This stay was very satisfying! The hotel service attitude was very good! Service: The housekeepers always kept a friendly smile. Not only that, their image was also very outstanding. Every move was full of professional affinity. They responded to every request and left a deep impression on people. They took good care of us! Facilities: The soft and hard facilities in the room were very complete, the super-large bed was very comfortable to sleep on, and every detail was set just right. There were fresh fruits in the season in the room, and there were all kinds of drinks in the refrigerator, all free! Including snacks, it is recommended to go to the cafe for afternoon tea because the photos there are really good, the desserts are also delicious, not the kind of sweet, the environment of the park is a bit like the feeling of foreign countries. In short, I was very happy during my stay, and I would like to thank the housekeepers again for their attentive service to us, which really warmed me! !

Very satisfied with the stay. Came to Hangzhou with friends. This loft is very suitable for us. There is a bathroom on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. It is much better than those chain brands. The area is also large. The layout is very thoughtful. I will come again next time I visit.

This was a decent stay for a short 2 days stop in hangzhou. Transport wise you are not too far (15 mins walk) from the nearest subway. Most people staying here are chinese (long term). So, it isn't your hostel hostel vibe. And during my time no one spoke English but everyone was friendly and curious. And it being a seperate accomodation for men meant the washrooms etc weren't amusing at all (stench). Reminded me of my days in school (boys dorm). As with most of China, no jet spray (health faucet) in toilets. There is a Starbucks and may be a western burger chain very nearby. Locally i found luckin cafe to be a nice place for my morning coffee. Chinese breakfast available at the small restaurant downstairs. Right, and there's one shower and toilet per flat (meant to be shared amongst 10 men). This is just information. Nothing meant to negatively portray the place. Also, I think if you don't find the place up to your expectations, know that it isn't the owner's fault at all. Because it's more to do with the people staying there. With limited language skills I did find it complicated to get around. I did go walking in all directions and weren't many local/cheap eateries around except for the one downstairs. But plenty of mall restaurants and cafe/fast food set ups. Some may qualify as local eateries if it suits your budget. The owner/manager was helpful and came by on the day of check-in and stayed in touch over we chat when needed. I was given a disposable napkin/towel. And the RFID card for entry into the building. The bed was okay and I think I slept about fine. I couldn't figure out if it is a building with offices or residential flats with people staying in there. It's got a mix sort of vibe. Overall quite a decent stay (I just came back to sleep late in the night). I would recommend this place, given the location (transport) and prices. Short stay shouldnt be a problem at all. Again I reiterate, the owner is very helpful and clearly doing his best to accomodate you comfortably.

As soon as I arrived, the little brother came out to pick me up, and valet parking (thinking that the service is only available in five-star hotels). For me, who has no blind goals and can travel as soon as I say go, this is a real treasure. It gave me good travel advice. In the afternoon, I went to a nearby deep stream for rafting. And provide me with free laundry service. It's just fantastic, and there's so much to do in the evening. Board games, open-air movies, swimming, arcades, everything is in play. The next day I got up very early, enjoyed the beautiful panoramic sunset of Anji, and fell asleep one by one. By the way, the bedding of Xiayun Mansion is really amazing, and I slept very comfortably. Although it is very busy, everyone in the store is very enthusiastic to solve all your problems. The key point is to praise the food and beverage here, the price is relatively high cost-effective in the same area. Auntie originally opened a local restaurant. The taste is very good. More importantly, the Chinese food and Western noodles here are very delicious. The french fries here are not powdered, they are freshly fried. Both rice and oil are branded. A lot of details, it shows its intentions. Travel is better than eating well, staying well, sleeping well, playing well, it seems that you can get it all. Come again in winter. By the way, I forgot to recommend it, the Oiran latte is top-notch.

I did my homework online for a long time and finally chose this one. It was really good! This time I took my parents and a year-old and a half of my children to travel with my parents. I have chosen this loft room type for a long time. It can be said that it is perfect. The floor bed upstairs is too friendly to the children. The room is very large. It is suitable for family travel. It is no problem to live in three big and one small. The fragrance likes the smart toilet. Clean and tidy, high safety factor Downstairs is the street but it is not noisy at all. It is very convenient to eat and drink in the coffee shop downstairs. It is very convenient to go out in Hefang Street. It is very convenient to go to the Drum Tower. But if you are going to play West Lake, it is recommended to go in the morning and start to get a taxi in the afternoon. The driver refuses to load. (Because it's not too far back here) It is worth mentioning that the front desk brother is very, very enthusiastic and professional. It makes people feel like a spring breeze. I have given a lot of help. The attitude is so good that it makes people sweep the journey tired. I have already recommended it to my friends. I will stay here next time.

Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

First of all, the location is excellent. You can walk a few steps to the right of the hotel to reach the entrance of Gate 2, which is so convenient! The room was quite large and cleanly decorated, which made me, a mysophobic person, very comfortable. (I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the room, but of the external environment.) I decided to renew the reservation for another night. I originally planned to stay in Nanxun Ancient Town for one night. , I gave up living there. What’s interesting is that the two chairs in the room can be rotated while sitting on them. There is a parking lot below the window for convenience, and there is a river and the scenery is nice. The boss was very enthusiastic. He carried our luggage upstairs and introduced us to a restaurant where we could eat. He also drove us to the old street for free and to the parking lot of the scenic spot. The service was very good! Will recommend friends to stay here. There is also a small problem that I forgot to remind the boss at the time. The temperature of the bath water is unstable. When adjusting the water, it is either hot or cold. I hope they can pay attention to it. All in all, staying here is a good choice!

This homestay is really beyond expectations, the location is invincible, next to the Xuyi Art Museum, very close to Lu Xun's hometown and other attractions. The boss was very nice. He upgraded the room for us during the Spring Festival to make my parents live very comfortable. The room layout is one step at a time, and Xu Xun's paintings are very elegant. The homestay was built on the Taimen building. It has local characteristics, rich breakfast, different daily dishes, and the taste is very good. The sisters who received were attentive and smiling. Thank them for their warm hospitality. They will continue to punch in Shaoxing in the future. Five-star recommendation! ! !

Before we booked this family-owned boutique hotel room, we asked the owner, Mr. Cao, if we could bring our dogs. Because sometimes the hotel would put their amenities are pets allowed but actually not allowed in reality. We spent two nights three days in an upgraded room (thank you, Mr. Cao!) and our dogs were so happy because at the back of the property there is a small enclosed outdoor space that they could wander around. The room is well designed and as an architect, I should have advised the owner to watch out about the maintenance because of the humidity in the future, as minimalist design could be worse in a short time. Another good news, I'm sure you could book the whole room to have a family/ friends party as the rooftop they have is a great space too...and I saw BBQ around. The first day we arrived we took a walk to the mountain nearby and we were too tired to walk back and the owner helped to pick us up. So thankful for that. Several interesting spots between 40 minutes to 1,5-hour walk. DaDouWu Reservoir was so pretty but on the last day of our stay, we didn't manage to go to the top of 天泉山 because of the snow coming and blocking the path. ❄️☃ Also, there were not so many cafés or bars around and we didn't ask about the price of in-house food cooked by Mr. Cao's Mom beforehand because despite it being so delicious, we do think it's overpriced. Overall, if you're looking for quietness and not too touristy in the Moganshan area, this place is perfect. Thank you, Naicang Hotel! We enjoyed our short stay. So did our dogs 🐾
