I stayed two nights. The room was not clean and had cobwebs on the walls. Bed linen was stained with ink marks. Bathroom had no shower kit. A 2 rupee suns-ilk sachet and a 2 rupee, small soap bar was provided. Was extremely basic but not worth 1200 i paid.

The property can be reached through busses and private transport. My recent stay at continental lodge was nothing short of a letdown, and i feel compelled to share my disheartening experience. From the onset, it was clear that this hotel fell short of even the most basic expectations. The first red flag was the lackluster service at check-in. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and indifferent, providing minimal information about the hotel's amenities and policies. This lack of engagement set a negative tone for the entire stay. Dining at the hotel was a regrettable experience. The breakfast offered was subpar, with limited and tasteless options. The restaurant ambiance was equally uninspiring, lacking any semblance of the inviting atmosphere one would expect. Continental lodge's location did little to redeem its shortcomings. Situated in a less-than-ideal neighborhood, it felt isolated and offered little in terms of convenience or nearby attractions. The most egregious aspect of my stay, however, was the complete lack of responsiveness from the staff to my concerns. Requests for assistance or improvements went unanswered, highlighting a severe deficiency in customer service. In conclusion, my experience at continental lodge was a series of disappointments. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing this hotel. There are undoubtedly better options in the area that offer superior accommodations, service, and overall value for money.

Very good location wise, reception was warm, house keeping was good, food was also very good, room service was good, room also clean, overall it was good stay for me with my family for four days 👍

We spent just a few hours in this hotel, under very strange circumstances. Our flight to Delhi from Bagdogra was cancelled, so we hired a car and travelled to Kolkata by car. We reached here middle of the night, dead tired, we got to know about the hotel from Tripadvisor only. The hotel is right on the highway, just before Malda and looks pretty huge and impressive. The staff was very courteous, specially the young girl at the reception, and also those who carried our luggage middle of the night with a smile. The rooms are decent with comfortable beds and modern bathroom. There is tea-coffee maker with even marie biscuits! One problem we faced is of mosquitoes, horrible amounts of them, owing to a waterbody within the complex. That was the only dampner in the otherwise decent stay int he hotel. We checked out before breakfast, so wouldn't be able to comment on the food.
