Very nice hotel! Liked it very much! The room was clean and comfortable, the reception was welcoming, breakfast was fine, found nice cozy cafe nearby! Definitely will stay here next time on my business trip again!

This hotel is amazing! The facilities are new and excellent, the environment is quiet and elegant, and the room has plenty of natural light. They even offer free late-night snacks! You can really feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. I fell in love with it after just one stay! Highly recommend.

This is a branded hotel, so it has all the standard amenities and services you'd expect. It's located in the upper floors of Zhengzhou's landmark 'Big Corn' building, which is part of the Millennium Plaza. To get to the hotel by car, you first need to enter the plaza's underground parking garage. From there, it takes three elevator transfers to reach the hotel, which was a bit of a head-scratcher! 😂😂😂 However, the top floor offers great views. Breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese options, but I do wish they offered more local specialties.

I was immediately drawn in by the lovely and comforting scent in the lobby. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful during check-in, even offering me tea. Getting that warm tea in my hands on such a cold day was truly heartwarming. The check-in process was very quick, and check-out was just as efficient and professional. The room was also excellent. As someone with a bit of a germ phobia, I really appreciated that they provided extra disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes. It was a really nice touch.

The lady at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade us from a tatami room to a deluxe king room. The room was spacious and bright, and even had a massage chair! My child was so thrilled, bouncing all over the bed. There's a laundry room and a gym on the first floor; the gym equipment is a bit limited, but the laundry facilities are convenient. There's also a charming little courtyard on the first floor where you can dine.

I chose this hotel when I traveled to Yuntaishan, and I was quite satisfied! It is a garden-style hotel, without the pressure of high-rise buildings. Entering the hotel is like entering a park shaded by greenery. The ground parking lot is large and convenient for parking. The hotel is more like a maze, and it is magnificent! The room is spacious and comfortable, and outside the window is a lakeside path shaded by green trees, with beautiful scenery! The hotel service is very thoughtful, and all the service staff are smiling and gentle, which makes people feel very warm! The breakfast is rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and the quality is good 👍 A hotel with super cost-effectiveness, highly recommended!

I checked into your hotel on January 11th, really looking forward to a warm and fun interaction with the hotel's mascot IP. However, the actual experience was a huge disappointment – 'Pi Pi' was cold and dismissive, and what was even more puzzling was that it only interacted with children, completely ignoring me, an 'adult friend.' This clear preferential treatment not only significantly diminished my interaction experience but also left me feeling quite let down, and at one point, I even questioned the quality of your hotel's service. Fortunately, when I stayed at your hotel again on January 24th, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the interaction experience had improved somewhat. This time, both 'Dou Ding' and 'Pi Pi' showed tremendous enthusiasm and friendliness. During the interaction, they not only initiated contact with me but also patiently chatted and took photos with me. Afterwards, they thoughtfully presented me with their autographs. The moment I received the autographs, I truly felt respected and valued. This wonderful experience was like a ray of warm sunshine in winter, dispelling my previous disappointment and making my stay exceptionally fulfilling. I hope they can maintain this enthusiasm every day; I believe it will help establish an excellent brand image for the hotel.

I had an early flight the next morning, so I just booked a hotel randomly, and it turned out to be a real gem! We arrived at the airport around 8 PM. I called the hotel, and within five minutes, the driver called back saying he'd be there shortly. As we were on an international flight with a ton of luggage, a double crib, and two kids, Master Xiao went above and beyond, helping us with all the bags, keeping an eye on the children, and then driving us back to the hotel and even helping us take our luggage upstairs. The next morning, we had to rush for our 6:30 AM flight, and Master Xiao was there again, helping us get all the luggage downstairs. He repeated the whole process, and you could really feel his incredible work ethic and strength 👍. The hotel also offered warm white fungus soup, helped us combine beds, and installed bed rails. I honestly think their service is on par with Haidilao! My only regret is that we arrived and left in the dark, so I didn't even get to see what the hotel looked like. 😂

The room, though small, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We stayed with two four-year-olds, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and attentive. The wake-up call for our early flight was perfectly timed, and they even thoughtfully arranged an emergency breakfast for us.

The hotel is just 10 minutes drive from the airport and the hotel provides pick up and drop off service. I need to get in touch with the driver on wechat but the instructions are clear and easy to follow of where to wait for the pick up. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is superb. I like the grilled tofu and fried chicken. There are many restaurants nearby for dinner.
