Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !

Overall it was ok. Good facility for hot spring. Close to airport. 7-10mints to Asahibashi monorail station. Approximately 20-30mints to Naha airport. Recommend to take monorail instead of taxi due to traffic. 24hrs 7eleven convenience store and ATM for overseas card holders is very useful. There are 2 breakfast restaurants options for 2800-3000 yen range . Staff was very helpful .

Comfortable hotel. Next to American village and only 2 minutes walk yo the Depot seaside. Beach next to it is not very clean but super easy to access. Room is really big compared to other hotels in Okinawa. Suitable for family guests. Pool access need to be charged so we didn’t go. Looking forward to go again to try their onsen :-)

Arrived before 15:00 by accommodation during Golden Week. There was only one group of guests at the reception and I was able to check in immediately. The accommodation fee was prepaid. The room was on the 7th floor and I could see the sea from the window, but I could see the forest in front of me better than the wind that spreads all over. It may feel a bit old, but it was clean and cozy. The pool was planted and lined with beach chairs, and the atmosphere of the resort hotel in the South was good, and it was spacious and satisfied. I booked dinner at check-in and used the dinner buffet from 19:00. There was no high-class menu, but all the rich menus such as color 々 Okinawa cuisine were delicious. There were a lot of home cooking menu, so is it worth the amount of 5,000 yen? The part seems to have an impression of 々 and 々, but I was very satisfied and ate too much. I settled it locally after the meal. Breakfast was lined up shortly before 6:30 at the start. There was plenty of room at the time of opening, and even if everyone entered the store, there were still vacant seats, but it seems that they were full and waiting around 7:00. Breakfast was a completely different menu from the dinner buffet, but there were plenty of menus and there was also a menu of Okinawa cuisine. I also enjoyed it and ate too much. The staff only saw the friendly and pleasant ones. Even ministers like luxury hotels were not as if they were dealing with each other, but for me, I didn't stretch my shoulders, so I could relax with this kind of customer service. If you are looking for a customer service like a luxury hotel, you may have a different impression from me. I also carry my luggage to my room. I think the amount is a little cheaper than that of a luxury hotel, so I was very satisfied with it.

The environment of this store is relatively remote, but the room design is very good. What I like most is that it is designed so that we can go straight from the room to the terrace and jump directly into the swimming pool to swim. After swimming, we can go straight into the room to take a shower, which is very convenient. Suitable for a family to rent. But everyone must note that the check-out time of this hotel is 10:00, unlike other hotels where check-out is at 11:00. All in all, I will definitely rent it again when I come to Okinawa in the summer.

It’s a hotel with two pools, which was nice. My husband used the hot spring and bath and said it was great. There’s a bar on the top floor with a nice view of the city. However, we did not go there. We had a car with us the whole time we were there and Parking was ¥1500 per day. Walkable distance to a city beach. There isn’t a convenience store nearby so make sure to bring things back with you when you’re out. There are a few restaurants scattered around. The hotel actually provides a map to show you where they are. The breakfast was great with a good selection of traditional Japanese style breakfast as well as some western food. But it was always busy before 8am. I guess most guest there early birds.

It is quite convenient to check in. The hotel has a first mail QRcode as long as you scan the counter staff. The hotel parking is 1500 yen a day. No limit If you want to enter and exit frequently, it is recommended to park in the hotel. Otherwise, there are some parking lots nearby. The service of the hotel staff is also very good. Because the family is not comfortable, I accidentally vomited in the corridor and notified the hotel staff. They also quickly helped clean and care about this stay. Triple room is very spacious. Two 29-inch suitcases + one 25-inch can be opened. No problem. The bathroom is big enough. The bath is not too narrow. There are also two pillows. One is softer and one is hard. You can choose your favorite lying next to the hotel. There are two super merchants. It takes less than a minute to walk. It’s very convenient to buy things. The soundproofing is not bad. I didn’t hear the sound of other rooms. It’s more residential. The TV can be connected to Netflix and YT. It’s very convenient to see everything. If you come next time, you will stay.

The breakfast was also delicious with a lot of choices. I think the room size is just right for Japan standard. It is walking distance to the shopping center many restaurants. And I was not able to try the pool and sky bar because it was winter. It is really a value for money. I will definitely stay here again.

A very good hotel in terms of shopping, car rental and various selection for restaurants, including famous seafood market where you can buy and cook at the 2nd floor. Highly recommended!

