This hotel came highly recommended and certainly didn't disappoint. We were made incredibly welcome by the manager and shown to an extremely spacious, spotless and comfortable room with enormous double bed, very large walk in shower, his & her basins and a huge wall mounted tv. On site secure parking , easy to find from the A68. Very pleasant bar and a superb breakfast in the morning all made for a thoroughly relaxing stop over en route to Santander. Very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the manager who obviously takes pride in providing exceptional service. Many thanks

This is a really nice hotel, xlose to the historic medieval part of the city. Parking in the hotel is limited but we got a space. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and we got a room upgrade. The bedroom was very comfortable and had a nice terrace. The bathroom was spacious and good. Breakfast was a typical buffet affair and not crowded. Only negative point that tipped this to a 4 is why oh why do high quality hotels give cardboard coffee cups...and please don't play the environmental card! Otherwise an excellent stay.

The hotel has its lights and shadows. The distance to the center is about 15 minutes walking. There is a parking space across the area, although the hotel has parking. Good reception with a very pleasant lady in front. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very warm and the air conditioning was not working and if you opened the window there was a lot of noise. The hotel has a large bathroom with a large shower, laundry, toilet and bidet. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, you have a lot of things you can choose (cereals, different juices, yogurt, fruit, bakery, bacon, roast, potato tortilla, different breads, good coffee, cola, hot chocolate). The room where breakfast is made is very wide and very clear.

The staff is the best of this hotel. I have been helped in all the days I have been staying. Lorena, since the reception, has gone beyond the duty. I treat closely, kindly and transmit confidence. My full and sincere thanks. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. As negative things, a single elevator for 8 plants sometimes slows the circulation and there are details that need maintenance, especially the bathroom.
