing excellent service and directions. I'm a bit disappointed I didn't get to use the rooftop pool this time.

We stayed there for my and daughter’s birthday. The hotel prepared a welcome cake and towel cake as a surprise. They have a playroom with ps5 where all of us enjoyed. Free shuttle service too going to Bellevue hotel for the pool access. The hotel staff are all friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close range to the mall and other convenience stores. Wifi is good, the only thing is the tv internet connection is slow so you won’t be able to watch properly, but it did not make big impact to our wonderful stay. Most importantly, the room temperature is cold! This will always be our top choice for having a birthday staycation.

I had a pleasant stay at Shore Residences. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The price was reasonable and offered good value for the location. The unit was generally comfortable and met my expectations. However, the kitchen equipment could be improved. There was only one frying pan available, which made cooking difficult and inconvenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. The service was acceptable, although there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and guest support. Overall, I enjoyed my stay because of the great location and reasonable price. With some improvements to the kitchen facilities and service quality, the experience could be even better. I would consider staying here again in the future.

I love this hotel because it is very close to the airport and has a relaxing ambiance with great staff. Kudos to the dining staff for being very attentive and friendly. Jade was especially helpful, always smiling and attentive to guests’ needs. However, I wish there were more food selections available. I also hope the fruit station can be replenished regularly while there are still guests dining.

Excellent receptionist’s service, when my Grab arrived earlier than expected and food hasn’t been prepared (which is my fault, my friend suddenly asked me out so I had to changed it to ‘take away’), restaurants’ staff also was very friendly and offering a few options how would I like the meal in preparation to be served later when I got back. And when I finally got back, the staff is still there (even though it’s super late) and he sat me down, sent me water and prep my food nicely for me to take back to my room to enjoy. It’s a nice experience considering i still remember the kindness after a month 😆

The location is excellent, and the rooftop bar with its amazing view is simply amazing. The room was very clean, as were the hotel’s common areas. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast  was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Makati. Thank you!

Our 2nights stay is super great..the hotel is an old school but they still keep the cleanliness and the 5star hotel vibe with the pretty and hospitable staff...knowing the hotel is part of the manila hotel group they kept the standard..the room is different from the pics..its is big where you dont bump into one another while going around..bathroom one of my fav because of the bathtub...spacious cabinet for the clothes and baggage...over all it is 10 for our family..breakfast buffet..OMG worth the price...they never repeat the menu each day...my kid is a picky eater but she enjoyed the selections of food...everyday there is BACON. Location wise it is just less than 5mins walk to the museums...if you love walking it is near Intramuros , Binondo, Quiapo Church. No problem when you get hungry at night..there are lots of resto and food stall just outside the hotel. Worth our stay..SURELY WILL BOOK AGAIN FOR A LONGER STAY🥰🥰♥️♥️♥️♥️ Thank you Manila Prince Hotel for a wonderful experince.