業務のため、ホテルの部屋で仕事をする必要がありました。満足です。椅子が前と違って、腰にやさしく、机もいい高さです。ANAの２９日のセールで急遽、とてもリーズナブルな値段で予約させていただき、ありがたく思っております。ネットが遅い時がありましたが、この時期なので、許容範囲です。部屋も使いやすい仕様です。ありがとうございました。

Location is good, close to many things you need: Ferry pier to islands, fish market, temple/ small beach within city, shopping avenue and 美榮站monorail. Rooftop swimming pool is highlight, if it’s free of charge from 7pm-11pm that be excellent. I went at 4pm and just me there was perfect. Wish more ppl swim and fewer ppl take pic at pool for bragging in social media , they kinda disturbing with fancy swim suit and drinks in hands 😝. Pic showed bubbles blow around 8pm, super romantic and calming and peaceful. Another highlight:Pajamas is a surprise, soft and fit and comfy. I stayed in double room and is a bit small for 2 persons. One is good enough though

Hyatt Regency Okinawa Seragaki Location - 8/10: The hotel is located approximately 1 hour's drive from Naha Airport, and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. We went there for personal trip and had good relaxation at the hotel. We were concern the pool scale but there are many pool types and some is enjoyable for adults. Also we can go through to the beach directly from the pools. You have to pay attention to the inside pool is paid pool. The one thing I want to point out is the staff attitude at reception desk. Once we check in, it seems the staff irritated for something and no smile. For the explanation of facilities is also not enough. This is little disappointment for us.

We used a 4-bed room to stay with friends and family in early February. I think it would be better to stay with breakfast if possible. I have stayed at Okinawa hotels many times, but I thought that this hotel would be better than a famous foreign luxury hotel to receive relaxing Okinawa hospitality in a better sense. Next time I come in summer and want to enjoy it while entering a beautiful pool.

This hotel a bit old but their breakfast is good and with varieties of choices. They have good onsen but is not included as you need to pay with different prices for different times. Their parking is opposite road of their hotel.

The aqua sense next door was very good, so I stayed at the hotel building of Kafu Resort this time. Unlike general hotels, the lobby has a separate sofa with curtains, so I think it's comfortable. You can also make taco rice and bagel sandwiches. There are also many toppings. The staff here are very friendly. There was a deli on the ２ floor of the hotel building. Unfortunately I never used it, but it looked very delicious. I will eat next time! BBQ blue is also the best. I used it for my daughter's birthday celebration, but I was delighted to have a birthday plate with incense fireworks. I have already booked ４ Moon, ５ Moon, but location, price, especially meals! I found the best hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

Like last year, 2023 stayed for two weeks after Golden Week in May. From July last year to March this year, the evaluation was divided into 々 in a blog that describes the state of the hotel. The reception staff remembered us and arranged the room on the executive floor on the top floor as expected. The room was a bit rough with air conditioning temperature and air volume control, but the problem was solved by the adjustment of the engineer. The hospitality of the hotel staff was similar to last year and was able to stay comfortably and safely. The housekeeper came to make up early every morning. Thanks to that, I was able to spend the day effectively. The breakfast restaurant was a pity that the menu was a little less than last year. Also, on the day when there were many guests, the replenishment of the food and the cleaning of the tableware were not caught up, and it seemed that the guest was waiting. In the executive lounge, all the staff responded from the guest's position and perspective, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. Unfortunately, the food menu at evening cocktails was a little less, as in the breakfast restaurant. On the other hand, although there are some retreats compared to last year, the view of the sea from the room on the top floor of the hotel is really wonderful. Therefore, you don't have to go anywhere, just in the room, and you can enjoy the beautiful changing sea view of 々 々 throughout your stay. There will be no other hotel in Japan that you can enjoy so relaxing and heart-to-heart. I want to stay again.

