有窯洞房間和普通房間，窯洞房間冬暖夏涼，房間內還擺放了紅軍服等裝飾。院內停車非常方便，日常是兩位老人招呼顧客，民宿就在高速出口附近，由於臨公路會有一些貨車的噪音，至於是否影響休息就看個人敏感度了，對我影響不大。

交通便捷位置優越，處延安市中心。去各景區都是二公裏，距二道街夜市打卡點僅一橋之隔。招待所外表雖有些陳舊，但室內布置完全是懷舊感，讓你一下回到七、八十年代，但非常整潔乾淨，我是經常失眠啊人，但此一晚一覺天亮，神清氣爽，這才是真正喜歡的延安體驗，價格不貴，整潔乾淨，安全放心，其老公又是公安的，有什麼不放心。衹有壞人才！不放心。我會介紹更加想來延安的親戚朋友們關注此店。

自駕黑吉遼津晉陝六省十一個市夏三千四百多公里，住過各種數不清的民宿，其中不乏高檔文化型民宿住，到延安棗園雲棲民宿是最滿意的一家！民宿建在黃土高坡上（黃土溝向陽坡），躺着房間就能望見山景，窯洞式窗户採光看景好極了！不僅如此，院子裏涼棚搭建的很有品味，在裏面喝茶看書聊天后背襯託的是綠意的山景。不僅如此，老闆還把燜鍋端到涼棚裏，又給四個小菜，請問在哪裡吃飯會有這樣的情致？！好評，必須好評！各位朋友，到延安，住民宿一定來他家不踩雷有驚喜！我不是脱，因為高興並感謝老闆一家的忙活，才多寫句句屬實！
