I would like to thank the staff at this hotel! Traveling from NY to Redmond was challenging to say the least. Checked in at 12:30 pm when we were supposed to arrive at 1 in afternoon. Thank you American Airlines for poor service. Front desk Manager was wonderful as our luggage never made it. She provided us with toiltries to get us through the morning. This was our second stay here. Clean, bright and courteous. Relax hour at 4 i believe with complintary wine and craft beer with cheese, bread, olives. Board games scattered about. Please throw some dollars in the gratuity cup! Breakfast is provided with a different hot course daily along with continental accompaniments. Coffee rotated constantly throughout the day. There was also 3 tea selections in the evenings with unique fresh blends.

This place was great! Easy to check in and get to the room. This is a motel but we sprung for the top room, the honeymoon suite. This is not in the actual row of rooms in the main building. This is on the corner of the property in its own building next to laundry. (We didn’t have a noise problem). Good size room with a big comfortable bed and giant comfy chair perfect for two people to cuddle on. Very romantic. Flowers everywhere and candles were a nice touch. The bathroom was where this room stands out.. good size jetted tub and nice smaller shower with a rainfall head. Separate heating and cooling for the bath was nice too.

Room: spacious and very clean. New and updated and very modern, the hotel and the rooms. Mattress is very comfortable. Shower is good with ok water pressure. AC: single unit, but not loud. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming Location: close to downtown (in the downtown, walking to the old mill district) Breakfast: the typical simple free breakfast of the usual hotels. As most free breakfasts, the scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes (on weekends biscuit and gravy) are OK. But, the other items such as waffle maker, the yogurt and cereal are better options. No one leaves hungry. Bananas are offered early in the morning. Apples are usually last till the end of breakfast. Value: compared with other hotels of similar class and grade, it is pretty good.

We stayed here while passing through the area on a road trip through the Pacific North West. Bend is a nice town and this was a great place to stay. It’s on the southern side of Bend and is only 10 minutes from Lava Lands Visitor Center. Hotel room was big and very clean. Would stay here again.

Location: The location of the hotel is good, the town of Bend is not big, it is very convenient to drive anywhere; but it is a bit far from the river, where the riverside is the most beautiful and the most visited. We made a last-minute decision to escape the Portland drizzle and spend the weekend in Bend. We chose the Oxford Hotel as it is in the perfect location to explore the boutiques and restaurants downtown, Old Bend, and the Deschutes river walking trail. We were completely satisfied with all aspects of the Oxford. While it is one of the more expensive options for staying in Bend, the cleanliness, service, and location make it absolutely worth the price.
