Sri koustubham residency name got changed as Gandasala inn. Management of the property is changed .we find it difficult in reaching the place as the name has got changed . It is GANDASALA INN now. Initially we faced problem due to change of management and they have not updated the details. The receptionist Mr.Giri contacted the owner of the property and we got allotment of room only after 2 hours of waiting. During our stay Mr.Giri and other staffs are very cooperative. You can mention land mark of this property as pk layout adjacent to pradatp theatre. Somewhat good for middle class family . Rly station bus stand and veg.hotels are with in 1km radious.

I made the booking. We were 3 adult 1 child and we booked one room with 2 double bed. When we reached the hotel, manager told us that booking was only for two single bed, and asked us to pay extra money. It was really horrible experience, manger was blaming and me for wrong booking and was asking to pay extra money. Almost it took for me 1 hour to convince him that when booking was confirmed for four person, how in two single bed 4 member can adjust. In his hotel there was all double beds only, no single bed available. But was continuously blaming me that it was my fault and need to pay extra 500. Finally i escalated the issue. Thanks to make my trip team, although it took around an hour to resolve the issue but the team was able to manage and resolve the issue and manager provided two double bed with no extra charges. With me my mom (age around 70) was traveling and it was really a bad feeling that it took so long. She wanted to relax after long journey but she had to wait an hour in reception. Please verify with manager and then only do the payment or else you can suffer like me. Thanks again to make my trip team. Regards kalyani

The location is very strategic for transport point of view. The govindraja temple is visible from hotel and spiritual market is just 100 mrs away. Railway station, you can walk. Room is clean and compact and service is good. The restaurant offers wide variety of south food and they taste well. I’m staying here for second time. Thanks mm t for suggesting this !

Staffs are friendly approchable. Sometimes they will consider flexi check in and check out. We booked VIP breakdharsan . Since bcos of long weekend this week it took 3 hrs for dharsan. Then we rushed back to hotel. Staffs are so kind so that after dharsan we are able to do quick refresh and luggage takeout. Shiva DM is the staff who dealt with us.

The hotel room & bathroom was very clean and tidy. Good to stay for one day or two. Since they do not have windows. Prefer going for ac rooms. The hotel management was very polite too. Nice stay overall !

Well the room is very comfortable and especially we must talk about the maintenance the room maintenance is very very nice and hospitality is very good. They are providing free wifi facility too and have a good parking space. Finally worth of money.