When I stayed last year, it was a Centurion Hotel, but it was rebranded and changed to a Royal View Hotel. I love this hotel because it has the best cost performance in the northern part of the main island. Since management moved to the major Maeda industry in this area, I thought there would be some changes, but I was relieved that the content was as usual. It is a pattern to spend time in the hotel pool or go to the emerald beach within walking distance because it has come to the northern part of the main island more than １０ times and all the surrounding sightseeing spots have been covered. The advantage is that even in the cheapest standard room, the layout is good, so you don't feel small. It is also a good impression that wifi is connected without stress. However, I feel it every time, but it is a pity that the water temperature of the pool is too high and I am in the bath. I have stayed at other hotels in Okinawa many times, but I have never seen a pool with such a high water temperature. I really want to improve. Compared to the Centurion era, I felt that the number of breakfast menus for Vikings fell one rank (curry and pasta were gone). I think that Okinawa cuisine is necessary to some extent, but I think that people who come here are meeting local cuisine along the way, so I felt that I didn't have to put more effort into it than necessary. The staff was satisfied with the friendly response as usual. It may be the biggest advantage here that you can relax without stretching your shoulders and elbows because there is no height like a luxury hotel. It is a hotel that can be recommended.

The location was in the perfect spot, close to shopping, restaurants and the water. The amenities were great, but just be prepared to pay to gain access to the pool it is not part of the package. The food and the cost of breakfast were the only downfalls. Otherwise, this was an awesome first experience in Okinawa! Loved it!

Good location and hygiene. Unfortunately, the hotel car park was full when I arrived. The front desk staff offered a free room upgrade which I considered as a compensation. If you don’t have special requests on accommodation, this hotel will be a suitable option.

Love this hotel! We’ll definitely come back. They changed our sheets everyday and cleaned our room. No need for special requests for cleaning unless you put the don’t disturb sign. Lots of restaurants & food choices. Grocery and souvenir shop in house. The grounds & the buildings are well maintained too.

It was really hot when we first arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, the hotel had given us two vouchers to redeem welcome drinks. It was impressive that there is a wide range of choices regarding the drink. During the check in process, everything went pretty smooth. A big shout out to ms honoka ishiji, who is very welcoming and greeted us with a wonderful smile. She had recommended us a few restaurants around the hotel. We ended up picking the japanese-italian restaurant, which was awesome! We got a room with sea view and pool view. The view's nice and so as the room, really cozy and that made me feel like home (though the style of bedsheet and the pillocase is pretty outdated, but thats fine). Btw, the breakfast is definitely a must-try item in this hotel. Do remember to pick a window seat, so that you can enjoy your meal with the splendid sea view. All in all, that was a pretty good stay, and I think I will be visiting again very soon.

Together with my husband and daughter, we stayed 1 week in this beautiful hotel. It just opened last April 2021. Everything was perfect. We are very thankful to the owner and all the staff. They were very professional, kind and really helpful. Victor, Yumi, Olivier, Oscar and Anca were always there to make sure everything is okay during our stay. They gave us delicious croissants with coffee and drinks for breakfast even though it was not mentioned during our reservation. All the rooms come with an ocean view. The sunset from the room is spectacular and very romantic. All we want to do as soon as we wake up is to open the curtains and enjoy the sea view. The room is charming with a tatami-like floor. The bathroom is spacious. Internet is very reliable. The swimming pool on the rooftop offers a panoramic view. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area and just 15mins walk from American village where you can do the shopping and find a lot of restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will never forget our sejour and definitely will see you again soon.

It's right near the American Village and the scenery is great. It's more convenient for eating and other things. The nearby Ryukyu Beef requires a reservation, and the online reservation has been scheduled for a week later, so I didn't get to eat. It's an average 5-star hotel. The breakfast is not rich, but it's just OK.

The room is spacious and well-equipped. Self-check-in will send a QR code to the mailbox in advance. The location is excellent. You can also buy meat from the supermarket and cook it. You just need to buy your own seasoning. It’s a great two-day stay.

A great value of Apartment Residential for families staying at Mihama/Chatan with fully equipped with everything you need. Stayed in so called the Standard Room which was a 2 bedroom Suite equipped with 1 double + 1 single in each bedroom, perfectly fitted for a family of five, together with a living room, dining table, induction stove, fridge, separate toilet and washroom with bathtub, washing machine & dryer. What else you should ask for? No worries on parking as it provides free parking with 20+ parking slots just underneath the building. Easily access to anywhere, especially few minutes walking distance to American Village & Aeon Mall. Lawson is just right next to the hotel where Matsuya 松屋, Yoshinoya 吉野家, McDonalds, Sushi (はま寿司, 無添くら壽司) are within your radar range. Simple Express Check Out by just dropping the key into the designated box anytime. Highly recommended this to those family travelers visiting Mihama.
