Fantastic ! We did a room update. We paid for a 2 bedroom + pool villa ocean front stay. It’s fantastic. Deserved the updated. The resort is a relax oasis. 2 nights and 3 fully days. Fantastic Complain : The restaurant isn’t a cheap. 2 people a dinner: easily 500K

The price/performance ratio is average, especially the breakfast, it seems like I owe him more than I pay him back. Just don't provide it. If you want to provide it, don't just give a few pieces of fruit.

There are too many bugs in the last picture... Room 409 is the house of bugs. I can bear the smallness of other rooms. This one goes into the house, and there is a large terrace outside. No one comes to clean the room every day... ...caused bugs to meet at 555, if you want to go to menjangan, you can go to other nearby hotels to stay. Going to Deer Island for diving is excellent, 30 minutes by boat, and the hotel front desk booked snorkeling for the next day at 500 yuan per person, which is one-fiftieth of the tourists in Lembongan Island.

A very stylish tent on the seashore. The rooms are beautiful and have air conditioning. There is a small veranda with a table and chairs. Large beautiful area. Communal pool with beautiful sunset views. We went on holiday as a couple and we enjoyed it. Of the minuses: the restaurant is average, there is no variety, breakfast is a la carte.

This is the best hotel we stayed in in Bali. I recommend to everyone.

Moderate, moderately satisfactory

Such a beautiful place. With a beach and pool to relax. We went on a snorkling trip and saw a giant turtle. Restaurant is very good. Alle the people that work at the resort are very nice. The “tent” you sleep in, has a very good bed and airco. We travelled around Bali and this was out favorite place!

Let’s start with the positive The property is gorgeous. The tents are sparkling clean and equipped with high quality mattress and linen, hot shower and enough storage space for a short stay. The infinity pool is beautiful and definitely the highlight of the property. Reception and restaurant staffs are exemplary. Friendly, helpful, typical Bali hospitality. At the same time, the hotel also cut corners in key areas. 1) Food quality: food started out as okay but we had a terrible experience on our second night. We were served hard, rubbery chicken on both of our betutu meals. Their bubur ayam is also very tasteless and without the correct condiments (staff served it with a sambal terasi which is just so wrong) it tasted terrible. The fish they used in their chowder is too fishy. I can go on and on. It’s clear the food is of low quality and is an afterthought of this resort. Staffs did try to redeem the betutu fail by replacing my husband’s meal to a different menu. 2) Terrible smelling soap and shampoos. It smells like a musty, moldy, oily something. I almost puked. 3) Massage therapist needs upskilling. My husband and I both had massage and were quite disappointed with it especially compared to all the massages we’ve had in Bali. My husband’s masseuse cannot keep a consistent pressure and didn’t budget her time well (ie: spent too much time in one area), on the other hand my masseuse kept a constant pressure but needs more upskilling on knowing how to massage. It’s a nice experience to have once but not a property I would visit repeatedly.
