This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

The young man who was at the reception on July 19, at night is not kind at all. It is the first face that guests see when they arrive so that they don't greet, smile, not welcome. The hotel is in a good safe location the staff was good the hotel is clean it is an older looking hotel by the looks of the inside there are lots of families at the location and a nice pool . I would recommend bringing your own soap as there is extremely drying .

The place was alright for sleeping and resting. Rooms were clean and properly equipped with tv, clean bed sheets and comforters, a blow dryer and working ac. The free breakfast was ok too, nothing fancy but fresh. Price rate was reasonable for what the hotel offered.

The room: The blinds they have there are not acceptable. It was extremely bright in the room, literally no sun coverage at all. i had to leave early because i couldn't sleep.  The AC unit fell apart. The cover on it wasn't stable. kept falling off.

I have been to this hotel several times and I always like to be clean, it is very good service, they are very friendly, the parking lot is very safe and they make sure that everyone was going to do the Covid tests.

Very good and convenient hotel, the front desk service is warm. As a tourist who came to Messicali for the first time, the experience was very good. The pool is also very good 😃

Yes, I liked it a lot, except that near the bathroom there is a mirror that lets people in the bedroom see you, meaning more privacy is needed. Another thing was that it was a little cold, like the heather didn't work for us, but everything else is super good, very modern and elegant. I will definitely be back. It is my hotel in Mexicali from now on ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯recommended
