The hotel is big and has good facilities. There are no queues for meals. It is 5 minutes away from the sea. The indoor and outdoor pools are sufficient. Bad aspects: The car seats used when going to the sea are wet and trap moisture. For this reason, there is a strong smell of pee-wee diapers. If you ride with normal clothes rather than a swimsuit, the clothes will be wet and smelly. Especially the towels given outside are of poor quality and stained. This is the first time in a hotel without a slide ( I saw a hotel with a wardrobe (without doors) and it seemed strange.

By far the best hotel and holiday I have ever been on. Every inch of our stay was perfect. The rooms are a great size and filled with so many complimentary items including a fully stocked fridge each day. The beds were very comfortable too. The dedication and service from the staff is nothing I have ever experienced and they really do go above and beyond for you. The wide selection of food at the buffet was also something that took us by surprise and we enjoyed every meal we ate here. I have also seen a few people mention that the lunch food offers were the same everyday, there is also the option to eat at the turquoise restaurant for lunch which has a huge variety of options in case people aren’t aware of this as we weren’t for the first couple of days. We had 6 a la carte restaurants during our stay including 2 at Land of Legends and also a complimentary dinner offer to eat Land of Legends too. Again, every meal we ate we thoroughly enjoyed. I would like to specifically mention Aksam restaurant at Rixos. Not only was the food out of this world the service provided was outstanding and something I will remember for a long time. The entertainment is something I don’t see spoken much about at this hotel and I’m not sure why… they put on such spectacular shows every night, nothing like I was expecting. They also put on themed parties. The decoration, music and the costumes everything is just utterly perfect and no 2 nights are the same (we were there for 11 nights). I miss it so much already and we have only been back a few hours. I will be returning here for another holiday for sure and I will be recommending to everyone! We went to the hotel 2 days before Ramadan. While the service was good at the entrance, we had difficulty finding someone to talk to in the restaurant. Some sections were not open yet due to the season. The number of employees increased during the holiday, but this time it was also very crowded. The landscaping of the hotel is wonderful, but the rooms are old and the cleanliness was not very good. The pet acceptance area is very nice.

This is not a hotel for us its our 2’nd home in Belek This was our 10th stay in Maxx group As always all was perfect The team was great very frıendly and professıonal ❤️ Our Maxx asistants Pelin Coskun & Esra Ersin helped us in all questions made our stay superb comfortable For any question they were there :) We were very welcomed:) Thanku so much Ladies !! A very nice resort right on the beach. The food was very good, there was something for everyone. Overall we were very happy with everything and would definitely come back

We’ve been coming to Belek since 2010 and this was our 8th stay at the Susesi staying in one of the Royal Suites with Hasan as our amazing butler. He is such a professional going above and beyond his duties for us which made our birthday celebrations even more special. The only thing I would say is Hasan as our private butler looking after us in restaurants and bars should have a uniform that says he’s a personal butler as he was asked on many occasions to assist other guests.

The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.
