Время проведенное в этом рёкане было потрясающим. От момента встречи до выселения чувствовалась забота, доброжелательность, гостеприимство. У меня были выключены ужин и завтрак в традиционном стиле, приехала я чуть раньше, чтоб оставить вещи, подтвердить время подачи ужина/завтрака и отправиться погулять. Девушка на ресепшен очень хорошо говорит по-английский, быстро мне объяснила основные моменты, а также уточнила мои планы, подсказала как добраться до зоопарка и обзорной площадки на Омуро, дала ваучера для скидки на билеты (мелочь, а приятно). Номер у меня находился на третьем этаже, был очень уютным и теплым, а какой потрясающий вид открывался из больших панорамных окон; интересная фишка - в определенные часы работает фуникулер, можно подниматься в номер залипая в окошко. Ужин и завтрак были сытными и очень вкусными. Даже не думала, что спать на татами будет так удобно, замечательно выспалась, приятно, что кровать расстилают и убирают. Это был мой первый опыт посещения онсена. И это было то, что нужно после насыщенных дней в Токио, Осаки и Киото. Онсен под открытым небом супер, раз свежий воздух, голова нагревается медленней, что позволяет растянуть удовольствие. Также в рёкане есть пара массажных аппаратов для ног, было здорово после онсена промять стопы и икры. Приятным моментом оказалось еще то, что при выселении предложили довезти до станции поездов, что очень удобно. Вот такой отдых душой и телом, невероятно приятная перегрузка.

I stayed in the Tokaya room. The weather was cloudy, but from the room you can see the open-air bath and Oshima beyond. Just soaking in the hot springs while admiring this view is satisfying. The temperature of the open-air bath can be adjusted, so I was able to take a leisurely bath after making it lukewarm. Maybe it was the right time, there were no insects. The room is old and you can feel the oldness here and there, and the screen door was badly installed, but it is acceptable. Meals are served in a private room in the main building. It was a dish using high-quality ingredients, and the amount was too much to eat. It was served in a timely manner and tasted good. Most of the staff were young, but they made a good impression. I was a little worried because there were pros and cons, but it was good to stay without any problems.

I was intruded by the car for two days a night. When I stopped to park because there was a parking lot near the entrance and the place near the entrance at the time of arrival, it was a parking lot of the far side that was invited to this side and guided, so I stopped at the nearer side. Check-in was politely guided by the facilities, but it was very office. The reservation was away with an open-air bath, but it was a two-story building and a first floor room of four rooms. The location of the original 々 may have been a valley or a high humidity place, but the smell of mold was filled as soon as I opened the door. The cleaning was polite, but I thought the living room desk was broken by the ceiling and broke for a moment .... The bedding was comfortable with thick eye mat and feather futon, but personally the pillow was low and it was hard to sleep. Check out was smooth without waiting because it was possible to finish after breakfast. The room was very satisfied with the dishes and the public bath while expecting improvement with a severe evaluation.

I stayed for two nights to meet Mr. Capibara at the Shaboten Zoo Park and Gran Ilmi. Because of the small hotel about 6 rooms Breakfast and night meals are not eaten at the hotel, but snacks such as cup noodles, sweets and various drinks are sold at the counter. If you walk a little, there are soba shops and cakes shops. If you move by car, there are many delicious seafood restaurants. Especially recommended is a seafood restaurant called Nihonmatsu, which can be reached by car in about 7 minutes, and I ate baked fish and fried fish, but it was really delicious. There are other delicious bakery and cake shops around, and it may not be troublesome to eat. The room is simple but beautiful, but there are all the things you need. The bath is the same unit bus form as a business hotel. The futon is very fuzzy and comfortable! From the window, you can see Mt. Omuro and the sea. It is a great view because it is a house on the slope! The whole hotel is snow country? It is a warm feeling based on a scented tree and a white wall. I am glad that the price is reasonable. Although I only decided to stay here for the passive reason that it was cheap, in the end it turned out to be the right choice. After that, I visited the hot spring facilities in the annex and Matsukawakan, and was able to gently soothe my rough feelings. Coincidentally, I stayed at ”Itoen Hotel Hanamisaki” in Shimoda two days before, and at ”Itoen Hotel Atagawa” in Atagawa the day before. I never encountered (although I was a little annoyed by the steep slopes of Atagawa).
