Hello, I did not book a hotel before going to Sarımsaklı. It was a pure coincidence that I chose the beach hotel. I'm glad my feet took me there. I felt at home. The room was clean and bright, facing the beach. The bed was quite comfortable. The food was very delicious. The cleanliness of the greenery is very important to me; It was spotless. The employees were warm, friendly and solution-oriented. Ms. Fatma, the manager of the hotel, helped us in every way. He was warm, sincere and smiling. If I go to Sarımsaklı next year, Sahil Hotel is the place I would want to stay without hesitation. I wish everyone a nice holiday where they will feel like they are at home.

Property is amazing but it is very far away from main city. Since, Pushkar is too small and property of very far you don’t get the public transport easily. Also, if you take your own vehicle it is an issue because for last 300m the road is terrible. Staff is amazing and food was also good. You can have parantha in breakfast but there is a scam here. When we asked receptionist to show QR for payment then he showed personal one but later on when we ordered one more item and asked him for qr code then he showed hotel one. He changed because someone came. And one more problem is location is not exact however with location provided you will reach to some point and then you can follow boards that they have put up on local road. Also, one more piss of point if you call them to ask for directions or any help they don’t pick up. I went and told them and they were like we never got call. Like why have u given the number ***

The stay was good, they have cottages and tents to stay. Since we went in dc and the night was quite chilly they accommodated us in the cottages without any additional charges. Provided us with additional blankets and pillows as well. The staff is well manured and very helpful. The resort is not next to the pushkar lake but a 5 min drive wh8ch we're well aware of. Overall i liked the place and the service.

Below things were not good 1. Blanket cover were torn 2. Towels were very old, even if they have cleaned them nobody can still use them 3. Asked for sugar packets for that they refused and asked to get them from their kitchen 4. No geyser and no television. They didnt recharge it even after so many requests. Such hotels should not list amenities which they cannot deliver and accordingly should reduce their prices. I would only recommend this hotel to bachelors because family cant stay here.

My 2nd Business trip in ajmer, 1st time in the royal Melange Beacon. Im so glad to choose my 15 day stay in this hotel. Apart from good facilities, the customer centricity they provided was top class. All of my request were catered effeciently. Also with this faciilty, had the opportunity to try some of their tastiest north indian and rajasthani food, totally in the budget and absolutely delicious food. Kudos to Chef Raju Sharma and his team for those delicious food, it was absoutely worth it. Also thanks to the ***ager Mr Hari for all the support and arrangements of my business requests as well. Kudos to the whole royal Melange Beacon Team for such an amazing amazing experience. Looking forward for my next stay. Happy Guest Arbaaz
