- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

The stay was extremely comfortable and the staff is also nice . I highly recommended the property . The property has free parking and the staff is tooo mych nice . The property has a restaurant too and the wifi speed is very fast . Very near to ragunath bazaar

I used to go SVDK every year twice with family and had confusion where to stay everytime ... But this time I stayed in Lemon tree Katra (suggested by ”Chef Hani” Jaipur) And WOW..... It was a great experience with nice hospitality under covid protocol. Room was spacious, clean with awasome hill view. My wife & kids asked me to book again for next visit as well right away :) Special thanks to ”Chef Ranveer, kaushal , Ashwin , Nihil , Affrin & Chaman & team. C U again.

They allotted me a business class room. It was way beyond my expectations. Spacious room, big windows, big wash room, and every thing very well neat and clean. Toiletries provided were of excellent quality. Hotel is well located, and bonus is that they have there own vehicle which one can rent to go anywhere, at a rate lower than the market rate. I would stay here again during my next visit to jammu.
