The fact that breakfast has to be eaten in the room or, in summer, at tables on the street due to Corona is fine, but because the breakfast items are packed in paper bags, the daily waste load is very high.

Prefect hotel for a stopverf from Avoriaz. The hotel is easy to vind and has his own safe parking. The room is spacious and bright. Big bed and soft pillows. Spacious bathroom, separate toilet, which is comfortabel.Personel is polite andvery attent. You cantate your dinner in the restaurant, reasonable proces and tast. Breakfast is delicious with fresh orange juice as much as you like. We had a very relaxend stay over after a last day of skiing.if we are in the region we Will definitely com back. This is the second time during the holiday we stayed in a Logis the France. Very recommandable.

Belle salle pour le petit déjeuner et propre mais il n y avait pas assez à manger pour le petit-déjeuner des clients, j ai dû réclamé du pain car panière vide, plus d orange, table de présentation un.peu bordélique, pas assez d assiettes, manque petites cuillères...bref, il fallait réclamer sans cesse car le plein de denrées n était pas fait au fur et à mesure, la serveuse n a apporté que 3 petites baguettes pour une quaranraine de clients , donc beaucoup n ont pas eu de pains, et il n etait que 9h00 du matin donc nous n avons pas pu déjeuner à notre faim, des clients ont râlé dont moi, le personnel de service ne dit même pas bonjour, et tire la tronche, et avait l air de se foutre des plaintes des clients, trop cher payé pour ce qui est proposé au client, c est à dire pas grand chose, heureusement que le réceptionniste était sympa. Chambre propre mais odeur d urines persistantes dans la salle de bain car WMC en.panne. Je ne reviendrai pas.

I felt very comfortable and cosy. the bed and bed linen were top quality. I enjoyed the tranquilility of that place. It was super convenient to visit Thonon, a beautiful town, just 5 minutes by foot and Les Thermes. The staff was very helpful and pleasant; very openned to their customers. I will recommand Cote Chalet to anybody who wishes to chill. The very close walks to the lake Leman are just amazing. I am planning another visit to Cote Chalet with my family and friends.
