My expectations were set so high due to the reviews I have read so im a little dissappointed when it was my turn to stay. The room i got is an Executive Suite, I guess the only difference is its newly renovated, otherwise, the room is small. Make sure to have your toilletries with you since the room we got onky had one small bar soap and one liquid soap. The staff are okay, but can be better. Had lunch and dinner at their restaurant Sale E Pepe, The Oyster I ordered is fair enough, the Salad is a little Bland. For dinner we ordered King Crab and Tomahawk and we were so happy that we ordered it. The sauce for the King Crab was really good, while the Tomahawk was very well presented. I woukd highly recommend it if you want to treat yourself for a good meal.

Before recensing I have to make a distinction between hotel and restaurant. The restaurant service is excellent. The restaurant is 200 metres from the church of San Pio. The hotel from the site the rooms look comfortable and large, but living small and anxious. The refrigerator bar that was present was not working and was more dirty, it was almost essential in August, with the shower had the debris that did not allow the shower box fronts to be closed. Breakfast for those who are cheliaco (this hotel is registered in the AIC circuit) and, say, little scandalous: 2 merendin and just, coffee provided by a machine is not normal for those who are cheliaco ........so to MAI PI.

Very nice clean refurbished hotel. Very grateful and thankful to the young boy at the reception Piergiorgio who spoke good English. Thank you for arranging a red rose for my wife - as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. We were on the first floor. Good WiFi and room was very clean good amenities. No safe though. We had caught the FlixBus from Rome took 5.5 hours. It stopped near the square so took us 15-20 mins uphill to the hotel. It did not stop at the bus terminal 50m away. Breakfast was okay but could have been better. The girl spoke English. Only boiled egg which we didn’t have. Asked if they could do scrambled eggs and they said no. Croissants were good but only 1 per person. Coffee especially the Americano was delicious. A refill was given. The hotel recommended restaurant Santi which we tried and was very good. The restaurant was near the big church. The room is great but needs a better powerful shower. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a warm friendly welcome. No reservations they accommodated us. Their Reastaurant is family run ( mom sister are the cooks. Amazing food Very reasonably priced. I will come back with my husband and rest of the family. Service was 10 on 10. My sister had the buffalo cheese and orecchiette pasta(specialty from this region homemade). Nothing else to say other than our experience was perfect we couldn’t ask for a better hotel or restaurant.
