It offers a quiet retreat in the bustling city without any noise. The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out processes are very efficient with no long waits. They patiently answered our questions about local routes and issuing invoices. The guest rooms are impeccably cleaned, with no hidden dirt visible anywhere. The bathroom features a wet and dry separation design, and the hot water comes out quickly with stable water pressure. The mattress has a medium firmness, different pillow options are available, and it's very relaxing to lie on. The public areas are clean and tidy, the corridors are well-maintained, and the room amenities are fully stocked. Considering the overall location, cleanliness, and service, it offers great value for money. The staff are in high spirits, and even new trainees at the front desk were very polite. After a brief trip to Enshi, I suddenly had the whim to take a high-speed train to Wuhan for a one-night layover before heading home, so I gave it a try... and managed to book this dream room with the absolute best view during the National Day golden week! Although the room isn't huge, the stunning view totally makes up for it~ We arrived close to midnight, but before going to bed I made sure to snap a photo of the night view outside the window and quickly set an alarm ⏰ for the sunrise 🌅~ I guess the God of Fortune really favors me! My wish came true~ After enjoying the gorgeous sunrise while still half-asleep, I headed upstairs for breakfast. Greated by the freshly risen sun 🌞, a wonderful day began~ Having breakfast while meditating and zoning out was sheer bliss~ I'll definitely choose this Atour hotel again next time I'm in Wuhan. Convenient transportation, everything you could possibly need right downstairs, just across the street from the pedestrian pedestrian street, and easy to get anywhere nearby! A thoroughly satisfying stay!

This was my second stay at Marco Polo Wuhan. The location is excellent, right next to Li Huangpi Road, making it very convenient for shopping and drinks. The room size is also generous, providing plenty of space for two people. The concierge service was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. I barely had to carry my own luggage, haha! I particularly love the pool. I always make sure to spend some time swimming whenever I visit. Although it's a bit small, it's a quiet and uncrowded place, which is a big plus. I'll definitely choose Marco Polo again on my next visit to Wuhan.

As a loyal customer of Ascott Group, I've stayed at numerous Ascott and Somerset properties in various cities, and this one in Wuhan truly ranks among the best. It surpasses many 5-star Ascott hotels in other cities in terms of facilities, service, and overall quality. Although the breakfast was a bit simple, it was clean, and some 5-star hotels offer equally simple breakfasts. So, you're getting a 5-star experience for a 4-star price. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wuhan. The best part is having a huge mall downstairs with a Yonghui supermarket – it's incredibly convenient! Plus, my two-bedroom deluxe apartment faced a quiet residential area, which is perfect for someone like me who's a very light sleeper. I really have to praise them. Before check-in, they even asked about my preferences beyond what was in my booking, which is a level of service I haven't seen in many 5-star hotels. And the free parking in the mall? That really highlights the absurdity of paying over a hundred RMB for overnight parking at a certain 5-star hotel in Beijing – truly, no comparison, no harm! I can't even list all the good points, hahaha!

From the online pictures, the hotel and its premises looked dated. However, the warm ambience with soft lightning, spacious walkways and pastel decorations made us look forward to returning back to the hotel everyday. You can't fault the location of the hotel - there are 2 entrances to ensure easy access to where ever you want to go. One entrance gives immediate access to pickups and dropoffs, Jiqing street, not mentioned endless restaurants, shops and street peddles lining up on both sides of the streets. The other entrance gives immediate access to the bustling pedestrian streets, McDonald's, KFC, and other countless eating and shopping options, including souvenir shops, so you could easily grab something before you depart. A mall links to the hotel as well. You could also see a group of seemingly retirees dancing outside every morning. You could also opt for food and parcel delivery and then hotel's trusty robot will deliver to your room, if not, the front door desk will assist to store for you till you collect. The room we stayed was huge and the hotel service staff was very helpful. Many items at the breakfast buffet provided by an external vendor (so we were told) was cold when we went at 7am, such as the dim sum items like the bao and dumplings, and the cooked food like fried noodles. Many of the diners were complaining amongst ourselves. However, the staff there said the food is cooked anyway, so we could still eat them. When I reflected to the front desk, we were given some other breakfast options to make up for our bad experience. A male staff even gave us some toys and souvenirs that made us smile. It is not about getting freebies. I like that the various hotel staff at the front desk cared about guest experience and tried their best within their capacity to show that they want guests to feel happy staying at the hotel. Strong hotel support is really very important to travellers because our itinerary begins and ends with the hotel. So kudos to all the hotel staff who attended to us during our stay. Usually we won't return to the same hotel so as to try other options. But I think we will return to Dorset the next time we visit Wuhan again.

The hotel is in the daughter city, quiet in the middle of noisy, the courtyard room on the first floor, very beautiful, the hotel design is also very thoughtful, it is musty, it may be too tide, the room can be equipped with a dehumidifier should be better. Suitable for taking pictures, children like it. Tucao, there is really nothing delicious in the daughter city, everyone is best to eat in the city to visit the night scene.

Full of preference for a simple and moderate sense of living throughout the season, the lobby is elegant tea fragrance, and the atmosphere is quiet and healing. The rooms are well maintained, clean and refreshing, no smell, soft and skin-friendly bedding, excellent sound insulation, and rest at night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is stable, the mini refrigerator, drinking water and other details are intimate. The check-in at the front desk is smooth, the service is gentle and courteous, and the demand response is timely. The geographical position is superior, the business district, the catering facilities are complete, self-service washing and drying, and the public tea area is all available. Whether it is short trips or business trips, the quality is stable, the price is high, and the next trip will continue to choose here.

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it. 2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly. 3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation. My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied? For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!
