The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. We also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, particularly the swimming pool and the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of delicious food.
Overall, Grand Westside Hotel offers excellent value for money with its clean rooms, great amenities, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel near Manila Bay and the airport.
Location to PITX (and thus, airport) is so convenient. Pool is nice, just check the times its operating. (Same as with the Gym) As for the room, its mostly nice apart from the TV being all-mandarin (use a dongle if you want youtube!), Wifi randomly dropping at times (and the 5G band being extremely unreliable), aircon remote randomly not working, some paint job being chipped away at the far side of the room beside the balcony, and the shower ceiling randomly having a temporary cardboard job.
Service was nice, though I highly recommend buying some airtime to your number, as you either need that or doing the whole song and dance of going to the lobby and back up, and as with me having others in my journey meant that I always ask the security to tap his card to get back to my floor. Speaking of security, there’s a baggage scanner installed near the elevator lobby, so be mindful of that.
I chose the option with no food, so we went instead to a hot pot restaurant at the ground floor. There’s also some parking outside.
City Center Executive is part of the whole Imperial Plaza Residences complex, so on top of everything that I mentioned in this review, be extra mindful of the residents and try not to bother them.
The best thing about this hotel has to be its location. The access to Terminal 3 is excellent. The rooftop pool was also a highlight; while the view isn't amazing, the atmosphere is really nice. I also had a meal at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious (in my opinion). Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store and a Subway right next to the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and I had no unpleasant experiences. Personally, I'd like to make this my regular hotel for future stays.
The hotel is very near T3, but far from T1 airport. Most people assume just because it is near Terminal 3, they can walk over from Terminal one to the hotel. Not in Manila, there is a free shuttle from T1 to T3 and visa versa.
The hotel itself is actually very clean and i had a great stay.
I commend all the staff from security, frontdesk, phone support, bar and resto up to housekeeping team. They are all respectful, attentive, kind and they make you feel at home. The loctaion is superb! The room size is good too and value for money. The buffet breakfast is good too. Its the people that makes you want to come back!
My comment is the cleanliness...
1st the room: attached are the photos of the wall beside the room reading/coffee table - it was dusty! The housekeeping was quick to wipe it but didnt vacuum after. It seems there are only few housekeeper per floor as I see them working hard all the time. So it mught be lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness
2ndnd the kettle - it was a little rusty and it was replaced with white stains :(
3rd pool - it shoumd be clean often as needed as I saw some insects floating around. I love that the water is a little warm but it should cleaned as often as possible. The water was not as clear as expected so it seems it been there for a while. Given the size and number of people and kids checked in, they should clean or replace the water as often. The glass on the pool might need cleaning too as it obstruct the view ( which is Okada and hundres of trees! ) I guess because the water is a little warm, it is always ”foggy” or ”moist” .?
4th Gym - its okay but the doors beside the mirrors are dusty that have web type of dust already. The wooden door has white spots that ” might” be a mould already. They need a good ventallation and dehumidifier or air purifier.
4th - smoking area.. just beside the pool with kids swimming around. They might to find other place.or.increase the tress and plants over there.

I was very satisfied with the facilities and service. However, being a light sleeper, the noise from the air conditioner outdoor unit in the next room disturbed my sleep, and I found it inconvenient that there was no Wi-Fi in the gym. There are many shopping malls and various restaurants nearby for dining out, but the room also had kitchenware, which was great for cooking. I visit Manila frequently, and I'd like to stay here again in the future.

The New World Makati Hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of the central business district, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with comfortable bedding and comprehensive amenities. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views. The hotel's pool and fitness areas are elegantly designed, and the breakfast spread is diverse and delicious. The staff are attentive, thoughtful, and respond promptly. Overall, the hotel has a sophisticated and grand ambiance, suitable for both business travelers and leisure guests. My stay was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it.
My stay at Lime Hotel and Resorts was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. Every interaction reflected professionalism and genuine care, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable.
The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and designed for comfort. I especially appreciated how smoothly everything was handled—from check-in to room service—showing how committed the team is to providing excellent service.
One highlight of my stay was the complimentary drinks. They were a thoughtful touch that added an extra layer of relaxation and enjoyment to the experience. It’s small details like this that really set Lime Hotel and Resorts apart from others.
Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place that values quality service and guest satisfaction. I would definitely come back again.
We had an amazing stay. If you are looking for a place near nuwa and city or dreams few walks away and not crowded Bayprime can be an option. Many breakfast choices Lunch and Dinner in their cafe are also priced reasonably. There's a convenience store downstairs and across the street 7/11 is available. Parking is free. Overall it's 10/10 for me and we will definitely comeback. The only issue is that you can smell too much chlorine sa pool.

Clean and well-located, but lacks essentials
I had a good stay because the hotel is clean and situated in a great location. But I noticed a weakness in providing essential amenities; for example, they don't provide bottled water!!

Very Good
AAnjel SilvaBerjaya is the hotel that always come in mind everytime I am planning to have staycation with friends very accessible and a very friendly staf
GGuest UserThe biggest highlight is the location. It’s right across from NAIA Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila bridge, which made arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Being within Newport World Resorts also meant easy access to restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options without needing to travel far. The room was clean and well-maintained. It’s not very spacious, but it had everything needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Service was efficient and polite. Staff were helpful, especially with check-in and basic requests. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay, layover, or business trip, especially if proximity to the airport is a priority.

Location: 4.5/5
Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee.
Value: 4/5
Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee.
Room: 3/5
The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music.
Cleanliness: 5/5
Bathroom was neat and well-maintained.
Service: 5/5
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Facilities: 5/5
Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda.
Final Take:
Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.

TTravelGuy2Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.
GGuest UserGreat value for money, highly recommended! The air conditioning unit is a bit old and noisy. The only downside is that because it's such great value, the hotel is often fully booked, so there's always a long wait for the elevator. They provide toothbrushes and even a microwave.
GGuest UserUnfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.
KKuku_TravelsMy stay at Valero Grand Suites was great, it has everything you need to make yourself feel home. I requested pan to cook breakfast and it was delivered immediately. But you can also get breakfast buffet at the hotel - if wished. The pool is on the 34th floor and the gym operates 24h. Staff were nice and friendly, location is very nice and easy to walk to greenbelt, ayala triangle park etc.

Great
GGuest UserStayed at lyf Malate Manila for a night and it exceeded expectations in the heart of Malate’s buzzing scene. The location on Malvar corner Vasquez Street is unbeatable—steps from Robinsons Place Manila mall for food courts, shops, and easy access to Rizal Park, Manila Bay Beach, and the LRT.
AAna0527We arrived at hotel that has long queue on reception lobby hopefully in the future there will be a lot of receptionist. However it made my day when the Receptionist welcome us and Kudos to the amazing staff for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you so much granting my request for the complimentary upgrade to the Panorama Suite with bay view, which made our wedding honeymoon even more special and memorable. I love the most is the staff always greet even at the elevator and especially during breakfast time.
Overall I love all the amenities specially our rooms.
I Highly appreciate and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
