Perfect stay, the room and restaurant decoration is luxurious, the landlord is very welcoming, you can also borrow his kitchen to cook and then dine in the restaurant

Very pretty chateau close to Aix. Lovely welcome and tour, although I'm not sure all the (very impressive) reception rooms are well used (eg no separate bar area). Room was good with view over courtyard and bed was comfy, but only one chair. The grounds are stunning. Pool is very warm, and bikes are available free of charge to tour the extensive grounds. Restaurant reviewed in different section, but issues. There were a few things that could have been better - despite ordering at check in, and chasing, we waited 40 minutes for our complimentary wine and cheese through booking with Mr&Mrs Smith. Also, we were not told in advance that we were arriving with a McLaren rally - very exciting, but no chance of a lie in the next morning with cheering and 25 engines roaring outside our bedroom at 8am. This is close to a great experience, but not quite.

Cet hôtel est bien placé car on peut aller à une des plages et au centre ville sans même prendre la voiture. Même s'il est en bord de route, il n'y a aucun bruit de circulation. Les équipements sont parfaits, il y a tout ce qu'on peut vouloir ou avoir besoin. Le personnel est très sympathique. La propreté est au rendez-vous. La pizzeria qui est à l'entrée du domaine est très bonne, avec deux personnes très sympa qui y travaillent. Petits bémols, les 16€ un peu exagérés pour le petit-déjeuner s'il n'est pas réservé en même temps que la chambre. Et les 15€/jour pour l'espace piscine/SPA. Certes, à l'heure ça ne fait pas très cher, mais pour y passer moins d'une heure pour se délasser après une journée de visites... ça aurait pu être compris.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located close to the sea and the Rhône. The hotel is very quiet and very well-organised. The reception is sympathetic and all the information is given to us to spend a good stay. The lodging is beautifully decorated! We had a Crazy Lodge. The equipment is almost complete (there would be a boiler and a bread grill for those who do not take the pdj to the restaurant space). The beds are very comfortable here, the double bed sofa and the bed folding in a comfortable supplement. The dam is very pleasant. There are no mosquitoes !! anti mosquito boundaries are installed somewhere on the site. We are not sorry about the location (extreme South East of Camargue). So a very good location, less tourist than the Holy men much more restful and very well attended.

Che bella storia ! Ci siamo immedesimati in questa favola scritta da una coppia Italo / Belga ( Nathalie & Thierry ) un percorso durato 2 notti e tante attenzioni, che io e mia moglie Kristina cercavamo per evadere dalla city. Sapori , viste mozzafiato , sonno profondo con ottime camere e tanto cibo di altissima qualità , che solo una siciliana come Nathalie e un attento Manager come Thierry possono trovare a Km0. Un villaggio romantico come Claviers 🇫🇷, lascia il segno scritto per un week and che non avrà mai fine. Voto 10/10 grazie per questa fantastica esperienza, ci torneremo presto 🔜!

positive comments on everything, reception, site, beautiful visits to discover around, everything is made available to satisfy us, pétanque, swimming pool, washing machine and the apartment is nice. we will come back with pleasure.

This is a shocking villa hotel very close to the stone city. The villa has two oversized cedars. The couple runs it. The people are very good. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The room is also 360-degree view. Even the toilet has a view. I am the least fond of writing reviews because I am not a blogger. Xiaohongshu also writes a lot. Very good to provide reference. This is my favorite one since my trip. The unique geographical environment and design style are simply magical. So unreal, but it really exists. I have lived in a very luxurious brand hotel. All kinds of boutique design hotels. Nothing that touched me so much.

We stayed on Saturday and Sunday nights at the hotel. 1. Location and views are absolutely stunning especially on a sunny day. 2. One of the Hotel’s restaurant turned us away at 8 pm on Saturday night saying they were fully booked. Every hotel of this calibre always retains tables for hotel guests hence this was bad service. Plus at check in on the same morning the receptionist did not say that it was advisable to book the restaurants in advance. It was clear that there were empty tables in the restaurant at the time plus numerous non-resident guests. We bumped into the hotel manager and gave our feedback. We ended up eating at the bar. The food was ok. 3. We had lunch at Cipressa restaurant next to the pool which is so lovely. Pity that this restaurant only opens from 12-3pm! Many guests with families would prefer to dine here in the evening in summer months. This is by far the best restaurant in the hotel. 4. The outdoor pool which is the biggest draw of this hotel was closed on Sunday due to rain. We were out and as the rain stopped around 4 pm and sun came out we rushed back to the hotel to enjoy the evening by the pool. Sadly the hotel didn’t bother to open up the pool and bar and the facilities were locked. We saw a few people rushing out of their rooms in costumes to the pool only to be disappointed. There was no staff present to explain why the hotel didn’t bother to open up the outdoor pool. Again disappointing service for a hotel of this level. 5. We hired a smart car from the hotel and this was useful. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere and quoted €50 for a ride to a restaurant which was 5 minutes by road. Hence hire your own car! 6. We used the spa and booked massages. Massages were good. Indoor pool was barely used as no one wanted to be indoors in the basement. 7. We had a disappointing incident whereby housekeeping left a dirty towel which we discovered as we opened it before a shower ( photo below). We showed the photo on check-out and staff did apologise but that’s about it. 8. Some staff were good but some quite surly and stiff like the spa receptionist. 9. There is a real contrast to the ambience on Saturday night when place was buzzing due to non resident guests compared to Sunday night when the place was literally dead. A few guests were walking around on Sunday evening trying to find some atmosphere. We ended up going out for dinner to a lovely local restaurant. 10. Worth knowing for families that there isn’t a door between the bedroom and bathroom. Maybe some rooms do offer it but ours didn’t. Overall a mixed experience and a bit deflating considering it is part of Relais & Chateax. There is so much potential in this place which needs to be tapped into.
