Excellent facilities at the hotel and also very near to the airport. Staff also helped a lot in the stay

Location of lodge was perfect, room was clean, very cooperative staff. Lodge doesn't provide food but you can find good food in near by udupi restaurant.

Room was very good and spacious compared to the price on which we have booked. The washroom was also good

This property has all basic facilities except restaurant and parking. In general cleanliness is acceptable for the price i paid per night. It is noisy sometimes since this hotel is next to busy road. This property can be very handy to those people coming from outstation to visit yashoda hospital.

I am very happy to see the room and good interior and staff are very good and the food is also nice, i can't forget that stay

1. They write no local identity card is allowed or no couple is allowed if not married, but most of the couples come here for just two-three hours, specially on weekends, and they are all local 2. I booked a room with breakfast, but they didn't provide that, when i asked, they said the cook ran away 3. On days when there are a very small number of guests, they switch off the power from the main switch to save their electricity bill and when you ask them what happened they will say power cut. Now the catch is, in front of me 5 new guests came and they immediately switched on the power. Their servants are oria, they speak in oria, but they didn't know that i can read, write and speak oria, so i understood the real story. Also there is no power back up, no generator, if actually the power cut happens in real life, no one can save you. 4. They don't provide filtered water, the taste of filter water is something which you will be able to recognise, but they provide normal water in mineral water tank, when you ask them that why yesterday's water and today's water tastes different, they will say this is what is available. 5. The good thing about the hotel is, it's close to airport as well as hi-tech city where the corporate offices are located, khajaguda location is mind blowing, beautiful rocky hilli area with peace 6. The best thing about this is, make my trip gives some superb mind blowing discount on this hotel which will eventually make you happy

A charming guest house, full of character and packed with amenities. Great value for money. A fantastic find for anyone travelling in this part of India. We needed to break our journey north from Hyderabad, and we were lucky to happen upon this complete gem. Located close by the maternity hospital in the bustling centre of Adilabad; it’s surrounded by the fruit stalls, tea stands and the ever-present building materials. The entrance is notable for the greenery and plant life, you then ascend the wrought iron stairs to the reception. Immediately you’re welcomed into another world; calm, clean and stylish. The guest rooms are a treasure trove of thoughtfulness. Every detail has been considered. The amenities put ***y a four star hotel to shame. We enjoyed our stay here very much. It’s a unique and lovely property, the staff are helpful and friendly.
