Augsburg Homestays

Because of a relatively short-term training course, I was looking for a cheap hotel in Augsburg. The B&B was a good choice. The location is great. The bus stop is right outside the door and so is the zoo and botanical garden. There are enough parking spaces behind the hotel. The room was a double room for single use with air conditioning. When I entered the room, I was immediately hit by the smell of aftershave. A previous visitor had probably accidentally spread it on the floor. The bathroom smelled of smoke, especially if you left the ventilation on for a little longer. The bed was comfortable and you could sleep well. Unfortunately, the tram is so loud that you'd think there was a thunderstorm at regular intervals. But with earplugs you can sleep well. The breakfast was OK. Unfortunately, there was a lot of packaging and therefore a lot of rubbish. I wouldn't come again unless there was nothing else.

I was in this building for two nights, 25 and 26 April 2019 with two other families with children. Nothing to say on the room: wide, with a double bed and a very solid castle bed, soft and comfortable mattresses, clean clothes, very comfortable bathroom with big shower, small helpful kitchen to prepare breakfast in the morning, and round tables with two seats. We enjoyed the great common kitchen made available to guests. We noticed a little incursion in the cassettes, probably due to the miseducation of some guests. The kitchen has allowed us to spend a pleasant evening in our company, cooking a simple Italian ”pasta” so I would say good structure, even if viewed from outside I must admit that it is not very attractive.
