The location of the hotel is quite far from the town. The breakfast food is not fully refilled. Guests who arrive late do not have time to eat. The room is not attractive because of the old decoration. The amenities are not varied.booking room with king bed but got single bed combined to become king.my son need to slept on the centre which is not comfort him.

We spent 3 days 2 nights in Sungai Petani. The manager was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a suite room. The room is spacious and the service provided is excellent. We love the ambience there. Swimming pool and gym are also available. There is a food court not too far away from the resort.

I really like staying here. The room is spacious, big, has a fridge, good aircond. Friendly staff. Check in and check out using the machine outside the hotel. Very easy, just follow the instructions. The hotel ambience is nice and cozy, however, the room is not well maintained. When I first came to room 110, the bedsheet has some kind of stain and strands of hair. I don’t know if the housekeeper forgot to change the bedsheet??? I asked the housekeeper to change into new bedsheet. Also the room is a bit dusty. The shower drainage is poor.
