We had a wonderful time at the Faustino Gran. The hotel is very comfortable, stylish and relaxing and all the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. Dining was excellent in the lovely gardens, with plenty of choice for breakfast and high class lunch and dining options and the concierges happy to suggest and book external restaurants. The hotel is perfectly situated for the historic centre of Ciutadella.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and was very comfortable. The room was very comfortable and the room was always 'fresh' when you came out of the outside with a sun of justice. Aina always served me very kindly and advised me well in everything I asked her. The truth is that a common area is missing not the kitchen but, by the way, incredible. If next year I will travel to Menorca again, I will not hesitate to repeat, because how I was in the title and I felt like at home and the people I found there was of great help.

The staff were brilliant - always very helpful, quick to deal with matters, and unfailingly courteous. A young receptionist, Maria, actually carried our cases up a flight of stairs, saying ”I have grandparents!” On departure another receptionist, John, carried them down for us. They organised a table and lamp to give us more light by the sofa. Thank you, also, to Marasol, Michele, Chiara, Joan, and the manager, Alba, who helped us on one occasion. Our apartment was spacious and clean. We celebrated my wife's birthday with complimentary cake and Cava. A very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

WOW what a wonderful place.The location was perfect.The manager and staff could not be faulted. They were so friendly and helpful.The cleaning staff were excellent and happy.Breakfast was enough to set you up for the day and staff were always topping up the selection. The local entertainment of people jumping into the sea from the rocks to the early nude swimming group was a bonus. Will definiely return.Thanking you all for making our holiday one to remember.john and christine grant

Our apartment was immaculately clean and had a nice pool view on the ground floor. We were a party of 3 adults but only had bedding and towels for 2 adults. This was not a problem, however, as fresh towels were brought the next day and we didn't really need extra sheets due to the warm nights! Unfortunately, the mini-market was not open as it closes in September for the winter season. There was also no eating or drinking facilities open. Although the apartments were very quiet - about 25% occupancy the whole ten days we were there, late check out was not even considered. The nearest toilet available, I was told, was ”on the beach!”. I'm glad I didn't have little ones with me or we were poorly! We spent every evening in Los Delfines which is a 20 minute walk away. There you can find a number of restaurants, though choose wisely as a lot had issues with flies. We walked into Ciutadella one day which took 40/45 minutes, be mindful if you go there as most shops and restaurants close for siesta, opening again at 5pm. There are a couple of supermarkets about a ten minute walk away. If you are a smoker, be aware that there is nowhere to buy cigarettes/tobacco from except a vending machine in one of the bars in Los Delfines. So make sure you stock up or take a trip to a Tabac in Ciutadella. There are a couple of supermarkets about ten minutes walk away (but they don't sell them). These apartments were perfect for a very quiet break, just reading by the pool and meandering to a an eatery at the end of the day.
